This is our 4th vehicle from patterson's the car is wonderful but I am very unsatisfied with the fact that we have had this car over 3 weeks and still didn't get the registration ..They knew we were moving gave new address and they didn't realize that if our D.L. didn't have the new address that it would be sent to our old address .. How incompitent can you be .. really upset today knowing we now have to go back to service NB to get it ..this is something that should have been done before we left the lot , absolutley crazy..

I was there for my schedule appointment. Had to wait an hour and a half extra before they took in the car for service. The service call was to change front pads on the car, plus oil change. Two hours and 15 minutes my car is ready. From 1 pm to 4:30 was my wait time. Then they over change me. I won't be back unless it's an emergency.

Horrible place! I called here to compare quote for repair (replace water pump on 2009 Sienna) that I had done in other Toyota dealership and was charged for 4 hours of labor rated $80/hour. In this place they would charge me for 10.5 hours of labor rated $100/hour. Total price would be $1600 instead of $600 for the same repair.

Was going to different businesses for a non profit organization, looking for help with donations. Every business I walked into, was polite and gave me an opportunity to talk about what I was there for.... Until I walked into Patterson's.... Walked in, and spoke to the receptionist. Explained to her why I was there, and was wondering if there was someone I could speak with, or if I should just drop off a letter. She made a call, and I was told Dana would be right down. I waited over a half hour before asking the receptionist if he was coming down. Her response was her shrugging her shoulders and saying "don't know". If there was no intention of coming down to listen to my request, then you could have just said so. But to just completely brush me off and waste a half hour of my time was unprofessional and uncalled for.

The service manager phill ketch made dirty comments towards my wife while speaking with a couple other coworkers and I watched them looking out at us and laughing they over charged us and didn't fix the problems we had we where charged for 3 hours labour while my car sat outside for 2 1/2 of those hours and then they told me that what I needed to fix my car was a sensor for 300 dollars and I had them put it on and it did not fix my car in the end phill and Kenny and Cameron are dirty minded people who are sexist and they will over charge you and not fix your problems your better off going to eaither geandfalls or fredericton trust me on this
