I had two FOBs (keys) that didn't work so I needed a mobile service. Gerry Jr. ordered a couple in and came to my vehicle to program the new keys. It was done within 2 days of calling them and was a couple days sooner than he estimated. Great turnaround time and service.

They are always willing to squeeze me in, are professional, curteous, and quick. Not only have I never had an issue with my vehicle, they seem to actually care about their customers, which can be rare at an auto shop in St. John's. Would always recommend!

Travel Tramps

We took our car into Kingsbridge twice. Both visits were far below satisfactory for numerous reasons. 1) They don't take appointments and their service turn around time is all day. 2) No loaner cars 3) Poor diagnostics on problems and bad communication on what those problems are 4) We asked for specific problems to be looked at, and twice they failed to correct the problem, and in fact, both times the car was in worse condition when we got it back. We have been to many mechanics over our travels, and neither my wife nor I, have had such poor service. Weird because most people in the St. John's area talk favourably about the garage, but we found quite the opposite. We feel like we gave them $700 to do really nothing, and furthermore, we still didn't know what the problem was and they made two of the issues worse. We Took our car into another mechanic yesterday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 4 hours time and did a complete and satisfactory job. Needless to say, we will not take our car back to Kingsbridge, and we wouldn't recommend the garage to anyone else.
