goodyear fortera tires are the worse tires I bough 4 new fortera tires for my suv i had 106,000 kl on it when i bough them i now have 164,000kl and my tires are all crack and are split between the treads please consumer check your tires every year they are no good and they had a recall in 2015 for tires made in 2014 for these issues and they told me no recall on 2013 its just wear and tire lol you be the judge

I can not thank the professionals at More Than Tires enough! I ran over something on the QEW and got a flat tire. I changed my tire only to realized that the spare was also flat!!! Luckily I was able to carry my spare tire over to More Than Tires. They were extremely kind and willing to fix the value on my spare tire right away. Thank you, thank you!!

I just took my daughter's suv here for a creaking noise. They called with an estimate of $1,100 for two lower control arms and ball joints and an alignment. I called the Hyundai dealership and was told that you can just replace the ball joints for $35 each part. So I called them back and let them know and the mechanic said, let me speak to another mechanic. Came back with an estimate of $450! Almost 2 1/2 x less! I asked to speak with the manager and his excuse for the discrepancy was that the mechanic was new. Any licensed mechanic would know that they didn't have to replace the control arms. It was a simple job. Do not trust this garage as they will take advantage of you if you don't have any automotive knowledge. Just glad I was here to do this for my daughter. Always do your due diligence before you pay!!!! I took her car to another garage.

We recently moved to St Catharines and just found this establishment. The staff are well versed and knowledgeable, and they recommended me a set of new Goodyear Assurance tires at a very reasonable price including installation. I couldn't be happier with the tires and their service. Have since gone back for an oil change and will continue to service my car there in the future.

They have kids working on cars unsupervised that have no idea what they're doing. Had my car on the hoist and the rear metal lift plate was turned up into the tire. Yeah....no contact with the frame...Owner tells the kid you not suppose to do that. My question is #1 Why wasn't he fired on the spot and #2 Why wasn't he supervised. Also found out later that the tire was damage from that and they took no responsibility.

For several years, I have patronized this service facility for all routine servicing for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. My experience there has been most favorable. Management is helpful and trustworthy and the work has been done very well and in a timely fashion. Furthermore, I feel I have received excellent value. I have to add that my Goodyear ComfortTred tires are very quiet running and have made a noticeable improvement in ride quality. I highly recommend this service facility.

Great guys! After my 2-year lease on my Cruze was spent, this became my one stop shop for everything car. Their discounted sythentic oil change special comes around every 3 months and its a steal. Lastly, if you need something special done that is out of their capabilities, they know people to call in to get it done. Highly recommended!

Beware of your fluid levels when getting oil changes, I have been for oil changes for over a year. The past 3 oil changes my fluids were not topped up and I have been running my car with inadequate fluid. When confronted the gentleman at the desk laughed in our face and said they always top up fluid. BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. I have paid for a service and had to purchase my own antifreeze as they refused to rectify the situation. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble!

You know all those car owner horror stories about going in for an oil change and coming out needing a thousand new parts..? This place is the source of such stories. $200 later and my car is just as bad as, if not worse than, when it went in. They gave me the green light to go get it e-tested and it failed for the same reason they said they had fixed. They refused to investigate what they had missed any further without more money. The feel I got from the employees there is as though they really do want to help, but they are hesitant to rise up against a tyrranical, money mad boss. This was a waste of time and money. I am back to square one, and the only change is I am out of gas, down $250, and have 4 days left to get the repairs done.

I’ve brought my car here a few times because I had a coupon. But every time I’m here, they talk to me like I’m an idiot. I never ever play the woman card but the front desk staff are definitely patronizing to female customers. I’ve seen men there for the exact same service and the customer service given is night and day! And as for their repair suggestions, I can always predict what they’ll be. I’ve had them suggest repairs that I have literally just addressed at another repair shop. Never again will I come here, coupon or not!

Completely unqualified techs. Told me maybe scrap my charger because rat ate some wiring. Next place i brought to said no prob. Now i know why only 1 car in service bay. Still cost me 53 dollars to look at wires i saw.

My mother took her car here and they had told her it needed a brake job. But it didn’t. I had the brakes replaced 3 months prior. They had also told her she needed some flushes and that she needs struts but I told her to say no. We took the car to the dealer and they said the struts are still very good and the mounts are in good shape. Don’t trust this place. They are very shady.

They are the worst first time took my car in for an oil change and asked them to change the burnt out lights, they told me I didn't have any. So I ended up having a friend do it. Then my brakes went and I needed the asap so took back there because its beside my work. I should of trusted the reviews and my gut, they over charged me and added 2 extra hours on my bill also. Their way of fixing it in their mind was 2 free oil changes and 5% off. So just if you are thinking to go there really go somewhere else.

Went in for an oil change, they made recommendations for things they claimed I need done. Had no problems with the oil change but I would suggest going to your own mechanic to find out what recommendations are actually needed.
