I have been going to this place for years They have replaced all for sets of tires, replaced the back blinker light and even my front breaks On my last interaction, what I can only imagine everyone should know, their mechanics striped my lock nut with an impact drill. So when I went to take my tires off to replace the back brakes, the lock nuts would not turn ensuring the nuts can’t come off. Today when I called them to explain the situation, not only did they not even come close to making this right but refused to take any blame saying those lock nuts strip so easily. When I took my vehicle to the dealership they not only replaced the nuts with functioning nuts but only charged me for the parts to do it I guess you get what you pay for which explains their customer service No way would I continue recommending these people or allow them anywhere near my vehicle

worst customer service. went for a part they already told me they had over the phone. when i got there, there were 5 guys sitting at the desk one was on the phone and the others were chatting with each other. noone bothered to ask if we needed something. finally i interrupted them and told them i was there for the part. they said oh thats the guy on the phone u have to talk to him. waited for him to get off the phone ten minutes. he tells me one second then proceeds to make a call un relevant and take another ten minutes. i walked out. if i could give no stars i would

They're usually busy and wait times can be long, but that's because they're doing something right. I go here for all the major repairs my vehicles need.

Ridiculous experience. A complete waste of time. They won't tell you if they have what you want over the phone, then they tell you it's first-come, first-serve, so you have to physically go down there, see if they have what you want, and then wait around until they can get to you. Before I left, they were telling people it was a 2-3 hour wait. Would it not make more sense to let people buy what they want and come back for it when it's less busy? If your business was run like every other business, you'd have $300 of my money right now. Instead, I bought what I needed off Kijiji for the same price, no waiting. Don't waste your time here. I'm sure the staff is very nice, but the place is run like it's still the 1960s.

Husband contacted them for parts to fix my car. Was told they had them. Went in and was told they hadn't pulled the parts off yet, but they would have them the next day. My husband paid for half the parts and told.them he would be in next day (or within the week) to pick the parts up and pay the rest. As my husband didn't have time to get the parts, I called a few days later to "inquire" about the cost of parts. They told me they didn't have the parts I was looking for. I let my husband know and he talked to the guys. Turns out, even with a deposit, the sold the parts on us and didn't let is know. Thankfully we were refunded the deposit. Poor service overall as when I spoke to the man on the phone, he was very abrupt and seemed like he didn't want to carry on the conversation to help. It was a "no we don't have it, bye" conversation. Very rude.

What can i say- Unprofessional- Disrespectful- most of the staff were ok except for the owner Marcel, who seems to talk to people like he owns them. Gives me the wrong part after I pay and arrive at my mechanic. I call him to ask if he has the right one and this uneducated owner says that was the right part and hangs up in my face. Call him back to have a word and this genius says I hung up on him. Marcel you remember me. Very tough and sure on the phone until I rolled back in to return it. Wasn't so rude then. He couldn't even make eye contact with me because he knew i was not playing around. How dare you talk to customers like that.

My experience at this business. I called at 4:30pm today ordered some parts and requested it be left outside after business hours. I arrived around 6:40pm and found out that one of my parts was wrong. Dave who happens to work there was more than helpful and took the time outside of his work hours to accommodate and move 3 vehicles to check if the correct part was available on a second parts vehicle. Sure enough, right component was identified and Dave was more than willing to take it off at 7 pm on a Tuesday. Saved me a 3 hour drive up and down. Dave took time out of his day to make things right. If you want exceptional service, ask for Dave at Rectangle. Not too many people go out of there way to make things right especially when they are not on the clock. Dave and the folks at Rectangle have made me a customer for life. Anytime you have the part listed, you guys will be my number 1 choice. Much appreciated Dave.

Not so good, i am native and they made me pay the tax which is kinda of saying I don't care about your rights. But still took my status card and wrote my info down. Don't make any sense. I payed 160 more then I should have. Over the phone the phone they said motor had 100000 kms less then what they told me when I got there, tricky people there.

Nothing but positive experiences here. Easygoing and knowledgeable staff. Great place to look for used cars, more than fair prices, honest owners. Perfect spot to look for affordable, certified discount cars where you can be assured the owners honestly and legitimately made the cars reliable and roadworthy prior to sale. I did not go to rectangle for parts, but it looks like they have it all, and I have seen them help customers out by locating parts for order. I have also taken my car in here for repair and have had excellent service and unbelievable prices. I don't even live in Niagara but always try my best to bring my car here. THANKYOU!

Worst place ever. Bought a battery died within a month went to go get an oil change and they left my cap open. My car was burning oil and the hood flooded they could have blown up my engine. Save your time and go somewhere else. They didn't fix anything that they ruined

Do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my car there last Friday at 9:00 in the morning because of a sound coming from my car. Friday afternoon I called to see if my car was ready, I was told they haven't had a chance to look at it and asked me to leave it until Saturday. Saturday morning I called and they didn't have a chance to look at it once again. They informed me they wanted to add a fluid to the engine to get rid of a carbon build up and asked If I could leave it until Monday. Monday morning I finally pick up my vehicle thinking it was fixed. My check engine light is now on plus my car is chugging. It was not like this before! I brought the vehicle back and they just turned off the engine light which is now back on. They told me if the problem continues to bring it back. Umm, you just had my vehicle for 3 days. I work and need my car!!!! Needless to say, I brought it to Dodge. I explained they incident and they said they've never heard of a mechanic "decarbonizing" the engine. I now need to replace the engine. Thanks for wasting my money and 3 days without a vehicle!

Brought my vehicle in yesterday as I had a flat tire. It took awhile for someone to acknowledge me. I guy came out with his dinner? and asked if someone was helping me yet. As he was eating his lunch/dinner (very rude while you are waiting on customers) he took my information and said there was a 3 hour wait. We said that was fine and that we would leave the vehicle there. That was at 1:00 pm. I had not received a call so I called at 4:50, 4:55 and could not get through. Last time I called it was 5:00 (closing time) and the message said they were closed. I called this morning at 9:15 and asked about my car. I was told it would be checked and he would call right back. I ended up calling back again at 10:20 and then was told that I had to understand that they get like a 1000 calls an hour and they were sooo busy. He also said that "I told you that we were very busy" (no he did not) he must have confused me with one of the conversations with one of the 1000's of callers. He said my car was ready to be picked up. When I got there my car was covered with snow so it had obviously been repaired the day before and no one bothered to call. This is my vehicle to get me to work! The only reason I thought of this company was because I have heard their commercials saying they have been in St. Catharines for 60 years and provide great customer service. Well they didn't for me. This was the first time I went there and it will be the last.
