I have dealt with Performance Tire over the past few years and I do not regret it. Very knowledgeable and helpful people. Siggi (older man behind the desk lol) installed my back up camera, helped me when my gas tank was frozen shut etc. Gail is wonderful and keeps me well informed. They are fast and extremely efficient. I just had my first experience with this company, I will not be returning. The owner suggested that I bring my car back to Guy's Tire, which I gladly would have had my tire situation not be urgent in nature. At least at Guy's Tire your always treated respectfully, and all their staff are very knowledgeable about their products. The arrogant attitude was not appreciated, the only saving grace was that the receptionist was lovely, and the fact that the repair was done on the spot, which I was greatful for. Thanks for your service, I will be bringing all my business to Guy's Tire all the time. Enjoy your holidays.

Excellent knowledgeable mechanics. I went to toronto to fix my steering wheal as someone else supposed to pay for me. Did three attempts with three different mechanics in Missisuaga but none of them could make it operational. Finally decided not to go down south anymore and went to “Ontario Auto North Bay” who suggested me “Under the Hood” to get my work done. And believe me or not the guy who fixed my car is way more than excellent. Also the fees is cheaper than other mechanics. I bought this Chevy Cruze 3 months back and this was my best experience out of all my attempts. And I think This place is became my favourite place now. Highly recommend this spot to get your work done. Specially for GM,Chevy,Buick don’t go to Dealer they will charge you handsome amounts > go to Under the Hood(they are same as dealers but way cheaper).

They were able to get me in quick and replaced 2 parts for me in a day with reasonable pricing and showed me what was broken. They were even able to save us a few bucks as the O2 sensor didn't end up needed to get replaced.
