I had the best experience when purchasing my 2018 yz450fx, the sales staff are all really nice and really put there foot forward into helping you getting into that bike you have always wanted! I have never been to a place in my life where the people were so nice, literally if your seen standing alone or looking at something, you will at least get 3-7 people that will ask you if need a hand with anything. it sounds kinda excessive but it makes you feel like you're wanted there. i know some places wouldn't even look at me or talk to me cause they would think "just a tire kicker" but a Rallye Motoplex everyone gets a chance! The service is fast easy, the approval process is fast, i went in looked at the bike and left with it all in a little over 2 hours. It only took so long cause we had to load the bike in the back of the truck with my old bike! Overall i had an amazing experience ill defiantly go back there, and recommend anyone to just go in and see for yourself!

Great deal. I drove 1500kn from Toronto to Moncton. The seller person (John) did an amazing negotiation and I was extremely satisfied.

Dwight Fillmore

Lots of inventory. Very nice, newly renovated store. Prices on clothing, boots and hats are high.

Luke Thompson

Super cool - great selection of merch and very clean

Jiberish75

My salesman cody was great very accommodating with what I wanted and could afford. He went the extra mile to make what I wanted happen. A huge thank you to krista boyle for juggling multiple customers at the same time and keeping everyone happy, she honestly made the process 150% less stressful by knowing the answers to all my questions and working with me to get what I wanted! Krista is 1 in a million, she deserves a huge raise and recognition for her work!

The store is basically candy land if your wanting to see the latest and greatest of the premium brands you've read about in person. If you're actually wanting to purchase things go a little pear shaped. Their advertised pricing is based on car dealership type financing. This may work when the "halo" BMW , Ducati bike models you want are priced like a car but buyer beware when trying to purchase one of the lower to mid range mainstream Japanese products . The game is they want the financing and if you 're old school and think cash talks think again. A cash out the door deal will result in a quote requiring you to pay a higher price then the advertised to make up for the lost financing contract. There appeared to be a little bit of give on their part but it's making the advertised prices appear very questionable.

Purchased a used bike just over 4 years ago, sales service was easy & amazing, had a issue with the front tire when it was mvi'd in Nova Scotia, it was taken care of without an issue. Was up for a family visit and needed a front tire, ordered it about a week in advance, came in for the appointment and the tire had not been ordered, offered a better tire same price, again taken care of without an issue. Always greeted when I stop by, always asked if i need anything when browsing. I've worked in the automotive service industry for 13 years and understand we all make mistakes, things happen beyond our control...its how the dealer handles these situations that will show their greatness and these guys got it right.

WF Kustomz autobody

Great store foe all your recreational vehicles but have had bed service from a few salespeople

Matt Ryan

I leave this on behalf of the dozens of customers I had at my last place of employment who all told me similar stories of awful treatment by this place.

Jeanne Gallant

Really friendly staffs and the saleperson who serve us was super nice thanks Jason Cook.

Greg O'Connor

Great place. There is a hugh selection in the clothing section and the staff was very helpful.

Went to Motoplex to see a BMW 1600B. The bike is not as cool looking as the pictures. It really is just a 1600GT remodel. Its not as practical as the GT. Didnt get a chance to ride. Seeing the bike for real made me devide its not the bike for me. The new Rallye Motoplex are low balling BMW trades :-(

Trebleda Uaedirb

2019-09-18 Went there and was unable to speak to anyone regarding a BMW K1600 motorcycle...

Purchased a 2021 Indian Challenger this spring at Rallye Motoplex in Moncton. I returned Sept 02 2021 to have the driving lights and passenger floor boards installed that were part of the original contract but backordered. This was done immediately however when they were done the bike would not start. On the7th they contacted Indian and a new wiring harness was ordered. When that arrived they waited approx 2 weeks before installing only to discover that it didn't resolve the issue. On October 08 2021 i received a call from my customer service rep telling me that they had fixed the problem ( in 26 minutes) , the bike was now running and would be ready for pickup on Oct 13 2021( they had to reflash the computer) . I arrived for the bike on oct 18 2021 and it would not start(dead battery) . i returned in an hour and it was ready.I haven't mentioned all the phone calls and the times i was promised that they would put a mechanic on my bike but did not and the times that they took the mechanic off my bike. I lost my whole fall biking, Overall a very bad experience. I won't be going back.

