I went in for a set of used tires they showed me a set which i liked for the offered price. There was the usual wait time. Once installed I paid and left. Once I hit the highway my wheels started shaking badly and had to actually go to the 1st wheel shop near me to get the issue diagnosed. Apparently the balancing was completely off (i have proof). To tirestires: Please do the job right and don't fleece your customers. Advice: Have the tires balanced in-front of you only then you'll be sure of the job done else be ready for shoddy work.

Two weeks after I purchased 4 used tires from this establishment, I had a flat in one of them so driving on my spare went in to repair it. I kept having a slow leak over the next few weeks.An external tire shop said all the tires had nail damage to it, and that I was sold defective tires. After going in for a tire repair, I was called in to collect my car. I found my spare strewn around, nobody bothered to put it back in the boot while the service guys were horsing around amongst themselves. I had to put back the spare back myself as one of the guys standing around was totally clueless. Doesn't give too much confidence in the quality of the service either. Considering what I ended up spending on these garbage tires I would have been better buying new tires from a reputable establishment.

Update 05/09/2918: tire was damaged due to pothole, called and Karen was not working. Was assisted by another lady who lacked customer service, she promised to call back and never did, also they don't carry the tires they sold me last year so I'm now forced to purchase 4 new tires, terrible! Reviews are real people - dealt with Karen /Karyn who was fabulous, intended on buying just two tires but purchased and installed four based on the savings. I'm very picky with my ride, but being able to drive it in and watch the entire service on live video feed calmed my nerves. Who knew a tire shop in the west end could offer such professional standard service. #Customer4Life!

I blew my tire on highway and I called around so I could get back on road right away. No shop could help me same day. I called Tires Tires on Eddystone at 4:00pm. They were closed for day to new clients as they we totally booked. They not only fit me in due to my situation they offered me a deal on two tires that was the same as the quotes I received for just one tire at the other shops. I am so happy with the service I received and would recommend this tire shop to everyone!!!!

I used Tires Tires service in the end of July, 2018. I had to replace one of my front tires. I called and required about the same kind, used one because I didn't plan to buy at least 2 new ones. I specifically mentioned that I need the same quality as mine or better. They told me to come as they should have one. I got the tire exchanged the same evening but next day under day lights I noticed that it had pretty deep cracks, which I consider unsafe (pictures attached for you to decide). I called back and they said they don't have any other currently but might have one in a few days. When I called in a few days the lady on the phone said they didn't get any so they can offer either 2 new or different brand. I said I would like to return it since they don't have the one I need. The lady said they don't give any refund and added something like "Now I have to go to serve a customer!".... I thought to myself "Who am I then? I guess no longer a customer." So said she can go ahead and proceed with her customer. I had to use another company and pay again to exchange the tire.

Got a flat, had my spare put on. Took my car here and they patched my tire and switched out the spare all for $22. It's been about 2-3 weeks and the tire is still good. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing is, getting out of the garage is a bit tough if you don't like driving in reverse but the staff will help you out.

TERRIBLE SERVICE waited for 4 hours just to change my tires. 3 of the tires that i've gotten from them have popped , one of them on the highway. My friend got brand new tires from them and they were still trash , they popped on her as well. NOT RECOMMEDED!.

Waiting area is clean also they provide you with a warm beverage there is a snack machine and games for the kids. They get the job done as soon as possible. Initially I bought 2 205/45/16 used tires for my 89 240sx with the intention of swapping the rims to my Echo (hence the size). The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and the wait time was normal considering they are a very busy shop. The two tires were installed in the front. They were completely different. It was unnerving coming to a stop sometimes as one tire would lose traction before the other. Lots of vibration above 100km/hr. One more thing, I know its insignificant, but the devil is in the details. I have 4 matching chrome valve caps that I have had for years and 2 were swapped for mismatched ones. When I went back they were gone. I returned and voiced my concerns, they were again pleasant and eager to please. I decided on 2 new Hercules Ironman imove tires as in the long run I'm sure I'm not saving any money going used. They gave me free balancing and 4 matching valve caps... not as nice as my originals, but they'll do. Overall you get what you pay for. $90 for 2 used with problems most people wouldn't notice or care about. $200 for new and thus far no problems. I would recommend Tires Tires.

