Very helpful and friendly staff. They have a great variation of nice rims and tires of all different brands. They gave me a package of rims and tires with the budget I had. Fast service. They have a waiting room with tv.

They quoted me on tires and rims and when i went in for getting these installed initially he changed rims and tires size but it was argueable so i agreed but then after installing tires and rims he wanted me to pay considerably more and when i asked why he just said i made a mistake and quoted wrong...Now i take off tires and sorry.....He wasted 3 hours of my day.

Sold me what they claimed were brand new tires and then within a month the tire blew up, went back and they replaced it and another tire is now low on air!!!! I’m fed up. Furthermore they claimed they sold me aluminum rims but they aren’t even real aluminum rims!!!

THE WORST PLACE IN CANADA! I went for some winter-specific tires, they charged me more than agreed and they gave me other tires of a different size. they were going to charge another amount for taking off my current tires and putting on the winter tires. I ended up taking the tires because I was running late. the tires were even smaller than the manual said. and the excuse of the person helping me was that the law required that size tire for my car when I had asked him for an exact size. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!

Thought I would need a whole new tire, but the gentlemen found it was a broken valve. They fixed it and put it on all within 10 minutes and only a cheap price.

I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I got brand new winter tires last season and when I brought them to my dealership in the spring they said that would have to get NEW winter tires for the next season. I told them I just got them from Tires Canada and they said you should go back. The two front tires were worn completely. When I went back to Tires Canada they told me to call Bridgestone. I called Bridgestone and they said they would give me a discount to purchase new tires. I sent an email to Tires Canada and called but have never heard back. Very disappointing. It's hard to find the time to go in and change my tires over when there is no one that is returning calls. Also the fact that I just purchased these tires brand new? I have to buy two new ones.. They should have read my email by now with copies of my receipt and contacted me and my Bridgestone contact to work this out. No compassion here....

I was waiting at the entrance for them to open to purchase a new set of tires when a gentleman in a white Volkswagen station waggon pulled up and laid on the horn for me to move out of what I assume is “his” parking spot. I was parked in a spot that was designated for that business. I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. ..Very rude. I immediately pulled away and will not deal with them or never refer them to anybody in the future.

Steer clear of this place if you care about your time. Called to make a booking, and I was told it is first come first served basis. Long story short, I was there for 3 freaking hours for winter tire (on rims) change. Paid $60; Canadian tire charges the same amount and it is way less hassle. Do not waste ur time!!! Chaotic.

Worst tire place in town!! Do not bring your car here if you want competent service. They gave me back the wrong key than said call roadside assistance. They mixed up the keys and didn’t even apologize. They also didn’t put the correct tire pressure in the tire. Will never be back!

Took my 2016 Toyota with 15,000 Km in, to replace my all seasons with winters. When I took delivery I noticed the TPMS light was on so I went back but was told that it would reset automatically after a short driving distance. When it failed to reset combined with some unusual shaking associated with out of balance tires, I went to Toyota dealer. At Toyota they scanned the car and suggested the signal was coming from the front-left wheel stem sensor. After they separated the front-left tire from the rim they found and showed me the TPMS broken & loose inside the tire with traces of Crazy glue on the broken spots. Tire Canada broke a $200 sensor, they did not come forward to tell me but cowardly decided to glued it back. At my final encounter with them they told me over the phone how I was sure that Toyota dealer did not do it!!! Well I leave the judgement to you dear readers! What do do you make of my experience? Could I have done anything differently? I had No legal recourse, since I had no receipt. I had to pay cash cause reportedly their Interac/ Credit system was down that day but I was also was convinced that I would not pay the HST for a cash payment without receipt so I made a cash withdrawal from the CIBC at Finch& Weston Rd. There is also No known business under Tire Canada associated with their current location of 2300 Finch Ave West under Ministry of Consumer and Business Service. I do not know what name, if any, they operate under for tax and business purposes!!

Awesome, friendly, and insanely quick service, all for a very reasonable price! They're very honest too. I brought them a used car I bought in January intending to swap out my tires for snows, and as soon as they saw them, they informed me I already HAD snow tires on (the dealer never told me they were snows, so I assumed they were all seasons). There's some crooked places out there that would have happily sold me a second set of winter and I'd have never been the wiser. But not these guys, they're fantastic! Can't say enough good things about this place. It's the only place I'll ever buy my tires from now on.

Unfortunately I had to select at least one star to post this review. Otherwise a big whopper thumbs down on their Customer Service. I bought winter tires from these guys last year and even referred two of my buddies who also ended up buying tires from this place. So obviously i had no qualms contacting them again to get a quote on All seasons considering i had great service the last time. But that was not the case this time around. Obviously there has been a change in their staff because the person who picked up the phone went great lengths to be exceptionally rude and disrespectful, such a huge turn off. It just sucks because i thought i had found a good tire place for future purchases but their staff has killed it for me. If anybody knows another tire place that has great customer service that would be helpful info. If you're a business owner out there, please be cautious of the people you hire, they represent your brand and the level of customer service can either make or break your business. Obviously I will not be referring anybody else to this place again.

Purchased new winter tires in February and charged for new bolts. The guy explained to me the rims required new bolts and the originals won't work. I did not understand why but I paid for new bolts. Just changed my summer tires and found out that they ruined my lockts nuts. Very deceiving and dishonest Bad business......

I spent a few days looking for quotes on tires and stumbled upon this place. They gave me quote that was much better than the dealers in my area and even better than Costco. I ended up with better tires than what I originally started trying to get quotes on and still saved a bunch. They have a small operation, but what they lack in appearance you get to keep in your wallet. Go check these guys out!

It was difficult to find winter tires 235/40/19 for my Tesla. I accidentally stopped at leprecon. The tires turned out to be cheaper than many of whom I asked - Costco, Canadian Tire and others. the guys ordered tires, they came in a day, and the installation took 1 hour. great service! I will advise everyone.
