Beyond mad/disappointed with this staff and service. My dad has been a repeat customer for years and after my experience I will surely never spend another dollar with Batemans. I paid $500 for brand new winter tires and 1 tire has lost its air 3 different times in which i've spent money on calling CAA and on taking ubers and then on wasting gas for having someone pick me up from work. Extremely unprofessional that they can't figure out whats wrong with my tire after 3 times I brought it in. We were promised if it happened a third time that they would order a new tire for me right away and then they went back on their word. I paid for a brand new tire not a defective one and the least they can do after 3 failed attempts is just give me a new tire as they said they would.... Absolute waste of my money and most of all my time. Would not recommend anyone doing business with a company that obviously doesn't care about their customers safety if they're telling you it's fixed and fine to drive when in fact it's not.

I went to tire change at this location last winter these guys tighten the lug nut too much that I had to go to company showroom because mechanic break the head of lug nut for tire change only it cost me 500$ to tire change because half of them broken while opening them. They should use torque wrench instead of using only impact gun.

This place is a joke! I called the day before and confirmed that they had my size and was told to arrive at 8 am the next day for quick service. Upon arrival, I was told rather rudely, that there was a 2 hour wait and people started lining up at 7 am! Went Elsewhere and avoided this joke of a place!

Last winter I got tires from these guys. They put 3 damaged tires and one good. They show something else and put damaged on. Even I can't believe how they works for last whole season. Now I'm in Nova Scotia, went to put my winter tires on and the guy show me the tires are damaged. Even I don't know because they are wrapped. Why I bring long way from Niagara Falls to here. These guys are cheaters. We international people easily trust on local people. Outer damaged they put inner rims side so no one see that. I post pics of damaged tires which they sold me.

An unbelievable value and price. I purchased four tires/installed and balanced for the lowest price I have ever known. The guys work hard but they screwed up the balance. Something must have happened on the install and I notice my alignment was way out when I drove away. I took the car to the my dealer and they did an alignment and rebalancing for about $500. Then had to do it again as the tires would not balance. The best deal I have every had and my car still steers to the right...will do the alignment myself and see what happened during the install. It's just sad that such a good deal turned out so bad. UPDATE, I have driven the tires for a while and checked it out. The tires were made in BTC and are a very hard compound which if you use soap instead of assembly slim the tires will slip on the rim with minimum force. That is why the tires could not be balanced. They slip on the rim. Could be that the manufacturer does not use standard dimensions and the sidewalls maybe be a bit large. Bateman should know this? I could not figure the alignment problem and thought it could be tread/belt separation which would cause a slight misalignment. I asked his mechanics and they said tires wouldn't cause a misalignment, so I think they were hiding something because many things can cause an alignment problem with new tires and these guys have been in the industry for years. I could not hear a hum so I kinda think its something else. It may be that Bateman's lifted the car somewhere on the lower control arms or tie rod ends and that would do it. The work fast. That can cause problems. However, the service manager re did the alignment himself to see what it was but could not nail down the problem. Could be the shape of how the tires sat on the rim as it seems better after months of driving. I would not recommend purchasing tires made by BTC, they will last a long time but when it rains, you will have no control, its like ice. Very bad tire. I am certain Batemans knew these were bad tires as they would have been well known in the industry. Notoriously bad tires they probably took off another customers car and forgot or didn't care. A retailer has to know tires because any manufacturer can make hundreds of tires wrong and not know it until hundreds of customers complain. Not happy Bateman claimed they had no idea.

Took it here yesterday they fixed it where super nice not pushy trying to tell me I need to do both front or both back like every other tire place to a single female! I had flat tire Went there driving on spare tire, the old guy came to me I told him I want to fix my tire i had I had nail inside. He started looking around my other tires and started saying my tires are not good anymore. Need to replaced 4 tires and put new tires. I told him don't worry about the other tires, can u fix my tire. We were visiting for a night in Niagara Falls and when the valet brought our car around we noticed a flat tire. We went to two other tire repair spots and were unable to get seen right away. We ended up at Bateman's Tire and they were able to fit us in right away and have our tire patched up in no time. We were on our way home to Toronto within 30 minutes. I'm a newcomer to town and had just blown a tire. Bateman's was highly recommended by CAA. Called them and was told to wait a week for the next shipment for a tire for my van. Called first thing in the morning on the day of the shipment, and was advised it came in "last night," and my size tires were already gone. Had no interest in helping me any further, so I went elsewhere. Very disappointed. What a waste of time!

Driving on my doughnut ( spare tire) I stopped in without an appointment. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The fellows that took care of me were very pleasant and honest. They took my flat from the trunk and put it on thier device and actually showed me where it was losing air. It wasn't from the bottom ( tread of tire) the leak was on the side of it. The gentleman explained that due to the of the area of damage the hole couldn't be patched or plugged. I appreciated the honesty and being shown exactly the problem instead of just being told that I need another tire. They could have just told me some story that I needed a couple matching tires and took my money like some other places do. The staff were polite, honest and the prices and options very reasonable. Hoping I don't get anymore tire troubles but if I do I will certainly return to this place. Thanks again Tracey Parten

Always good to call ahead and find out if they have the tires you need. No appointment necessary, if they're busy they'll let you know. First come, first served basis. Even if they're busy, when they get to you, you're in and out in 20mins at most. Fast service, cheap prices (on used tires). My go to place.

The guys there are always friendly and willing to help. I have never had a issue whether it was getting a new tire or getting them to switch from my summer tires to my winter tires and back again

Bateman's is a man of principle. We went with a flat tire. But as they were not able to find the leak. Bateman fixed the tire but did not charge anything. Definitely reccomend.
