Hometown is my go to garage for all my mechanical needs. Trustworty, honest, no bones about it gentlemen. Mark os a phenomenal help. Steve and john are top notch mechanics that accepts nothing less than top notch work from their apprentices. Highly recommend this shop. For the ladies that are afraid to be ripped off at other places by shady characters. There are no shady. Chaacters here honest guys doing honest work.

The service I received at this shop was great. The guys were courteous and professional, no hidden fees, did only what needed to be done as discussed and were even able to accomodate an after hours pick up (don't know if they can do that all the time but the managed to accomodate for me.) Highly recommend this garage.

An overall great experience. I asked for the first appointment of the day and my vehicle was immediately taken in upon my arrival. I was greeted and went through all the info they needed as I was a new client. They were thorough and confirmed all the details of my appointment. The price for service was fair and I was thanked for my business. This will now be my "go to" service garage.

Very disappointed with this garage in the small town I grew up in...my 17yr old daughter working at Champlain Park for the summer and brought her car in to have front end alignment (front weight fell off rim) was quoted 1600 and when I spoke to them on phone he stated that it needed front struts...I was furious Because car just passed safety less then a month prior! Asked to speak with mechanic and he stated parts were TIRED! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This garage is outstanding. I read the other poor reviews and I am very suspicious that they are not accurate. This group tackled a very challenging job that would have cost us close to $2400 for less than $800 minus the part. I can tell that this team is resourceful and very customer service oriented. The garage is very well equipped so give them a chance to earn your business.

Not too happy with the service i received there. Been told a few different time frames for a part that needed to be ordered first it was 6 weeks then today was told it would be 4 months ! Charged me an inspection fee to tell me whats wrong with my car , when i told them it was the front drivers side front end. Wanted to charge me for a roadtest when it didnt even leave the parking lot! Also wanted me to pay for the part up front before they even order it! Wanted to charge me for 2 tires that were already paid for 2 weeks before my car went in for this problem.Had my car towed to Mitsubishi and my part will be in this Thursday that's 4 days compared to 4 months !!! Also was $500 cheaper for the part at the dealer and 1 hr less for labour! Not a good way to start a new buisiness

Took my car there for new headlight bulbs and had an amazing experience, they took there time showed me different type of bulbs, showed me some led bulbs and there the best i ever had. They came with a 5 year warranty and there next brand up has life time warranty. Highly recommend to bring your vehicle to them verry professional and they know there stuff, they also take there time to explain and show you different options.
