Was told they could fix me up for a couple hundred bucks. 2 days later they ask for nearly 1200. My bearings are still squealing and I can't afford to go somewhere else till next month to fix it. The customer service is actually incredibly friendly... guess that's the lube before they put you over a barrel.

Awful service and way overpriced. Did not do what was posted on their website for their package. Spoke to the manager, told him and he said “no we don’t do that” even though i told him it is advertised online that they do.

Be very careful buying tires from these guys,they sell alot of cheap brand tires and everytime you call he says we got some tires on clearance,to let you think your getting a deal.They will try to sell you after market rims as well,they will say your original rims will not balance very well and try to hook you for rims,buyer beware.

Excellent service. Had developed a transmission problem on way back from Labrador at 3pm. Diagnosed the problem as a worn transmission cooler. Had us in immediately, replaced the cooler while we waited! They even stayed after hours to get us moving again! The service was fantastic, I was surprised as to how fair the invoice was! The counter staff was friendly and very helpful and the best coffee (free!) I had in a week. Would highly recommend!!

First time going to this shop and had a less than positive experience. I dont know if we caught the front desk girl on a bad day - but found her to be quite rude. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the technician working on the vehicle was informative and did what we requested well. On a separate note - wasn't too thrilled to pass the keys of our newer mercedes to a technician that was talking on his cell phone while driving it over into the shop. Of the 3 employees we interacted with, I would say 1 out of 3 displayed the professionalism that I would expect from a car service centre.

We were having car trouble, we pulled i to Simmons Tire & Service centre. The owner took time out his day right at closing time to come out and take a look at the car, even though he couldn't tell us what was wrong, because we all know “Murphys Law” it would t act up when he was actually trying to diagnose it.