I would give 0 star if i could. Poor customer service, poor professionalism and poor knowledge of there stuff, specially from the finance manager who came talk, told me he was going to be right back in the middle of the conversation and never came back see us. He even told us it was ok to break the law and overload our boat. On top of that we were lied to about the amount of people the boat can carry while doing business by phone even tho it says the right number the boat can carry on the manufacturer plate screwed on the boat itself. They didn't even take the time to look at the plate and made us loose ourtime since we did 2hrs drive to go see them. We would've not went if when i asked the amount of people they would've not lied to us by telling us 8. Yes, not 1 extra people, the double of what it can actually carry. False advertising and lies just to make a sale in my opinion. If they knew their stuff they would know that it is the law to have those plate mounted but instead they guess the amount and when i arrived there, i am the one who show them the plate. Myself didn't know that info until i do my boat license the day before. Yep, spent the money for a boat license but no boat now bc we left with our trade-in. First time we were going there and definitely not going back there ever again. Fyi, i review all places i go to on Google map and this is the first time by far that i am doing such a bad review to a business and the reason why i felt the need to post it here.

michael hermann

Martin was great and is the reason I found the bike I was looking for! Thanks for the great service!

Bob Brewster

super large showroom of new and used bikes, but the accesories and clothing selection was pathetic.

Nigel Fearon

Great staff and service. Test drive days are awesome. Quite expensive service though. But you know it's quality.

Ryan Kinney

I just bought a grizzly through Bre the sales associate and he was a wicked sales person from the time I got in to the time I left and didn’t have a truck to bring it home so he went out of his way to get my bike home to me! Would recommend Bre to anyone that is going to look for anything at rallye!

Jordan S

Jason Cook helped me out , delivered my atv to my house and got me ready to ride! Happy to have this business in Dieppe, thanks Rallye

Alan LeBlanc

Things have really changed since Rallye took over this establishment - particularly the service department. I brought my 400cc Majesty in as oil was seeping into the left air filter casing. They determined that there was too much oil in the crankcase, so they changed the oil and filter. Three weeks later, same problem, so they accused me of adding more oil to the crankcase (which I didn't), so they removed some oil. A month later, same problem, so I asked them to do an investigation to see what was going on. They didn't find anything unusual, and charged me an hour's worth of labour for not being able to find the problem. After months of searching the internet, I discovered that it has 'blow-by', caused by either the PVC valve, a clogged oil passage, or worse, a worn piston ring. Will I be bringing it back here for repair? No! They are incompetent. I'll go to the Yamaha dealer in St John before I return here. I do not recommend having your bike serviced here!

Jeffrey Richard

I purchased a new 2018 Yamaha 450 Kodiak eps 2 years ago from Rallye motoplex. Price quoted was $10,714 out the door, $8799 plus $699 fee plus $545 fee plus taxes. That price was with the friends discount of $700. Their extra fees are excessive. They make their own safety inspection stickers and wanted to charge $35 for a safety inspection. New Brunswick doesn't require a safety inspection. Rae's in Miramichi quoted me $9319 out the door, $7995 plus $125 fee plus tax! In the end I was able to get $9291 out the door so bought from Rallye but watch out for the extra fees they charge. I was only able to get that deal because a friend used to work there. I was going to give 1 star but in the end I got a good deal and they did cover my ripped CV Boot under warranty.

Philip Rawson

I want to extend my thanks to these guys! Ross went above and beyond to get me riding the bike I really wanted. Noticed a couple of minor rust spots and requested the suspension be stiffened a bit and they did it no problem, shined it up so there rust bits were gone and really made the whole experience enjoyable! Keep up the great work!

JolinneDH

Had to put atleas one star but would of rated it at 0. They dont know what there doing, finance drag for 2 days because there unorganize and the lack of communication .. service sucks.

