Guys were super friendly and assisted me right away. I had s tire that was requiring air at least weekly so thought I need a tire repair. Turns out it was a leak at the seal at the rim. I inquired about the tire sale in prep of winter and was given a card and told I could call and ask for a quote any time.

This is my local tire shop, they are very friendly and do great work. I dropped by right at closing yesterday and they took my tires and wheels. I got a call this morning and they were mounted, balanced, and clean when I picked them up. As long as I live in Niagara Falls, they are my go to tire shop! Five stars plus!

Went there today needed two good used tires because my other two wore unevenly. Soon as I got there they were right on time with appointment didn't have to wait. They recommended a few different ones I could chose and gave me the best advice which ones would work best with my truck. They also gave great advice on where these tires would work best over my other ones. They got it done in great time and was a clean job. Was a great price. And driving off they were balanced properly no vibration. Would recommend this business and I'll be back there again!

Great guys, always helped me out with my tire needs. Last time had some big and expensive Porsche 997 wheels and they installed the tires for me with no scratches and properly balanced.

If I could rate them less than one star it would be -5. brought new rims and treads in they assured me they were professional and had pro equipment the job I employed them to do was tread balance and install new wheels they had me pull up out front the bay door I go inside to wait approximately 1hr 45 mins later I look outside and they have the front end of my car jacked up in the driveway Wich is a steep incline with no wheel Chuck and one employee is struggling to figure out how to remove lugs then once he's figured that out I observed him attempt to remove the tires from the hub and couldn't had to go get help ( this had nothing to do with the tire being on there long as I just put those on a week ago at home with a torque bar so they were at spec. After this they both employees struggled to for about 15 mins to figure out why they couldn't bolt them up ( heads on stock bolts didn't leave enough room for there socket ) not a big deal so ask if they have any or can order some no they can't this entire time the employee was smoking going in ando out and throughout the shop smoking even told me I could smoke inside because they always do.so I ordered the bolts myself that night after I bring the "balanced" wheels home and stack them carefully in the corner of my living room with card board in-between each . That night I hear a ping thought nothing of it next night same thing but I'm sitting beside tires and hear where it's from so we shine a light down through the rims to see the weights all laying on the cardboard we unstack each one same thing we contact the personal number given to me by the employee at the desk after telling me next time bring cash and no one pays taxes. And confront him about it says np bring them back we'll fix it free I told him I don't trust his service at this point sent him pictures of what we found as we found it concerning the weights and told him we rather get our money back he doesn't want to so we tell them well to be fair you did tread the tires so that's half the job so we payed 90 you give us 40 back and we will call it even it then turned into a 2 he back and forth bs fest from them first they admitted fault then turned around and made up every excuse that made absolutely no sense they could think of just to contradict themselves each time they changed thier story. They may have pro equipment if you can find it in there literal fire Hazzard of a shop but they do not run a professional service by any means not to mention I got home to find they cranked my old tires back on at 20pnds less torque than recommended so many safety violations and bs just from one visit I would save your money and go to an actual professional by far the worst tire shop in Niagara.
