I went into Scotia tired todsy to get 4 new tires. I was told the quote and that everything was included in the price. My front passenger tire was worn more than the other tires showing that it needed an alignment. It is my understanding that an alignment with new tires is normal. So the service was fast and I was on my way. As I was driving home I looked at my invoice and didn't see anything saying that an alignment was done, so I called Scotia tire to question this. I was told they did not have the ability to do alignments so one was not done. I buy new tires and expect that all that needs to be done is done when installed. As mentioned earlier my front passenger tire was worn a lot more than the others and there was no mention by anyone at Scotia tire for me to get an alignment to protect my new tires. Thus surprised me. Clearly I need an alignment and now I have to go and find another business to do that after I paid 1179.22 for tires having them put on. Other than that i thought the service was fine. I wonder if there is another Scotia tire that can go my alignment for me. I am going away tomorrow and would appreciate an appointment in the am if possible. Thank you, kathy symington