I was travelling in Vaughan and noticed I needed tires asap! After finding out my Regular Go To guy has decided to retire - I was left helpless and clueless not sure where or who to go to. A friend of mine recemended me to check out Tires Tires and I was impressed! As I entered inside, I was immediately welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. I noticed everything was clean and neat. The woman (I believe she was the owner) who served me was patient, knowledgeable and caring. She made me feel comfortable and I was sold immediately due to their excellent prices! I normally watch all of my Auto services being done for known reasons. She allowed me to watch my service being done via video. They offer a huge waiting room with tons of seating, TV, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. Quality of work, friendly and knowledgeable staff and affordable prices. That is what these guys are about, I would not go anywhere else

Customer service just ok , but after they installed a pair of used tires I got from them , I noticed that one of my AMG rims was scratched around the edge in a semi-circular way with the machine used to remove the tire and the rim, I promptly complained so the manager inspected the rim and told me it wasn't done by them. I insisted that I took pictured before coming to the shop of all the rims and this particular rim didn't have this type of scratch, I even showed him the pictures dated on that day but it seems that he didn't care. The employee who serviced my vehicle was called and he rudely denied the scratches and mentioned it was a curb rash. No way it was curb rush and he promptly left. it was clearly done by the machine because he was careless when handling the rim , the manager never admitted it was their fault but tried to apologize and told me that the scratch was not big deal except that the scratch covered half of the rim. I was disappointed , not recommended for high end rims. No compensation was offered. My mistake I should have show them the rims didn't have any scratches prior to service but sometimes when do you , this type of tires shops get bothered.

I did not have any of the previous experiences that the previous reviewer had and with all due respect, if his spelling is a sign I wouldn't trust his review very much. I have dealt with Tires Tires LTD for four years and three cars now. Their prices are very reasonable and although their shop always seems busy, I have never had any problems. One must remember that if you are going to put snow tires on the first week it snows then you might run into a lineup. For a small family business I give them my business and so far I have not had any issues and if I do I will report back.

They blamed the tire rims however we've never had an issue with the rims before. Now I'm stuck with 4 tires that keep deflating. Would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.

Until this year With all seasons, had to go back 3 times in 1wk, two CAA calls as tires too worn, weak, went flat as driving so ruined. Short Warranty. Returning customer Discount still not mentioned. Asked to pay cash "to save the tax". Makes me uncomfortable with the auto industry as I have to pay it always!

Purchased NEW set of winter tires. Within a month, the tire completely fell apart. Brought it to another tire place to match it, and they said they couldn’t match the tires because they were from 2007! That means my “new” tires are already a decade and a half old. The other tire place said that unused tires shouldn’t be sold after 5 years. Very unsafe. Someone could get killed! We had another tore place check the “new” set of all-seasons we had stored that we purchased from them, and this place also told us that they were in bad shape (despite having less than 4 months of minimal use) and were, you guessed it, OVER A DECADE OLD. If you think you’re saving money by going here, consider that I bought two new sets of tires that didn’t even last one season (and cost me more $$ to replace). Be safe and go elsewhere.

WARNING!!! Went to get all seasons tires that were clunky and noisy. Took tires back after speaking to manufacture and my own machanic that verified the tires had a manufacturers defect. TIRE TIRE tried to deny it without a proper inspection. It was a hassle to get them exchanged, and took over 4 hours to get this simple exchange done. After agreeing to switching out the tires for new ones. We went on our way thinking everything was alright. Just to hear knocking on the back end of the car. We prompty drove back to have them check it out again, to no surpised they were already not pleased. An employee came out to take another test drive to hear the problem which he verified that there was a sound coming from the back end that wasnt there before. The lady at the front desk (who is not a machanic) assured me my suv is safe to drive all the way home. I live over an hour away. They didnt help out anymore and basically said too bad, there's nothing we can do and a car garage is next door. PLEASE BEWARE!! Of this shady place, they will talk to you politely but will not honor their work. And God help you if you have any other issues that they caused. THEY ARE SHADY and DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!! THEY MESSED UP MY CAR !!!! If you want to be safe on the road DONT USE THEM!! NOW ON MY WAY TO A REPUTABLE MECHANIC.

One of my worst experience with tire service. I was there 4 hours before closing time. The lady told me that they wont do any more service but she can sell used tire to me and I must go somewhere and find installation myself. The first and second tire they gave me had long nails on them, 3rd looked okay and I bought it. I took it to another tire service store who found it unusable with a BULGE in the sidewall. Honestly, do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. Dose Not Worth It !!!
