They inspected a used car for me before I purchased it and helped me make the repairs to get it certified! The staff was very friendly. The labor costs can seem a bit high but I can't say how it compares to other mechanic garages in the area, perhaps it's the average fare these days.

I had an alignment done last week and they replaced a inner tie rod and sway bar bushing This is my second time there and the first time was good but this time isn’t so. Today the 9th November I went back to Total alignment to let them know there was a hose clamp on the inner tie rod end and grease was leaking from the boot since the clamp isn’t the right one first off and I guess the tie rod boot is weathered and that why it cracked or ripped, I was never told that after the work was done since I would of replaced it I believe in paying once but get the job done right. Today the guy that came out to check I didn’t get his name but he was rude and not helpful at all seems that he was stressed to the max for some reason he told me to stop the undertone of blaming them for bad work which I wasn’t at all and never offered to fix the boot. Anyways I want people to know about my experience and hopefully it can help them in making there repair decision since people are looking at reviews before choosing a garage. Thank you Luc

I had two semi trucks there. The first truck they got me for some brake drums that were not worn out. I know cause I put them on. Fronts. Then I had them install an inverter it was wired but just left loose in the boot box not mounted. I even showed the guy where to mount it. And one of my batteries was different. All batteries where tested and one new one was installed prior to me dropping the truck off. They where all car proof bats but I got one miss matched bat on return. Then my second truck I had an alignment done due to an error on my part. The front axel was the only issue. There was no irregular tire wear on the drives one year on the rubber. Then when I picked up the truck they said they put in a 120 thousands inch shim in the rear. Now it’s wearing the drives big time. I was apprehensive about calling them about it cause shops never want to fix mistakes for free they wanna charge you more and blame it on something else. 6 months after alignment. I called got the response I was expecting. Don’t bring your stuff here there expensive and the price doesn’t reflect the services. Thanks. 650$ for an alignment and spent 7000$ on the other truck. Sounds like you need another alignment she said. I will never be back. I had the alignment fixed at a TA in Wisconsin for $200usd, I didn’t have to drop my truck off for a day and book it in, they found the middle axel was out 1/4”. Big trucks don’t just go out of alignment especially the drives. At total alignment, yes I noticed the problem pretty much when I drove it away. I’m busy I don’t have time to argue with these shops who never own up to things. I just was disappointed and wasn’t surprised. Free parking all winter?? Lol is that what you call it when a customer has there vehicle at your place for work?? I’m sure I paid one way or another.
