Snow tire installation is always a hassle. But I called Tirecraft on Torbay Rd and got an appointment in only 2 days. My vehicle actually went in before the scheduled time and I was done in less than half an hour.

TireCraft on Torbay road has become my reliable "go to" for virtually all my standard automotive needs. The team are great and treat you like a friend rather than just a customer. They take the time to explain your options and the benefits of going one way or another before you make your decision. I have come to rely on their advice with confidence. I never feel like I am being gouged or could have got a better price or service somewhere else. I have been leasing vehicles for the past several years and get all my scheduled maintenance done there rather than the dealer for 1/2 - 2/3s the cost!

These guys did my timing belt and the new one rubbed terribly. I told them and they flat out denied it, said it was normal. (It's not, I had the car for years, I knew it was a poor job) They said they would inspect it and repair it, but would charge me if they found it wasn't their fault. They also left some tools under my hood. I kept the tools and took their overcharged rush job to a real mechanic. Never returned. This was a few years ago, but they took advantage of me and I'll never forget.

Didn't appreciate being lied to about pricing for them to rob me. I went in for exhaust repair and was told that a part was $1000 for aftermarket and $4000 for factory. I'm driving a toyota and after they Jerry rigged a "cheap fix" for 400$, I went to toyota and they said the part was $800 factory new. Absolutely disgusting how some, if not most mechanics, are willing to lie to your face for stealing your money. Look elsewhere.

Showed up for a scheduled appointment, got told they were running late and that it would be at least an hour and a half before they could look at the vehicle. Rescheduled to the next day, but I phone call would've been nice so I didn't have to waste my time coming in.

Scammers. They tried to tell my girlfriend that her brakes were 'The worst he's seen in a long time'. So i went and bought the parts and went to change them, when i looked at the brakes that were already on the vehicle, they still had over 50% left on them. They were going to charge $700 dollars for the parts before labour. They still charged her $90 just to have them looked at, any other place would've looked at them because they were changing the tires anyway and never charged a thing. I went and got the front & back brakes and rotors priced up for $225.22, all they are trying to do it rob anyone who doesn't have car knowledge. $181 was the total bill, and the only thing they done was an oil change and tire change over. They also didn't put her tires that got taken off the car back in her car, which would've been good for another season. I would highly recommend never going to this place.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Was there and bought a set of Hercules studded winter tires with rims which have barely any wear on them after two winters and are still in excellent shape . Will definately be returning for a set of summer tires on rims in the near future ????. Thank you to the staff for all your help and for telling me there was also a mail in rebate on the tires I got , besides being the cheapest place I got a quote from on these winter tires.

I booked a morning appointment, it did not matter. I was told my vehicle would not be ready until the afternoon. I arranged my day around this appointment. Really not impressed and would not recommend

Booked an appointment over 3 weeks ago. Arrived at my appointment this morning, only to be told that it would be a 3-4 hour wait due to how busy they are. What's the point of having an appointment system if you can't Honor it? Terrible service

These guys tried to rip off my gf by telling her she needed all her brakes done. Turns out she went to another shop and they said her brakes were good for another couple years. I don’t recommend going to this shop. Dear shop owner, whoever you are? Please make good on this situation and get back to me to discuss.

Made an appointment and was told "first thing rather than a time. Asked for a time and was not given one. Was told I would only have to stick around for 45 minutes when I made my appointment and 2 hours when I showed up for my appointment. Very disappointed with this experience.

Awful customer service. Don't be surprised if your appointment gets canceled on the day of because they forgot to tell you they need a deposit before they'll order parts. Also don't be surprised if they call you at 440pm on a Friday and tell you that you have 20 mins to get down there or they will keep your vehicle over the weekend. Not sure why they think this stuff is acceptable but they aren't even apologetic about it.
