Purchased a set of BF Goodrich for my new Toyota 4 Runner a little over a month ago. Been to three different places to get a proper balance done. Still had a shake in the steering wheel. The place I got the tires from gave me two new front tires. Still had a shake in the steering wheel. Went back and got four different brand new tires, General Grabbers. After getting them balanced twice I still had a shake in the steering wheel. Finally after advice from a friend I researched Road Forced Balancing and made an appointment with Atlantic Tire. Phil and staff were awesome. Explained how it worked, how far out the balancing was and what they did to fix it. No more steering wheel shake! Highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and make this your first choice! Thanks to all the staff at Atlantic Tire! Friendly reminder. Don’t forget your locking nut socket when going there and leaving there as well. I had mine however one customer didn’t. Not much they can do without one. The staff was honest and friendly to the customer however the customer was not.

Best little shop in Dartmouth. Old-school family service. Honest and very friendly. You can watch 'em work together. Competitive pricing and facial recognition once you've been in a few times. Don't mind that post complaining about 'being embarrassed in the shop in front of the men'. Seriously, these guys are super nice. Sounds like somebody should have cleaned their tires and don't understand they'll be charged for extra labour if the shop has to do it. Not safe to mount dirty rims, need flat clean surface. It means they care!

Went here based on my father recommendation. Turns out, my previous mechanic had stolen the key to remove the tires from my vehicle. The LOVELY man who changed my tires informed me of the missing key, invited me to look with him, and proceeded to come up with a solution. He removed the lug nuts without the key, offered to order me new nuts, and offered to correctly torque them for me when I received them. A+ customer service. A+ pricing. THIS is how you get repeat customers. I will happily be back.

So disappointed in the customer service rendered this morning by Brian Jordan. I've been dealing with this company for many years and referred many, many people there over the years. This morning I brought my Winter tires to be put on, which I purchased from them. The tires were not showroom clean because they are stored outside. Before they were put on Brian Jordan, the President of the company, brought me in to the garage where the other workers were and embarrassed me about the condition of the tires. He totally disrespected me to which end I just took my tires some place else to be put on. When you are in business there is a way to speak to people and he showed today that he has no idea about customer service. Mrs. Jordan and Phil are always so nice. Phil even said to me "I didn't complain about your tires" to which I responded "Don't worry Phil, just put the tires back in the car". When in business, common courtesy is a MUST!

This place is a great local car repair shop. They mainly do tires but they can do other parts as well such as brakes, suspension and alignment. The owners are very friendly and straight to the point if something is wrong with your car. They give you a fair price if any repairs are needed. Tires are priced decently if needed and doing any work on them is fairly priced.

Took my car to get wheels installed and balanced. They couldn’t get 2 center caps out to balance my wheels. so they told me to remove them myself and come back with the rims they will balance. As I was removing my rim to do said task I noticed one of my wheel lugs was finger tight and that same stud and lug’s threads was smoothed out. Called and spoke to Phillip Jordan (the owner which at the time I didn’t know). Told him that my stud wasn’t stripped before I took it to his shop and now it is. His response “don’t know what to tell ya bud, sh** happens, we’re careful.” I then proceeded to ask if he would cover/fix the damaged stud. He initially told me “Nope, have a good day bud.” And hung up. Had to call back and ask to speak to owner. Little did I know I already spoke to him on previous conversation. Had to fight to get them to cover the cost of the damages in which he was telling me to buy the part and do the labor myself. I refused to do the labor myself and got a professional shop to do the labor and in the end sent him a bill to which he called me a “pain in the a**”. Truly sucks because they treated me good until something went wrong. Take what you will from this. I wouldn’t recommend them just Incase something does happen and you end up actually having to fix it yourself good luck to those who aren’t mechanically inclined.

I had a 1995 Toyota 4-Runner with 4 RUST free control arms from Arizona installed hours before and went to him directly for alignment and my truck began to pull to the right. The mechanic who was doing the alignment was using a monkey wrench yes that is true instead of the proper tool to adjust the tie rod ends, etc. I went back the Phil was one rude SOB, I saw several other people post warnings on Kijiji about him. Others I know also had problems with him, he refused to fix my problem and other people's problems. He is nothing but a crook.
