Avoid these guys like the plague…. was dealing with Jeremy to repair an oil consumption issue on my 2015 A5 and also diagnose a turbocharger underboost engine light code. $1300 in repair bills later my car burned oil worse than it did before I took it here… paying by credit card definitely came in handy.. these guys only care about one thing and that is squeezing as much money out of you as possible

Fancy shop, clean..that's all the good The bad: inexperienced mechanics,overpriced , you don't get even a even a smile ,. My experience: Booked an appointment and for a 1 hour job ,it took them almost three hours to finish . All the diplomas on the walls are for the guy who types in the computer,the owner, that doesn't actually touch a wrench.The guys at the back lack any customer skills and are a little disrespectful.After waiting three hours they handed me the bill ( 20% more than the initial estimate) and not even said "sorry for the wait"... Never going back again!

Very hard to find a good Volvo service with reasonable price, but Jeremy and his team one of them. I dropped my car in the morning and afternoon was ready to pickup. Old parts was replaced with oem parts. Absolutely recommended.

these guys are expensive and will try to rob you if you don't have balls. I had a bent rim causing my tire to lose air. I bought a brand new rim from the scrap yard to install with the same tire. They told my that my tire was no good. I said its fine, they said the tire was garbage. I told them to just put the spare on, they didn't even give me my tire back, probably went to resell it. It was a $300 Blizzak tire. anyway went down the street to Father Tire and they balance and installed with a new tire for $70 all in. Avoid this place, especially if your not car savy they will eat you alive

This place is great. Family owned business with owners who care. Unfortunately I couldn't get my tires installed there because my lock key for my wheels was still at my dealership, but the guys helped me out, were completely honest with me not to try and rip the wheels off as it could potentially do damage to the rims. It's a newer car so I didn't feel like doing that. They sold me the tires at a great price and were very friendly and professional for the whole experience. Definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome. Bought snow tires on rims online, but vendor did not send lug bolts and said OE's should fit. Jeremy quickly told me OE's did not fit but he could order from his local supplier and install in a few hours. He called back in no time and everything was ready to go - even offered to arrange a ride since I didn't want to wait. Very professional and reasonable. Told me to come back for re-tourque since wheels and rims were brand new. Definitely will go back with both of our cars now.

None of this was the case at Red Line. After talking with Alex I knew he was no stranger to any car and immediately booked an oil change. The fantastic manager (cant remember name sorry!!) assisted me at first in a calm and gentle manner, and was also very quick to ensure that i was worried for no reason, he even made me a coffee! (tried to charge me 5 bucks, probably was a joke though) I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, thankfully Charlie took the time to make sure i understood what was going to have to happen for my car to safely leave their shop. After going in for a noise inspection and having them fix the problem I was so glad to have finally found a new auto shop that I can bring my car too.
