I did, and they fixed it (I thought it was my power steering, turns out it was my tires & alignment). They ensured everything was to my liking before I drove off. Wonderful team and experience.

I paid 115$ for air filter and a high mileage oil change. Worth the dollar and if you check their website they do have coupons available for download to your phone for a couple dollars off. Shaw open Wi-Fi is also available for the wait.

Excellent service, got my car there to patch a flat out tyre. He couldn't patch it completely as the rip was too big so he pumped the tyre to the max and give me advice about the closest place to go to replace the tyre. He didn't even want to hear about charging me and he even gave me a air refreshner and lip balm heh It's good to know there is someone honest you can count on when you need the help the most, especially bcs I was in tight frame to make to my appointment. On the work order of things done states air pressure was 38 where it should be 36. And because they didn't check it tire pressure light is on obviously they didn't check it or probably anything else advertised.. oil changes are fine anything passed that is a miss

I was in for a lube/il with my 4x4 RV and the tech, Mylan, tested the acidic levels in the rad and found the coolant to be contaminated. To be open and honest...I was skeptical..all the stories of up-selling came to mind. However..I had a mechanic double check and yep...spot on. This acidic level thing is a BIG deal. Google it..what it does and can do to your engine. I had NO idea. So..Jiffy Lube in Penticton..your tech did me a great service and I am grateful.

Very friendly staff. However they said were out of the conventional oil and I was told to go up to a high milage one. And then was also told I'm due for a rad cap and air filter change. Which I know myself I was not. Great service and staff but they need to cool it with all the upsells if it's not 100% needed. I would still recommend this place though!!

He answered all of my questions and I was out of there in no time. However, I only went for an oil change so that's all I could comment on. I had been a loyal customer to this Jiffy Lube location since I got my car in September of 2017. Two days ago, my CEL was on, and I went to Jiffy Lube thinking it was just in need of an oil change. I had read on the Jiffy Lube Canada website that they provide engine diagnostics, and it isn’t clear that Jiffy Lube in Ontario operate under another website. Jiffy Lube changed my oil without running diagnostics (because they don’t have ANY licenced mechanics on staff!) and as a result, I need to get my oil changed again after 2 days because my mechanic informed me that I had a faulty coil which allowed the fuel injector to deposit gas into my oil. Jiffy Lube in North Bay should NEVER have changed my oil, and should have sent me to my mechanic to diagnose the issue. This Jiffy Lube only wants your money. They don’t care if they potentially screw up your engine permanently! Don’t take your car to Jiffy Lube North Bay!!!

Due to the cold weather I was using the remote start on my car and did not see the change oil notification. The weather warmed up yesterday and I did not need the use the remote start and saw the change oil notification. When I looked at my mileage I saw I was way past my recommended mileage. I called them 15 minutes before close on a Saturday and they got in me in very quickly got the oil change done. The price was the same as other shops in the area and the staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly despite it being right at the end of their day.

Fantastic everything. Let me explain what the experience is like. Their COVID protocol is good. You stay in your car. They guide you safely into the bay. You chat with a person standing near some wall-mount computers about what kind of oil change you want, while others do a full inspection. As he types everything in, you can see in detail exactly what's happening. No sales trickery: they're looking your car up in a database to know what manufacturer recommendations are for oil and everything else. A person shows you the engine filter and says it's pretty dirty and is getting about ready to be replaced. The main guy upsells you: the database shows the correct model in stock for $30. You say "no thanks" and he politely immediately moves on (no sales pressure). You pay with credit card by tapping the machine _through_ the window of your car, so it's COVID safe. You get your receipt and documentation (less COVID safe but meh, you could always just decline or maybe even take a photo of the receipt with your phone). I was really happy how sensible it all was. There was no sales pressure. Their business model is transparent: competently and quickly change the oil while walking through a maintenance checklist, backed by a database of manufacturer recommendations. Politely upsell any items (like filters, wipers, burnt out lights) and move on if not interested. This is how you run a business.

As a young female, you always fear being taken advantage of in a place like this. I have heard so many horror stories, that I almost always go into a mechanical situation defensively! The staff at Jiffy Lube are exceptional! They have always explained everything they are doing, why a particular thing is RECOMMENDED (but you're never pressured to just DO IT NOW!), and they always go above and beyond. I have never had a bad experience at this location and will continue to give them my service as long as I am living in North Bay!

