Very sketchy. The sales guy, Mohamed, spent 15 minutes telling me a car there was perfect and had no problems. When I asked to test drive it he told me I don't need to ???? When I pointed out a leak in the muffler he made up some story about water getting inside when they cleaned it. Then after test driving the car it started idling really rough. When I brought it up he pretended he couldn't tell (when it was clear as day). I wouldn't buy anything from this guy. Very shady and dishonest. They probably use every trick in the book to sell second rate cars.

**["Anita Gokstor's" 1 Star review isn't even for this shop, it's for the shop attached to the same building] ** It's been over 1 year and we still love our Kia Soul. Well I am very picky and after going to a bunch of car dealers that made me feel bad vibes...bad gut feelings, meeting JJ was an instant relief. Genuine good man. He wasn't a car sales man before he took over the Auto shop not long ago and that's why he had no snaky bad vibes lol... He is not like the others. Everything was open and upfront. Even if he thought a car wasn't good, he tell us why and not try to just make a sale. He knew what we wanted and helped us find it. After I bought it they helped me out for many months after to make sure my lady and I we're happy with our purchase. They even refinished the hood of the car for us at our request cause it use to have a sticker on it and left a mark. I honestly am going back to buy a 2nd car soon and that's why I googled this and seen these bad reviews and had to add mine. I recommend drop in and ask for JJ. You'll know right away he can take care of you in a more than fair way.

I bought my very first car at this dealership! Jay was very honest, kind and always had my best interest at heart. Anytime I had a single problem with the vehicle he was able to take care of it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this place if they want a car dealer who actually listens to your needs. There a ton of shady car dealerships in this area that made me feel uncomfortable and pressured me into making decisions, but Jay was not one of them. He encouraged me to take my time and think through every decision thoroughly before deciding on the vehicle that was right for me.

Got my first flat tire on East Columbia and promptly freaked out. Walked myself to this shop and the mechanic got me back to my car, explained how to put on the spare, did it for me, got us back to the shop and tried to reinflate my tire. Cannot stress how nice, understanding, and calming the mechanics are here. Seriously saved my skin. Amazing service and people :)

I don't know about the selling cars part, but my friend had a flat tire and didn't know what to do except pull over and walk to this shop. A very kind and patient mechanic came out with her all the way to her car and taught her how to change her tire. Lovely people!

The car dealership attached to this building is sketchy. "Sold" me a vehicle and promised delivery midweek. Days later, no word, wouldn't answer my calls to communicate a delay in delivery, but would answer calls from any number but mine. A Google search of the address produces similar poor ratings.

Hack of a shop.. car they sold me was a rebuild and another shop after said it should never have been passed and is unsafe to drive. The windshield leaked from the top ..I complained and they fixed it with hot glue..I complained again and they finally had a glass guy come fix it. Do not buy a car here .. can't be trusted
