My wife and I go here for brake jobs and other non-routine car service. Their prices are generally better than going to the dealer and I've never had a problem with workmanship. The owner is really nice and everyone we've spoken to has been good to us. Overall I've had very good experiences here.

My boyfriend took his car here and the owner and his son overcharged him on parts and took almost 5 months for the parts to come in. They also overcharged him for an alignment and didn’t instal his coilovers properly. Similar incidents have happened to a handful of people i know that have went to this shop. Ridiculous service and unprofessional.

They are the reason why I have to replace both my Rear Light Housing. Coz they didn't install the Bulbs properly so the bulb burned the unit inside which cost me another $200.00 just to replace. I have to get a friend to install them for free or it would've been $400 including installation if I did not have anyone to help. I left this people the message letting them know this & they never called me back.

With warmer temps around the corner, I was having difficulty finding some all season tires for a reasonable price. After doing some browsing online, I found Auto Guyz Tirecraft and decided to give them a call after seeing their ratings and I can't say that I'm disappointed. The store owner Frank, was very polite and helpful and was able to set me up with Goodyear Eagle r all seasons for a considerable price, in contrast to what I've seen from other auto shops carrying the same tires at a much more costly rate. If you're looking for a reasonable deal for tires, would highly recommend here. And not just tires, but they perform general auto mechanic services too, which I will consider if I have any issues with my car! *UPDATE*(April 14, 2021): Less than 3 weeks after purchasing my new tires, I had my first mechanic service experience with Auto Guyz. My car's exhaust muffler had cracked due to excessive rusting. Brought it in and they replaced it in no time flat. Back on the road the same day, and my car's running like new. Much appreciation to Frank and team! Will be coming back

I had an emergency situation went in to this guys, got welcome great customer service and friendly ppl , they ask what as happening told them , they put up and check everything out plus more . The mechanic Mike took me through it and explained all and why and what happen and fixed the problem and advise to keep an eye a few minor things and suggested a time period. I thought that was great he went above and beyond what he could have said or done. I recommend these guys to look after your car. Also note i have a little background in this business due to family, MIke was on point on everything thanks again to Mike and the staff at Auto Guyz

Are Mazaratti had a tire blow out. They sent an employee out to check the damage then we followed him to shop. Was in and out within 2.5 hrs. Tire had to be order. Heard other customer leaving satified with service. First time customer. Very friendly.

I'm very concerned about this place. people is very nice the service too, however is one of those places where they don't find the problem but they make new problems in your car and you must change breaks, and transmission NOW! , I came for winter tires, some one pull down cables from the bottom of my car making the computer crazy. I did an investigation in 3 other places they thought someone wants to kill me when they saw all those cables pull off from my car on purpose, they assure %100 that its impossible that can get out by them self, same answer from 3 different places, cost me $400 CAD to repair all those cables, that in Auto Guys told me is the transmission ($3500 + ) in 5 occasions after already they change my breaks with them. (Breaks didn't bother me so much as the transmission issue)
