The Boys saved me big time! I got a flat on the Sunday of the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. I did not know where to get a repair done as nothing was open on the Northside and after calling all the dealerships in Sydney and many tires shops those boys answered the phone right away and told me to bring the car over. I was there in a half hour and in and out within the hour and on my way back to Halifax. Great customer service, very friendly and great price. Thank you so much!!

Stopped at Mr. Tire without an appointment, and Thomas, the very friendly and professional manager, got me going in about five minutes. No charge! I’ll certainly return for any needed tire work.

Fast service, nice staff, and did not try to upsell, which is nice when the tire only needs to be fixed and not replaced. Also willing to quote a price if tires do need replacing. Very busy there this morning. Staff were friendly and efficient. Quick to have the job done and done well. Parking area should gave been plowed for us slowpokes who still has summer tires on. Not a complaint, just an observation.

On Tuesday August 11 2020, we had a disappointing incident at the Mr Tire outlet in Westville NS. After having a set of new tires installed we left the business. Having returned about half way back to New Glasgow a grinding in the front wheel assembly started, followed by a indicator that the Stabili/ABS system needed service. Being closer to our service center we continued directly there to have an in excess of $400 service done in which was found, that the sensor had been struck, likely an accidental thing, the sensor is integral with the wheel bearing which necessitated the wheel bearing be changed. After the repair I returned to Mr Tire to present my case, the tech said he would contact the owner and took my number. Less than 15 min later I received a phone call that the owner said the bearing was a wearing part and they wouldn't be paying for it. I tried to explain to whomever I was taking to that the bearing hadn’t failed it was changed due to the sensor being struck, I explained that there was no apparent issues prior to arriving at the tire shop, he dismissed my concern saying it was just a coincidence. We have been faithful customers with Mr Tire for close to, if not more than 20 years, having both purchased tires there and giving them the Michelin test tire business. We have had nothing but good things to say about them. It was very disappointing that the owner and/or tech never took the time to look at the thousands of dollars of business and length of time we have been supporting them. I had hoped that it would have been taken into consideration to at least make an offer to assist in the repair or perhaps offer some condolences on such an expensive repair. We got nothing but the feeling that they assumed we were trying to rip them off for a repair. Instead We find ourselves in the position of sharing our dissatisfaction and to warn others of what they may expect from this local business.

Still not impressed with the fact that you charged my cousin $10 + tax for what he believed to be 4 brand new valve stems, little over 2 years ago. When he called you guys out on it, he received a phone call back from your receptionist saying that he was a liar and to never come back. When he went down to your shop the next day, with this photo as proof, the manager tore it up and threw it in his face!!!! What kind of customer service is that?!?!?! His tires weren't even balanced either and he had to take his truck to another shop to be fixed. He's a senior citizen. Shame on you for being so shady and treating someone like that. You could have at the very least, admitted your mistake and tried to make it right. Childish behavior like that isn't going to bring repeat customers. It's a small town and people talk.
