Hello, Brian I need to say that you have a good mechanic, as you may know already, who knows about automotive A/C. I needed to wait with this review to get some warm days to make sure the fix works. The A/C on my Camry seem to function properly, so far it functioned like new every day Make sure you tell him. All in all I had a good experience in your shop.

We found ourselves in a scary scenario. Our Subaru Forester suddenly lost all power while we were travelling the busy Highway 1 back home to The Sunshine Coast, via the Horseshoe Bay Ferry. Thank God we managed to roll to the shoulder of the highway. Fortunately BCAA came quickly to provide us a tow, but they needed a place to tow our car. When I called North Shore Subaru and explained that my family and I were stranded on the side of the highway, their response was... Sorry, but we're all booked up and can't help until a month from now. Fortunately BCAA came to the rescue again and suggested Integra Tire in North Van. Brian was amazing and cleared his workload and placed us a priority. Being this was our only car he and Simon not only worked quickly to get us back our, repaired, vehicle but did so at a fair price. Even though we live on The Sunshine Coast, Integra Tire of North Van has become our new service garage.

Had to do an oil change on my RV and pleased that Integra had a big enough lift to complete the task. Best part about the experience was upon pick up - seeing my rig was completely washed of all the bugs and debris picked up over a 3 week road trip. Highly recommended by an industry person I trust to service my 2015 Acura. Brian and his team delivered from the time I made an appointment until I picked up my vehicle. Excellence from the job they did (thank you Simon) servicing my car to the immaculate courtesy car and the reasonable invoice. My car was returned to me on time, on budget and cleaned to near new condition. I could not recommend Integra any higher than the five stars...but maybe 6.

Brian Wilson has the knowledge to help me understand what would be a good choice for my RAV4. He told me about the rebates available so I could get a break on the cost, then he happily stored them until I could get in to have them installed on July 8th. So happy with the new tires because they make my car safer and better to drive.

It was only when a friend recommended Integra Tire to me that I tried one more time. Brian and Simon the lead mechanic fixed it and threw in some free lubrication. You can't beat that!

When winter came, after I was finally allowed to drive my toddler in my truck, and had bald tires and no clue which ones to get, it was so stressful. You made it possible to drive her safely before snow or ice came. Now we’re both safe, & I can drive anywhere to continue working normally (it’s a family & work vehicle). I even called a couple other places. Not only was the price the best, the decision was easy after you worked hard gathering all information and offered multiple options. Last week in the pouring rain I left an appointment and ran to my car only to find a completely flat tire. My car was parked on a slight down slope and the rain had me in no mood to attempt the change. I phoned my mechanic Brian @ Integra tire and he dispatched his man Simon to come help me. Simon arrived in 10 minutes and within 5 minutes I was on my way. Oh did I mention it 4:30 pm almost quitting time! I love the service Brian and his team provide on an given day, they keep my family cars humming & they also hand me back the cars sparkling clean a nice treat but last weeks experience was above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Brian and Simon!

Amazing service! Brought my car to the shop last minute due to a flat tire. I was worried if they would be able to resolve my issue as my tires were a run-flat. I usually get my car serviced at the dealership and get charged an arm and leg. I took my car to get serviced at Integra Tire for the first time and not only did Integra go above and beyond and make sure everything was in order, it cost a fraction of what the had dealership quoted us!! They reassured me everything looked good and there was nothing more needed to be done, unlike what the dealership had told us! All servicing will be done at Integra from now on!

They had the problem fixed quickly, and took the initiative to find the lock for my rims on their own even though I had it in the trunk. The rims were treated delicately and no scratches were made. Recently I had a catastrophic rupture of my transmission oil cooler line, which required immediate attention. Brian was able to fit me in right away and within 1½ day they had evaluated the problem, ordered the parts, completed the necessary repairs, and had me back on the road! This was the second time they had come to my rescue. While testing my vehicle they discovered the transmission had been damaged, due to the loss of transmission fluid and determined it needed to be rebuilt or replaced. Ouch!! Rather than just quoting me a price for the repair they got on the phone and sourced their various suppliers to provide me with a variety of options and prices. We determined the best option was for me to go to a transmission specialist. Rather than just being concerned about profit, Brian and his crew put the customer’s needs as a priority! What a concept. Terrible service. Came by for to get one 1 tire. The rest of the tires had well over 30 percent left. Service advisor got mad I told him there was more life left than he said and refused to serve. Do not recommend at all. Worked for provincial inspection shop for 2.5 years, and he tells me I will get written off the road

I took my Hyundai Elantra in to get the snow tires mounted on steel wheels and then installed on the car. When I dropped the car off I told the service writer, Brian, to use the lug nuts in the car's cup holder as they came with the steel wheels. When I picked up the car the technician had used the original blind end lug nuts from the aluminum wheels, but said they went on okay and seemed fine. I decided to swap out the lug nuts to be safe and to check the torque of the lug nuts anyway after driving for a couple days. I found two loose lug nuts and the other 18 must have been put on with a 120 ft-lb torque stick or no torque stick at all on the impact wrench as I had to jump on the end of my 1/2 inch drive torque wrench just to get the lug nuts off. Factory torque setting is 80 ft-lbs. At least they got the directional snow tires mounted correctly. I definitely would not recommend this outlet to anyone.

I had been facing issues with my car since the time I bought it and was getting mixed reviews from different people whether to continue using it or trade and buy a new one. I took the car to Integra and they did a 80-point inspection. After the detailed inspection, Brian told me everything looks good and I can continue using it without any problem. He also gave me suggestions about what I can do to keep my car going well. I definitely recommend Integra for their awesome & smooth service experience.

The sensor on my car's tire broke. I took it to them and there was a nice gentleman that said he can change it with a generic one and I can get the original part and bring it back to replace. He charged me about $20. I got the original charge and met the owner Brian. I didn't think to ask how much is to put the original part because it couldn't have been more than $20. It took less time than the first time round (about 10min) but he charged me $60!!!! When I asked why it's three times the price of the original work which took less time, he said "first you were charged too cheap the first time and it's a different process!!!!!" he wouldn't budge. I don't like to bash a business but when the business owner treats customers like this, I would consider it very unethical and it's ripping people off! If you are going to do business here make sure you clarify.

Owner was rude when I brought my car back to inspect the damage, I've had some bad experiences lately and went here with high hopes after getting a recommendation.
