My husband and I (Chantel) take our vehicle to be serviced at TireCraft in Sydney, they are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I normally wait when I go in for an oil change and I am in and out within the hour. They have a nice waiting area. We would def recommend!!

Anytime I have anything that needs to be done to my vehicle I take it to Disco Tirecraft. They always give me an appointment in a timely manner! They have all the patience in the world for my 3 year old daughter! The staff is always friendly and willing to help me. Prices are extremely reasonable. Service is great! I enjoy the fact that they know me by name when I come through the door! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I got a quote from them for winter tires over the phone. I asked to have the tax and instalment included in the price. When I got the tires put on the price was over a hundred dollars more than what they quoted me! When I brought that fact up the guy at the desk (who was the one who answered the phone) just played dumb and said he didn't know who gave me that quote. A few months later my boyfriend was getting all season tires and they did the exact same thing to him. Told him a lower price on the phone and when he got the work done he was charged over a hundred dollars more! I will never go here for anything ever again and I recommend that you don't either. They are crooks!

Had 4 tires installed with a alignment and oil change. Everything went smooth. The business is clean and professional. Staff is great and my experience went well. Bathroom is clean as well. Will be returning again!

I'm on the road a lot. Depending on the time of the year, it might be as much as 8,000 kilometers a month. I see my way to 7 oil changes a year, 5 tire rotations, and whatever else comes along. I don't always get to choose where I send my vehicle for work, and sometimes that means I'm not exactly happy with the outcome. That's why I wait. I travel to Cape Breton often, and I always try and schedule a few days at Disco Tire for my truck. When you rely on your vehicle as much as I do, knowing that someone is looking out for you counts for a lot. I know that when my livelihood is suspended up there on the hoist, the folks looking after it for me are paying attention to every detail. It means a lot, because peace of mind isn't always part of the service elsewhere.

I have been here a few times, the service is great, staff is friendly, I was able to drop off my car and they drove me to work, another time, I had a low tire I stop in with my dog in tow, they loved her there....they are pet friendly!! Even had treats for her ????

The staff at Disco Tirecraft were so helpful. I was having problems with a belt and when I called at 9, they were able to give me a 1pm appointment. I was an hour early because I didn’t want to be driving around in traffic and more than willing to wait until 1 but the mechanic took a later lunch and did the work to get me back on the road. Will definitely return to this location for future work on my car

Great reliable service, friendly staff and the prices never disappoint! I've been buying my tires here for years because of the price and how easy the staff is to get along with. They'll even store your tires/rims for you so you don't have to lug them around every season change. Last winter my plow truck was in desperate need of tires during a snow storm. It was a slippery day and my tires just weren't performing as I slid into a telephone pole then got stuck on a hill, I called them up, they got me in right away and swapped the old for the new as quickly as they could so I could get back to business safely! They were so accommodating! ;)

A month after I moved to Sydney my truck required a MVI sticker. I went to the local Canadian Tire and was quoted $1200 in required repairs, I mentioned this to my co-workers and they all suggested I bring it to Disco Tire for a quote. The quote was only $389.69 for the repairs & motor vehicle inspection and gave me a courtesy inspection for future repairs that would likely need to be done in the next 4-6 months.
