I have been a customer of Simon and Joseph's since they opened. Today I took my 2008 VW in for my regular oil change but I had some other concerns. They were attentive and addressed all the issues I listed. Turnaround time was very quick, I was provided with a courtesy car and my VW was not only fully repaired at a fair price, but it was washed and vacuumed too!! Very pleased with their honesty & great customer service today. Thanks boys!!

Excellent experience.. instamek recommends this shop to me to fix my alternator ..I bring my car from downtown to their place in burnaby and after a month i bring my car again to fix the crank shaft and Simon give a call about the strut is so bad and spark plug.. he ask me if I want to change it right away..they were always calling on what you need to know and what to fix immediately about your car ..i also ask them to change my car radio and so happy with the results they made my expectations above and beyond. Alternator died just up the street and managed to literally roll my vehicle a few feet into their shops driveway. Met Simon and his mechanics and they greeted me and took my car in super last minute. Was referred by a friend for vehicle tune ups and scheduled maintenance work, asked for a quote from the owner/manager Simon; they explained full details on parts, oil and fluids that are needs to be changed, with reasonable price. Apparently Haus of cars is a dealer and automotive mechanic shop, with many performance and high end cars; more like a boutique auto dealer. We had a long conversations about pre-owned/used luxury cars, they can provide finance and lease purchase options that would help me to get a nice car so much easier that I could ever imagined, and I’m looking forward to do some “fast car shopping” with them in the near future.

GREAT SERVICE, I brought my car in for a inspection and asked to see what needed to currently get done, and what I'd need to get done down the road. After 2 hours he called me and gave me the whole run down. We went over what should be dealt with immediately, and what could wait. He started working on it later that day and had it ready for me a few days later. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the progress and if any new issues appeared. He also found cheaper ways to deal with some of the issues and saved me money.

We had an electrical issue with our Honda Odyssey van and had several mechanics look at it but they were unable or unwilling to spend the time to find why the battery was being drained. Simon and his crew took the time to trace the problem which ended up being the sliding back door mechanism and came up with a solution to fix the door so it doesn't drain our battery anymore. I really appreciate Simon and his crew, they were all wonderful to work with and I'm happy to recommend their services.

I went to Haus of Cars to buy a car but instead I found out they talk a good talk but don't walk the walk. If your looking for an old time car lot that is more interested in your wallet than the customer this is the place for you. For example: Instead a fixing a minor repair on their car they wanted to jack the price up and they don't negotiate? My way or the highway is not how you maintain business and this company is only looking out for themselves, so good luck! Make sure you don't fall for their story on how they maintain mechanical work because when I asked them for the car history their story changed about how the car was received and when we noticed problems with the car they were not willing to serve the customer. Looking back on my years of crafty car salesmen jargon these guys will say or do anything to get you into their car but don't ask tough questions or you may get shooed of the lot.

115 bucks just to reset the codes .. It took 5 mins for the mechanic to reset the codes... thank god I did not ask them to fix it... I guess they would have ripped me off .. There should be some empathy to your customers, I have done the same code resets for 15 bucks from other honest mechanics... not even deserve 1 star rating based on my personal experience.

I was recommended Haus of Cars and I called them, they were busy but still able to have me bring my car in and get quite a big job done in just one week. Simon was also really helpful and upfront with everything. I did not get that usual mechanic pressure to do unneccesary work, however he was able to fix my my problem at a very reasonable price.

At no point will you feel that they will do anything to make a sale; on the contrary, they will listen to your needs and try their utmost to put you in something that works for YOU, not THEM. There was never once a feeling of them trying to up-sell me. Also, what was even more of a pleasant surprise than what I just previously mentioned was that they were willing to go out of their way to do leg work for me in order to find something I was looking for that wasn't even currently in their fleet of cars. You can tell that these guys care more about building long-lasting relationships with their client base than they do about making a quick sale.

I was referred to haus of cars through a friend of mine. I was looking for a 2003-2009 4runner and they found me a great deal on one in a matter of a week. It had a good sized claim on it but the guys at haus of cars were thorough in letting me know exactly what damage it had and that everything had been fixed properly. After a couple months i got in an accident and the truck got written off. I contacted haus of cars again to find me another 4runner and within a week he found me the exact same truck with a clean title. The service was good and there was no bullshit. I would buy any future cars from them and definitely recommend them to anyone
