Parts Department is not very hard if not impossible to get ahold of no one answers the phone then goes to voice mail telling you too leave name and number and they will call you back well good luck with that no one returns your call so you call again next same same story over again hope this issue gets looked into have talked to many people all have same issue Thanks

I had a great experience when I bought my first ATV from toys and was extremely happy with my machine. Dan is a great salesman and I would've loved to buy another machine from him. Unfortunately when I went in to buy from him again I had very poor customer service from the finance manager. The finance manager was not on the same page as the salesman and was even being snobby towards me. I decided to purchase a Can Am instead. (Outlander 1000 Xmr)

Very different treatment between me and the gentleman I went in with. The girls fell over him to help I noticed. I went in smiling and came out frowning. When I stood at the fitting rooms waiting to enter I was addressed in French. I replied, "I'm sorry I don't understand," the French was repeated. I just stood there. There were at that point 3 women behind the service counter. A nice man at the counter translated to tell me the rooms were unlocked, they didn't. Plus, only dealership I have been in where I was refused a free poker chip. This was after the two of us dropping over $200. I guess its correctly named. It's for big boys not big girls. I've been in pretty much every Harley dealer across this country. I won't be back to this one, I can guarantee it.

Apparel dept only. My husband and I stopped in to look for Harley dealer items, very limited selection and sales priced higher than other locations. We asked at the counter, staff deferred to a senior staff member who took offense to our inquiry for some unknown reason. She said they priced the same everywhere, never answered why selection was extremely limited, walked away. She just left us, her sales team looked embarrassed. We left with our purchases in hand, no bag offered. We won't be back.

Go to place for Honda motorcycle parts. Helpful staff. They do charge a hefty restocking fee on any parts they have to order in, so try to only order what you need. The Wildcats calendar usually has a 10% discount on parts, so that helps cover the sales tax.

Went in and sat on a Heritage Classic 2020 and boom they helped my out 100 percent!!! Dan the salesman there was so attentive and patient. June Wilson at finance was great!! Jimmy and Joey at parts were so helpful with choosing parts for my new ride. And Charlene at the Clothing department is great at helping choose clothes, helmets, boots etc.....You all are Great!!! And I bought the 2020 Heritage Classic!!! Cheers

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Africa Twin adventure bike from Toys, I went in and paid for the bike and had plans to pick it up on Saturday. I didn't realize they closed early on Saturdays (1pm) I showed up at 1:30pm and everyone was gone, I got lucky enough to meet a mechanic leaving, told him my screw up and he went in and got the owner who re-opened the store for me, signed all the papers, he showed me everything on the bike and sent me on my way with my bike. Great customer service ! Thank you.

I've been to this place 4 times in the last month or so, and each time I stand around/sit on/inspect the KTM and Husky bikes for about 15 mins. Not once did someone come up to me and ask if i was interested in buying or offered any assistance. I've been in the market for an off road bike for a while, and thanks to the crappy service at Toys for Big Boys, I found an amazing bike with a great price and great staff to sell it to me at Clay's Offroad! Next to impossible to get through to the parts department by phone, plus leaving a message may or may not result in a return call. Was once told to correspond with parts by email, this worked for a short time then was told they were too busy for email response after I complained when they stopped responding! Service is adequate if you can get through. This has been an ongoing issue for a few years now. It seems to me they'd rather lose customers than hire the required staff to handle the volume of calls. I'm glad that there is a Honda dealer now open in Amherst, someone always answers the phone there and service is great. Toys has certainly lost this customer!

Called three times throughout the day and left my name and number (Tuesday) with the parts department. The following day, I have still not heard from them, the receptionist isn't even answering the phone now and I'm greeted with their 9-5 business hours automated message at 11:30AM... After the automated message I followed the key options to direct me to sales... And, to my surprise, nobody answered the phone, yet again! I've heard bad things about ToysForBigBoys since the early 2000's with bad customer service and have had previous issues with them, personally. Recently I've been hearing that "they've gotten better" - I dare say they have not.

