Scooters tire barn was amazing, the people there were very nice and helpful. We were originally going to go to ultra tire but after visiting them and feeling extremely uncomfortable with how unprofessional they were we gave scooters a call. They took us right in,had the tires we needed for a amazing price and installed them with no issues. If you want to find used or new tires go to scooters tire barn, never go to ultra tire, the people and shop are very unprofessional but at scooters they did everything and beyond to make sure they had the tires that we wanted and made sure we were happy with what we were getting. They gave all the information of the tires like the tread percentage and the brand name before we chose them, very professional!

Buyer be aware Just came back from this Scooters Tire Barn, experiencing the worst service and unprofessionalism ever! First I ordered 4 new winter tires, made the appointment for installation. Called back the next day to check about method of payment and inquired about rims. At that point they did not have the size rims I needed but suggested an alternative size rim and tire, when I asked if they were run flat, I was told they can’t install run flat because they did not have the equipment, I then told them that the tires they order for me to install were run flat? I was told they could not install them – I said I was very surprised they did not know this when they ordered the tires and said I was very disappointed and lost the other 4 tires at another store. I call back later and went with the rims and tires suggested with the person saying changing the size from an 18’ to a 17’ would be fine and would not affect the car. Go today to get the tires changed/installed and the rims will not fit the tires? No install. I asked the guy there if he could give me a quote so I could take it to another dealer that I was not confident in their service and all the mistakes - the owner say, “NO, Leave – get out…. Repeatedly. I asked why he was telling me to get out when they made several mistakes – wasting my time. He continued to say leave…….. Not only is this establishment rude/unprofessional but clearly they are not knowledgeable about their product/tires! WOW unbelievable. I feel that this would not of happen with a male customer.

Stopped in for a tire install as I'm all for supporting local business. Unfortunately they refused to install my tires as they claimed there was not enough clearance (up sizing from a 205/40 to a 205/45). I told them they will clear the fenders (I know this for a fact) but they still refused. Good prices and generally friendly but probably not the best place to go if your tire install is anything but straight forward.
