One of the best car services / repair shops I've ever been to. I damaged two tires nearby and they let me drop off the car after hours and had it fixed by noon the next day with just one phone call. Gave me several options for tires based on price and didn't overcharge me even though they could have (the rims may or may not have been salvageable). A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Alpha Tire!

I ordered a set of winter tires and wheels late Nov and unfortunately the tires did not arrive in time on the day I had scheduled for installation. Johnny was very apologetic about the delay. Later that day I received confirmation the tires have arrived and I went back the following day. I arrived at the appointed hour and they took care of the installation without delay. They also sent me an electronic receipt so I can submit the tire rebates online. This is a small shop and from what I can see they only work on one car at a time, so appointments are recommended. They take only cash or interac payments but they do tell you unfront when you call them. Johnny and his staff are knowlegeable and provide good service. I heard about Alpha tires through word of mouth and I think it deserves to be better known. I intend to go back in the spring for tire changeover.

This is probably the best shop I've been to. They gave me the best price on my tires I don't think I can get a better deal anywhere else. Their shop is very clean compare to other shops. They are very professional, very helpful and very quick. I am very happy with their service. I had so many questions and they took like 1hour to answer my question. I am surprised they didn't even get mad and took the time to answer all my questions. I recommended all my friends and family here after my first visit. Highly recommended!!
