Got a set of American Racing Rims here for my jeep. They put on the set I ordered (I ordered chrome but got polished instead) but went and swapped my lug nuts for crappy plastic chrome plated lug nuts along with my new rims. I noticed after a month when the lug nuts started rusting like crazy. Had to go buy another set from Chrysler. Watch these guys and double check their work before you drive off the parking lot.

Outstanding service!! Driving from Ottawa to Kapuskasing. Found a flat in NorthBay. Stopped by to see these guys, took my car in immediatly, told me what the problem was, fixed it, checked my 3 other tires and was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great people. Quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy. I wish I knew guys like this where I live. I came in with a nail on my tire and while another shop said they couldn't repair it because how close to that edge of the tire (and said they'd have to order in a new tire for me), Derrek, at Guy's, informed me they're into the repair and can repair pretty much any tire, which they did for my tire in about 20 minutes and for $34. Sweet. Thanks guys

Very prompt and friendly service at a great price! I discovered one of my rear tires was flat, called in asking for a next-day appointment and was set up with a great time very efficiently. I went there to get use winter tires they never called me back. My friend also bought his tires there the customer service was terrible they mentioned to him that they don't even want to be there putting tires on it's just a courtesy for customers so I don't think that was very professional

I enjoyed the service Guy's tire gave me. I just went to get 4 new tires installed but the mecanic came to the front afterward and told me that one of my front bearing is on its way out, that it was no rush but it might need to be replaced next, also he did another small repair with no extra charge. The price was way better than the price that canadian tire was giving me and was able to make myself a coffee while waiting. Service was quick I gave it a 4 star only because the only thing I taught could be better is if they could offer their customers free wi-fi. I recommend Guy's tire to anybody

I reached out to Guy's Tire to look after my daughter's tire when she suffered a flat while on the way to University in North Bay. As she is living away from home I was naturally concerned that she would get the tire repaired or replaced in a timely and safe manner. I reached out, long distance, to Derrick at Guy's and he said that although he was quite busy, he would look after her. Despite the CAA driver's claim that the tire was "ruined", Derrick and his staff inspected the tire and found that it was simply a valve stem issue and repaired it for her while she waited. While they could have easily sold her a new tire, they took the honest approach and only did what was necessary. Living 5 hours away from my daughter, this was very reassuring. I highly recommend dealing with Guy's Tire in North Bay. Thanks Derrick.

I call Guys Tire because the car wouldn’t not start, in no time they show up to take a look at my car. They notice right away the battery was dead so they give me a boost, I follow them to their shop to get a new battery and in about 30 minutes they fix my got me up and going.

I came in close to closing with low air in my tire. I had recently filled it with air so I suspected there was a small hole. Derrick brought my car into the shop and examined the tire. Within a few mins they were able to locate the issue and fix patch it quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 mins and the price was very reasonable.

Use to get my tires done here all the time up until last year when they threw my tires out without asking.. k? sure ya they were done but at least ask? Then after picking up my car and it was not driving properly, I live out of town so i called back right away and brought my car in. The way that Derick at the front counter spoke to me was awful, he spoke down to me and when Guy came out, he backed up Derick and spoke the same way to me. They kept using my full name, and just talking down to me. Anyhow, I was at work and they said they would call me when they would come and pick me up (3min drive) I was done at 530 and it was 5:15 so I called them, see if I need to make any other arrangements, I didn't mind. First off Derick answered, Randy what do you need he says?? Randy when do you want to be picked up? I couldnt believe it, I had been so loyal to these people and spoke so highly of them. Ill never go back and haven't since. After reading other reviews I can see i'm not the only one. Guy if you're gonna take time to comment on this with some BS excuse. Save it. You should have taken your time that day with me and been customer oriented rather than ego oriented.