Kyle Luedee

I dealt with Todd henry and he was very friendly and very educated on what he was selling definitely will return

Mitzi Kincaid

Rallye saved my vacation after having trouble with my tires on a long trip through Canada on my Kawasaki Concours 1400. The team, lead by Dallas, replaced my tires same day in a matter of hours. Gave me a fair price and the shop is gorgeous with a comfy waiting room and lots of motorcycles and toys to keep you interested while you wait. Only dig is that they don’t take AmEx but that happens a lot in Canada. If you are BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki, Yamaha, or other brand, it’s worth a trip in to see these guys! Thanks a bunch!!! Mitzi

Brett Bradley

Service just wasn’t good. Sales guys were nice enough but my experience there was awful overall.

Kent Goobie

Wanted to take a few moments to comment on the excellent experience in purchasing my first vehicle with RallyE Motoplex. It’s been 10 years since my last bike purchase, and I had something in mind but wasn’t landed on exactly the bike I was looking for. I had been researching a number of adventure oriented Motorcycles, and I knew I wanted to land in the Middleweight category. Made a few calls to dealers, and I will just say the experience for this 53 year old wasn’t great. Made my first inquiry over the web, and although the Motorcycle Dealer side was closed on Monday, received my first call to chat about my wants, riding style, and a great open discussion on options. Suggested that he will contact someone and I will receive a call on Tuesday to discuss further my thoughts on options. Tuesday received my first call from Gerald Keizer, and we continued the discussion, and we landed on the Great Middleweight F850GS. Spent the next day talking options, with Gerald, and Mike Goguen, and although limited on Stock, Mike was able to find the exact bike I was looking, plus a few little extras. Can’t say enough about the exceptional remote and virtual sales experience with Gerald, and Mike. And then to top it all off, they delivered the bike to Halifax. Got the call they were an hour out, and rode to Dartmouth crossing to complete the transaction. Thank-you Gentlemen, and very much appreciated.

nomaad000

My salesperson Bre made my first motorcycle purchase experience a great one, very knowledgeable and professional. So much so I went back to Rallye to buy my second bike from them.

Tony Coady

Extremely well stocked motorcycle shop. Definitely one of the largest bike dealers in the Atlantic region!

Dean Deleavey

I purchased an ATV from Rallye yesterday. I dealt with Gerald and he was great! Super quick and painless, they ordered the ATV and I was told it would take 4-6 weeks and it came within 5 weeks so they were accurate in their ETA. When I picked it up, everything was smooth and I was in and out in no time!

Shane Foster

Great store and experience with amazing service to go along with it!

jason mahoney

I would like to thank Bre Noo (Salesman) for a great experience trading in my Motorcycle out of Province here in Nova Scotia. He arranged to deliver my Motorcycle and pick up my trade-in and included paperwork to take to my Registration place Access NS. I will buy from from this company again, they do it right. Love my Motorcycle and looks and runs great. Thanks Bre Noo

Brandon Bourque

Service was great wanted to thank Bre from sales and everyone who helped me out on getting my dream bike!

Mig

Largest motorcycle store in NB. They have a wide variety of gear, parts, new and used inventory.

Kelly Van Iderstine

Poor excuse of a business! Good place to take your brand new bike if you want it completely distroyed! Don't expect them to fix their errors either!!!

Malcolm McLaren

Atlantic Motoplex have sold their soul to the Devil in the guise of Rallye. Customer service was quick to decline, knowledge of their product range is appalling as familiar faces have been replaced by "salesmen" from Rallye car franchises. The only positive is the range & stock of riding gear, however I wandered around for 40 mins, I found what I wanted and took it to cash where I was asked who had helped me...not a friggin soul!

Katt Meagher

Amazing staff! Very friendly! Our salesman waa Garald. Great guy! Answered all our questions. And Krysta , the finance manager was ever so helpful as well! Thank you motoplex for helping us buy our first side by side!! Update**** we were told that none of need a training course. Good thing I called, none of us can be on the trails until we take a training course.... i very specifically asked that question and was told no. I now have to pay another $150 for us to be able to use our side by side.

Frank Whitenect

Excellent selection of clothing and accessories. Multiple motorcycle lines available along with a well stocked parts department and Service Centre.