And this is not the first time this is any time I need to order parts. Once I finally get ahold of some one there usually awesome guys very helpful and they know what there talking about when it comes to parts.

The people in the city are friendly The staff are extremely helpful. First Encounter with the dealership. Im from Ontario. Travelling to Cape Breton for my holiday with my family. My bike broke down on the way there (clutch cable)The crew there fixed my bike right away Second Encounter I was travelling home and again my bike would not start I had to jump start it. I got to the shop and they didn’t have the part. They travelled to St Johns NB and got it for me. Yes for price but a reasonable price. It’s 3 hours there and back. That’s unbelievable service to me. My tire and breaks took a beating and they informed me that it’s not safe to drive the bike and fixed everything for me the next day. I love this place. They made it so I could enjoy my family trip and arrive safely to each destination. Thank you again. Brian.

Went there to buy a New CVO and had to call multiple times to get some details. Salesperson never did any follow up....finally when I was able to talk to him..his answer was" Well gezz your not the only customer in this store" I agree but never in my 25 years of retail business have I ever been treated like this. I just hope that this will be helpful to others in making the decision on where to buy a new HD...There is out there some very professional and courteous dealers you can deal with! I dont think it's a requirement from the manufacturer to have a dealer that independent with an arrogant salesman.

I looked for a higher rating than a 5 star but it doesn’t exist. I was on the road from Ontario and called the store and had Ray answer, I was desperate as my Harley was making strange lower end noises and vibration and I was so far from home. Right away Ray said we are booked but understood the problems with breakdowns on the road and promised to at least have a look and see what my issue was and the best solution as soon as I brought it in. Right away he relieved a ton of anxiety. I had to have to towed a few hundred km to him but I felt it was the right move. When we got to the shop they were busy, very busy and after only a couple minutes he came to me and said to bring the bike off the truck and we will take care of you. 5 minutes later Matt (mechanic) came to me and asked about the issues. I explained to him what was wrong and I felt it was unsafe to attempt to drive back to Ontario in its current state. He went to take it for a drive but said I’m going to take it in right away and take a look first, just in case. Right away he found the problem and it was something that I couldn’t continue to drive on. Now with covid getting g parts are an issue so that’s the next big hurdle. Matt left for a few minutes came back with the parts, although they were not an original Harley part it was something that would work. 10 minutes later he came back with original Harley part for the bike he pulled another rabbit out of his hat by making up a spacer for my rear custom wheel that had a incorrect spacer on the bike and which caused the part to prematurely wear. The stress just melted away and I had several other requests minor compared to what it needed but Matt understood my situation and looked at all I requested. I drive out of there at closing time with my bike back to touring condition. I bought some items at the store while I waited and the staff were super nice and actually listened when I explained my situation and were there for anything g I needed. I purchased a shirt and I will wear it with pride and be happy to mention my story to anyone who asks or needs top service with understanding staff. Matt and Ray, I thank you as well my wife does to make our east coast vacation a happy one.

I cannot say thank you enough to the service department at toys for Big Boys! While on vacation I had a back brake line blow line. After hearing of my predicament the service guys went "WAY" above and beyond to repair my bike and get us back on the road to enjoy our vacation. They did everything from helping us get a room to making sure I had a ride and giving my repairs priority, and as for the bill... well let's just say they didn't make any money, they just asked to cover their cost ! So here is my story. We have a 10,000 generator and when I sent it in for yearly service, they found a mouse nest in it! Well it seems that they had decided to eat some of the wiring harness and it needs to be replaced. Simple enough you would think..... NOT! The service department manager and the owner have both checked all across North America with no luck! They are only available from Japan but are back ordered with no expected shipment date! Great..... no generator, and with winter weather coming, we are bound to have power outages. Well..... this is not where the story ends and this is why Toys for Big Boys has repeat clients. The owner, Larry Northrup gets involved and with the service manager, they find a demo model of the same generator and call me on a Saturday and deliver it to my home! WOW! We are thankful for the efforts of everyone at Toys for trying to get our generator repaired for us and even more so that when they couldn't that they did what they could to get us a temporary replacement one! Thanks!
