Saturday afternoon I was in a dilemma. I needed a caliper to replace a faulty one I installed last year. It was 3:30 pm Saturday NAPA and Honda Dealership parts were closed. Canadian tire would take days for curbside pickup. So I googled parts store in the area open on a Saturday afternoon. PartSource popped up and I gave them a call. They had the caliper in stock and it was available for curbside pickup right away. They saved my day!! I highly recommend them for your parts needs!

I give kudos to the North Bay location for attempting to alter the vehicles in their delivery fleet to be more environmentally friendly yet an epic failure with the advertising on your new Kia Niro. Multiple badges on the vehicle make note that it is fully electric and has zero emissions. Clearly if you were to look under the vehicles but you would find its muffler and on the side a little cover where the gas goes in. Sure this is a hybrid which does have some electrification but it is nowhere close to the advertised claim. Shame on you for the false advertising. This is absolute product misrepresentation.

Perfectly acceptable portion of the PartsSource chain, all the staff is nice, knowledgeable and friendly; they don't stock anything super out of the ordinary on the shelves but in that you won't be disappointed. Very decent parts selection in the back for typical replacements. Check out the reduced bin they usually have by the entrance, love when they do that.

Great selection. Items rarely out of stock. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to give extra help. Rarely a wait. Prices are about the same as anywhere else on brand name items, though.

I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to let others know that they go out of their way with customer service. I called for a couple parts that they had instock and had my wife drive by and picked them up for me. By the time she finished paying for the parts, one of the customer service reps had his coat on and was ready to carry the parts to her car. They have always had my parts in stock along with two other choices. Well done.Give a thumbs up if this helped.????

Came into the store in a rush, looking for parts for an older Ford engine in an obscure, non-automotive application. I was greeted by a very warm and welcoming gentleman who went above and beyond in making sure a solution was found. I would go out of my way to shop here again.

Terrible customer service. Had a problem with my headlight bulb, wasn't turning completely to seal like the old one. Both staff said they couldn't help me because it's against policy. Wasn't asking for them to replace my headlight, just to come look if I was doing it properly but both staff in an empty store said it was against policy to help. Turns out the old gasket had come off which stopped the new bulb from fitting. Super simple but don't go to this store because they will go out of their way to not help you.

Awesome place for parts. They always have what I need and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a tire plug kit but had my 6 yr old son with me and didn't want to leave him in the car or bring him in. One of the staff was outside and was more than happy to get the plug kit and take my debit card to pay for it so I could avoid having to bring my son inside. Thank you very much.

We went in today to look for a part for the exhaust. A young guy was suppose to be helping us. As soon as we told him what we wanted he started arguing with us that we are wrong. Ken was just under the car looking at what he needed. Guy keep saying it has 4 clamps. We have a stock exhaust only 1 clamp. He then said that Ken was being rude. He wasn’t. If he was I would have say something. Ken was correcting him on the part we were looking for. He didn’t like being told he was wrong. When he came back he started arguing with Ken again that he was wrong then asked for more detail. Goes oh that’s what your looking for other there on the other side of the counter. We were already looking there we are at the counter now cause it’s not there. Was not impressed. If had listened from the beginning or asked questions would have solved a lot of headache. If we go back there won’t be having him look after us. Don’t need the arrogance.

I called the store looking for several parts. The employee was very courteous and helpful and efficient. He was also very patient with my questions and gave helpful advice. I drove to the store in the afternoon to pick the items up and was equally delighted with the experience and to be able to meet the employee who was so kind and helpful. His name was Rick (Richard), and he made it all so easy. Now if only he will do the repair for me!!! but he did wish me luck... The store was bright and clean and well-organized, and I actually looked around a little bit. I will go there again when I need parts. Thanks Rick!

I wanted to search their store inventory via website for a certain synthetic oil. Could not get their website to let me select the Peterboro store as "my store" So I ended up phoning the store. Both Parts Source and Canadian Tire need to spend some money to make their websites user friendly. Because right now they are probably the worst interactive retail websites on the net.

Went in and bought castrol oil today as they advertised 40% off. Regular price . discounted price was $32.99 Dropped into Walmart later . They had the same oil regular price $26.88 What a rip off Will never buy anything at Parts Source again.

Though the counter staff are quite nice a female driver impatiently was honking at my disabled husband as she entered the driveway near their parking area. He was trying to negotiate a truck to move so he could get closer to disabled parking. With the disabled sign in our windshield and him carrying a cane, after I waved her thru so she could park, it was totally disrespectful to glare at us once she got out. Patience and courtesy keeps you coming to a business and not employees with attitude.