Vadim'ka Shubayev

Bought a my self a motorcycle at this dealership. And bought 3 of them already great service and great team to deal with. Thank Bre Noo for taking care my purchase. I’m now the owner of 2021 Ducati street fighter 4V S.

Pauline Johnston

Nice store but they have pricey fees. I was looking to make a cash purchase on a new ATV but when they gave me the out the door price, taxes and fees came to an additional 42.5% of the purchase price. That's double what I paid in taxes and fees on a brand new truck. Seems rather excessive.

Ashley

I know literally nothing about motorcycles. Was here with BF. Had cool bikes and a helmet I liked. 4/5 stars.

S Arseneau

Just bought a new triumph street triple r from Bre No (sales specialist). This guy offered superb service without any pressure sale. He helped me sell my current bike through the dealership and things went smootly. Also met other staff in the process and all nice people. tks Bre No and to Rallyemotoplex.

S. Marchand

Bought a few quads and a side by side.

Teresa L

Went in to buy a vehicle, told the "sales person" exactly what I wanted they didn't have one on the lot but one was coming in for another customer already sold. Said he would call for me to take a look at. NEVER DID. But hey that's ok if they can't follow through with a sale how would service be! Went elsewhere not Rallye Motors!!!????

Stacey Sinclair

Friendly helpful staff, large selection

Kevin Steeves

Super awesome service from Ashlyn. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up buying two new riding jackets. Thanks again.

joey power

purchased an ATV, had great service, came in right before closing, they stay in late to help me chose what i wanted, could not ask for better service from Jason Cook and Patricia Bulmer

Shannon Smith

Great customer service. I had a minor issue with an item I purchased and the staff in the clothing department went above and beyond to solve my issue. Every single staff member I have dealt with in the accessories department has been fantastic and Darren in the service department always goes out of his way to make my experience positive. Thank you!

Troy Colpitts

Ignored completely holding a 250$ pair of gloves and looking at 350$ pair of boots... 45 mins standing there you would think some one would want the sale... Guess not

Curtis Schmitt

In June of 2016 I was riding into Nova Scotia when I laid my Triumph Sprint down and broke all of the fairing assembly off. I also broke some levers, twisted the fork tubes, and there was no way I'd be able to ride the bike back home to NYC. I called Atlantic Motoplex and asked if I could leave the bike, along with my girlfriend's (which was fine but since they might hold it I had them replace a broken part and give it an oil change). They had no problem with this. So we flew home. When the bikes were finished they sent an email, we flew back, and we are now on our way home via Quebec. Chuck in the service department took great care of us and our bikes. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I wouldn't hesitate to have them service any of my bikes, and I also wouldn't hesitate to buy one from them. When you buy a bike, you become somewhat dependent upon its dealer network, especially if you do any touring. So far I'm very happy with Triumph in this regard. I would absolutely buy another one.

Keith Stiles

just cannot say enough great things about Rallye Motoplex and their service team. Heading from Fredericton to Cape Breton for a bike rally and my valve stem broke in Salisbury. Riding with some Harley folks and so we called Toys for Big Boys first, but was told they don't service Suzuki. Called Rallye next, and I won't be calling anywhere else again. They picked me and the bike up in Salisbury, took us to Dieppe, fixed my tire and had the group of us back on the way in under 3 hours, for under $150. I'm still floored. My only regret is that I'm only able to like their page once. I'd click that button a thousand times if I could. Actually, one more regret - my wife fell in love with an Indian motorcycle while we waited for the fix. I think my wallet's going to hurt! ????:D

Elie Kassouf

Business needs work. You can tell employees are not as ambitious as they used to be not to mention that you never see the same face twice. Service is OK but not as you would expect from a BMW dealer. Completely different experience than the car dealer. Sad to see Troy go he was the best.

randy burke

First rate service. The guys at Rallye had me on my new Triumph delivered to my home in 5 days. Customer for life.

