The car was shaking, so went with a friend to get her new winter tires checked that were installed on the car the day before. Was told it was because of ice and snow build up. Funny, the car wasnt shaking prior to the new installation and that it hadn't just snowed. They "re-balanced" the tires cleared the ice build up (why wasn't it done the first time) and charged her almost $20 for their obvious (unprovable) negligence. Myself, 2 years ago, had tires moved from one rim to another, got home, saw it flat, had a slice in it. Can't prove Sussex Tire was sloppy with the installation.

Travel trailer tire blew on highway just before Sussex. Hubby installed spare. Called CT nothing in stock in NB. Called Wal-Mart lady directed me hi Sussex tire. I called, the price was excellent installed. We replaced both tires as they were 7 yrs old. Kept 2 for spares. Rolled in 20 mins before close. Excellent customer service. They were done in 20 mins. This is how it's done.

Be very careful! This shop sold me two front tires for my RV and put the old front tires on the right rear, replacing two tires damaged by a bad road. The sticker on the door says front 65, rear 80. They didn't adjust any of the tire pressure to agree with the sticker, but sent me off with the new front ones set to 80 and the right rear both set to 65, the opposite of what it should have been. The left rear pair were set to 80 as they should be. Also, they transferred small tire extensions I didn't even know I had from the old front tires (now at the back) to the new tires at the front. An hour later, after coming down a curvy hill, the right front tire went flat. I called them and they sent a truck, then claimed the fault was mine and charged me another $200 to replace the flat tire. The tire tech removed the extensions (which I suspect weren't installed properly) and inflated all the tires to agree with the sticker. I believe I shouldn't have paid the extra $200. So be careful with this business. The tire tech told me the new tires had no warranty at all, not even one hour! This shop doesn't stand behind their work, and people need to be warned about their dangerous practice of ignoring the tire pressure sticker on the vehicle door.
