A few days ago, I was surprised to come out of my house to see that I had two popped tires. Julies Auto was amazing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Julie herself and she was able to expertly help me through this incident and quickly get me back on the road. Everyone in her shop was very courteous, and took pride in making sure that I had everything I needed. Overall great prices and incredible service! Wonderful experience dealing with Julie's tire and auto. Had multiple things that needed to be replaced and she made sure all the repairs were within my budget. Pulled out of the parking lot and a few blocks up my car stalled, I couldn't get it back without it stalling so I called back and they had someone RUN to me . They got me back and instantly lifted my car up to fix the issue and I was out within 15 minutes and no extra charge to me as it was a defective part they had just put in(it happens). That's what I call customer service!

Excellent place to get your tires. I am a frugal individual who researches everything for hours prior to buying a product. I even produced an excel spreadsheet with all the prices in the Niagara region and Julie's Tire had by far the lowest price for the tire I was inquiring about. Unfortunately, after initial positive tire purchase, two years down the road I had to edit my previous positive posting due to warranty issues, that was promised at the time of purchase. Just to make a long story short, I wouldn't recommend this place to get your tires, period!!! Don't know why so many good reviews about this place here, maybe that's just because of a number of older folks shopping there (no offense intended), but Julie's Tire is the last place I would buy my tires again. In my opinion they're careless people! Buyer beware!

The work was done quickly and they went out of their way to accommodate me, even going so far as to offer to send someone to pick me up so that I could come and collect my car after the work was done. Terrible service. Cooper Tires had issues within 9 months and they did nothing. Even though Ctc and Midas said that the tires were defective Julie blamed it on a bad alignment even though they were shown alignment was fine. Julie said Cooper Tires can wear uneven and feather and cause road noise with the smallest issue or slightest out of alignment. She even blamed the alignment garage saying the machine could be defective that did the alignment. Terrible service and Cooper tires are awful. Stay away and buy from reputable stores that care about customers and sell quality tires.