We were on our way to Chatham and the car was acting up. It slipped into Limp Mode westbound on the 401 just past Highway 8 (after we made a stop in Guelph). Most garages were closed, and the closest open business that was within reach was the Jiffy Lube in Woodstock. We called ahead, and they were very accommodating. When we arrived, they moved us into a bay, took a look, and rectified the problem. They were very clear that the fix was only temporary (until we could take the car into our normal mechanic to deal with the problem). They were kind, efficient, and were very transparent (as the issue was above and beyond the scope of a normal visit). They earned our trust in a single visit (not an easy thing) and they handled us well in the middle of a pandemic. Kudos to the folks at the Woodstock Jiffy Lube!

Went for an oil change... the tech said all the bolts on the skid plate where stripped by the last place I took it to. Oil was low so paid for a top up until I could bring it back to the place I took it last time. Took it back to the last place and they showed me that NONE of the bolts were stripped and had no problem doing the oil change. Annoying AF.

My truck was making some bad noises which I suspected was the rear brake pads. I reached out to Nick at Jiffy Lube because I noticed a sign out front that said brakes. It was 830 am this morning, Nick explained that they prefer appointments for brake services because they want to make sure that their certified mechanic Kevin is on duty. I proceeded to ask if he was there and if they had time to check my brakes. Nick's response was bring it on it. So without delay i went straight to the shop and the guys their did the oil change and air filter for me while Kevin went to work on my brakes. Kevin's attention to detail was absolutely amazing. When I brought the truck in the all four sliders on the rear calipers were seized. While he waited on the parts he never left my truck, he worked hard to get the sliders out so he could properly lubricate them and get them working. Frank and Nick kept me informed of what was going on and thoroughly explained my bill when the time came to pay. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for not only the great service of oil, lube and filter. For brakes, shocks and struts, all the fluids of the vehicle....I can't say enough about this place, I strongly recommend them for all you maintenance needs.

This people caused me a lot of damage in my car, they are good at engine oil change but do not ever let them touch your transmission. they kept offering me to change transmission oil in every visit and when i said ok they didnt do it properly and then they had to do it again to fix it but now my car is damaged. my mechanic said i need to pay 1400$ to fix it ! But once management were aware of the situation, they contacted me immediately and had my car repaired at no expense to myself . Thank you

First met with Jake when I walked in, then Devon and Jake changed the oil on my ‘02 Jetta TDi. They even measured the oil coming out of my car upon my request. Were knowledgeable on the oil my car needed and helped me make a better decision. I shared a quick quip with Tej about him being in his overalls looking just like Tej from Fast and Furious. Forget who it was but without my needing to ask he started checking the tire pressures. I had just adjusted them so they were spot on already. Had a good laugh while they did the work. Great group of guys who gave me advice on my great Canadian road trip in the middle of winter. Enjoyed my experience. Would recommend buying oil from them, it’s cheaper. I usually do my own oil changes so I bought my own but saved it for later.

I'd not had the best experience at Jiffy Lube in Penticton and posted a review voicing my displeasure (ie. venting). A day or two later, I received a phone call from the new owner of Jiffy Lube. He was apologetic and informed me that, as a new owner, he would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. He requested that I stop in and allow him to resolve the things that had caused my displeasure. In this day and age, I've not heard of owners going that distance to ensure that a disgruntled customer is satisfied. Needless to say, I'm very happy with this new ownership and they'll be seeing my car for oil changes in the future. All's well that ends well. :)

I popped by today to get an oil change and new wipers but my first visit there was a wait (couldn't stay due to a dr. Apt). I came back after my apt and there was going to be a wait again, I didn't think I could stay because I needed to get home to cook dinner, my luck the ppl in front chose not to wait so Chris got me in right away! This is the first time coming here and I will definitely return. Love that they have a waiting room and show you everything they have looked at or are doing and ask for your opinion. Never felt pressure to purchase anything other than what I knew I could afford and to me that was a bonus. In and out in 18 mins and got airmiles! Honest customer service from friendly staff. They took us in to put on snow tires with no appointment, and even though there were 4 other people putting on their tires ahead of us we were in an out within an hour. The staff is very friendly and patient, and I originally wrote a 5 star review for here, but after getting my winter tires put on here I noticed my car was much louder as I drove around. I brought my car back in to a different location to get the wheels balanced/rotated, and was informed that they were very unbalanced and not rotated properly. My car drives much quieter since then. While they have excellent customer service and are a pleasure to talk with, I wouldn't come here for anything tire-related... Just stick with oil changes.

I use to bring all my vehicles here but after my last oil change that visit was literally my last. The day after my oil change I had to check my oil ( reason irrelevant) and to make a major long story short, my filter and oil had not been changed fully or at all. I immediately contacted the jiffy I had my vehicle done at and they told my to contact head office...that was like pulling teeth. After many calls , messages, and emails I never heard back from anyone . so I don't go there anymore and my immediate family and several friends changed places too. A reply is not a hard concept.

