Family Tire made the balance of my vacation a comfortable ride. I had my RV wheels balanced before I left Ottawa and we Shook our way to Nova Scotia (and I mean Shook ). I poped into Family Tire and was Greeted by Mike their Service advisor and he quickly set me up with an appointment. Bought two "take off " tires and got an exceptional price. Requested at time of appointment that the two new tires be installed on the front. Come to find out the were installed on the back for safety reasons. They never even told me the were doing this. Now will have to pay some one else to change them over. If they had told me in the first place I would of only had them mount them on the rims and had the put on somewhere else. Instead of paying twice for the same thing. Also they charged for putting nitrogen in four tires. Two of my four tires we're already mounted and inflated with nitrogen it was just the two new ones that needed to be inflated. This is my first an last time giving them my business nor will I recommend them to anyone else !!!!!
