If I could give a 100 stars I would. Kristen is doing a fabulous job. Expert service and reasonable rates. If you are a woman (or a man) that often wonders if you are getting fleeced at another shop - I really HIGHLY recommend coming to see Kristen and the guys (Josh & Zach). They won't steer you wrong. New office and shop reno's make the space feel clean, modern, and you have a birds eye view on all the work being done in the shop.

Can't say enough how grateful I am to Kristin and NSL for helping me out in a difficult situation yesterday. It speaks volumes that she fit me in unscheduled to help out an out of towner. Called my client when I my CV joint imploded and they highly recommended NSL and mentioned Kristin by name and the tow truck driver also raved about her and the shop. Obviously they're doing it right and now they have another fan... She's a rockstar ????????

Just bought a used f150 last week that was brought in for safety.And said everything was ok and had new front brakes installed , after getting my truck and driving home 2 1/2 hrs there was a clunking sound when turning and taking off from a stop and a clunking or rattling sound from the rear sound like maybe shock bushings are gone. I called the shop and the girl on the phone was super nice and assured me that everything on the truck was safe and tight when it was in for its safety. This is very annoying and just thought it would of been noticed during safety. I'll be taking it in to my shop this week to see what the problem is.