Disrespectful, sexist, poor communication and unprofessional. When I attempted to clarify miscommunication over service details and pricing after working with staff for around 30 mins, manager initially ignored me, stormed around my car and called me a f;-,$&@! B-:;$ to his staff who had made the initial communication errors. He thought he was out of earshot but he wasn’t. I stuck by my points and maintained he negotiate a fair price, which he eventually did. Did not need the disrespect and verbal abuse. Don’t go here if you value consistency in service and respect to all genders.

These guys do a fine job. Change oil and other fluids check your wiper blades, lights, etc... However I "normally" do my own repairs and change my own fluids etc. I understand that it is their job to suggest other maintenance when needed but if I can save 5 bucks on a set of wipers by waiting until they go on sale somewhere else and change them myself I'm going to do it. Twice in a row now the "technician" turned condescending when I politely turned down their suggestions to have them change the air filter/wipers, etc. Wont be going back if I can help it.

Check to make sure they put your air filter back in properly. I brought my car in and they didn't next day my wrench and engine light came on and I had to spend $75 for them to plug in the machine to figure out what was wrong and lo and behold the air filter wasn't put on properly. They offered me $20 off my next oil change so I will be taking my two cars elsewhere from now on.

I only wanted filter and oil change...employee had an attitude because I told him that I did not want anything else checked on the vehicle...very expensive compare to other fast lube companies...Manager tried to tell me that the prices were the same as anywhere else...I replied we have a fleet of 27 vehicles... I would of thought that the manager could have stopped his conversion after I told him the amount of fleet vehicles that we had on hand...but no...the Manager then proceeded with the invoice and told me that the oil changed took only 8 minutes...mean while I jumped in my vehicle and the technician told me to hang on for a minute.. I ask him why arent you not done...sorry Sir...we still have the skid plate to finish off...meanwhile 8 minutes later.. they told me that I am good to and to have a great day...Did the oil change take 8 minutes or not... that's what it says on my receipt.. the truth of the matter... it took 16 minutes to complete the work...this was my first experience and our last visit.

I was skeptical about going to a quick lube shop like jiffy lube until the staff ensured me they are warranty approved shop. They did not push for sales and I was in and out in 20 mins at the end they showed me my oil level to assure me that it was full. I would recommend jiffy lube to all my friends and family

Nick has a pretty simple philosophy...look after your customers with awesome service,support and great prices. All the guys are friendly,knowledgeable and actually care about what they do. Have had brakes done, bearings replaced,and various parts replaced on my 2 vehicles. Pricing was great and the mechanic on staff knows his stuff. Overall Awesome and they treat you like a valued customer the way you should be treated but very hard to find elsewhere.These guys are awesome!!

I went there for oil change, they did the oil change without informing the broken oil pan screw threads. After one week there was no oil in the engine. I went back to them, they told me that you have to go to mechanic to fix the oil pan. But they never told me at the time of oil change. I drove the car without realizing there was no engine oil. Now my engine making weird noise. I don't recommend this place

Thanks for the excellent service guys. I came in with my older motor home afraid you might not be able to accommodate me. Because it was the transmission oil flush with the oil filter change, and a coolant change I made an appointment. Sure enough, all was ready for me when I arrived. Jiffy Lube was my go to place to get my oil and fluids done, but when I went in the winter they told me I had a leak in my axel seals. I was so paranoid that I refused to drive on the highway with if from then on out. I just brought my car to the garage and they told me that everything was fine with the seals and that I have nothing to worry about. Jiffy Lube employees are NOT mechanics. and they shouldn't be giving advice to people about mechanical problems.

Came here by accident after my gps directed me here instead of Mr Lube. I'm a fan for life of this location and the Jiffy Lube franchise. They aren't pushy about upsells like some other places and for me that works better if someone says "hey your airfliter is dirty consider changing it" rather than "hey your airfliter is clogged and you won't make it far and your engine will explode we can change it for $199" trying to pressure and scare you. The staff is so nice and they actually get you in and out in 10-15 mins all while providing top notch service. Can't say enough good things about this location. Kudos guys!!

If you check your own fluids regularly it's fine. But I went in before I picked up power steering and brake fluid knowing mine was low, service guy said it was fine and the work order started the same. At least he didnt try to up sale me on anything.

Always nice friendly atmosphere when I go. No appointment necessary just drive up and they take care of you. Great place right now to take your car you don’t even have to get out. You drive in they change your oil while you sit in your car they go over everything with you bring the debit machine to your car. No one has to get in your car keeping everyone safe.