Mike Gagnon

Great place and excellent service. I am like a kid in a candy store when I go there, so many brands, so many choices. I really like the recent expansion, it went from a big store to a Mega Store, it's a must see.

jeff shannon

Just bought my new baby there today. Dealt with Aron. Fantastic guy, went the extra mile to make everything run smoothly. Go visit these folks. Some awesome equipment there!

Lisa Jones

They will screw you with your warranty as they did us. Be careful.

Kayley Williston

Was in Rallye Motoplex and dealt with Todd Henry, he provided me with excellent service and lots of knowledge on all their product, the entire staff was very helpful!!! Great experience, I'll be back, Thanks Todd :D

I'm taking a few minutes to write a review because I'm very disappointed in this dealership. I recently enquired about an used Daytona 675R they had in stock. I received a reply pretty quickly, from Chris (Sarrault) who confirmed that they would be able to ship the motocycle (I live in Vancouver BC). But after that, no follow up. I emailed them again, adding that my friend is also very interested in the other (new) Daytona they had. We basically wanted to buy those bikes together. No answer. I called them 10 days after, and Chris told me that his manager wasn't available (why would I have to talk to a manager if he's the salesperson?) and they would call me back, and yes, it's totally possible to ship the motorcycle as they did ship a scooter to Vancouver the very day before! ... Well, I'm still waiting. After that, I went back to check their inventory and "my" Daytona was gone. No need to say that I was very disappointed. I finally found the bike that I wanted and was given hope for nothing. Even though I live on the other side of the country, I think I deserve a bit of respect as customer. They should have told me that it was too much of a hassle to sell a bike and ship it, or that the sale was pending. I can handle the truth. But they probably didn't give a s****. A few days after, I received an automated message from the manager asking for feedback etc. I took the time to explain my disappointment in an email. Never heard back from him. In short, they lost 2 sales and gained a bad review. And apparently I'm not the only one bad review out there!

Charles Landry

Size has not helped them, staff seem disinterested, big amount of used bikes on the floor, gotta fill floor space somehow.

Ken's Retirement at Maple Leaf Forge

Awesome business.... bought a nice new bike. Brent and Dan made it a simple and smooth deal....

Geoff Barnes

Talked to a new salesman who recently moved from France, he was very knowledgeable!

Ben Fox

Great atmosphere great staff thanks Matt and krista

Zoe Brown

My experience here was extraordinary! I feel valued as a customer. The parts department was accommodating and timely and the service department absolutely amazing. My bill was fair and clear. Every encounter with staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I peeked into the service bay and it was neat, tidy, clean and organized and the showroom shows pride in their products, Well done, Atlantic Motorsports, you've built a great team!

jody steele

Usual rallye dealership. Friend wanted a 4 wheeler and since he didnt pass credit they wouldnt bother calling him back so we had to drive down to find that out. Typical rallye tactic of no customer service.

Catherine Matthew

I went down to rallye motoplex and asked some questions and got some really good positive answers

Mark Fowler

Meh…went in to buy a coat and the salesperson was not helpful, told her what I was looking for and she said since it was end of season there were none in the store, and said take a look around and if I needed any more help to come find her. Lol I was in and out in less then 5 mins and bought what I wanted online

Graham Cox

The best motor sales in Moncton, NB.

Daniel Arsenault

Good to deal with if you need parts. Fast service and staff I dealt with were knowledgeable

Gerald Keyzer

Loved working for Rallye and the clients that were happy. I will miss you guys. Have a good life. It has been a great experience.

Tim Landon

Great staff and service! Stopped in for an oil change while touring from Toronto to PEI. Very accommodating to travelers.

Mark Ed

Had a few bumps in the road. Mostly waiting on a bike to arrive (not their fault). But Mario saw it through, and I must admit he went way beyond what I thought a salesman would do. So I HIGHLY recommend this place and Mario as the place to get your new bike. I know in the future I will be going back

Jean-Patrick Walsh

the price for a full service is to mush money when 70% of it is a walk around. For example they tell you your brakes are good but don't say the % just good. For the price you pay the client should know

Dannette Rose Boomhower

Grand showroom, excellent customer service, no pressure. We were getting ideas for the next season coming up!

Robyn Gunter

Extreamly poor customer service here. Business isn't ran as normal business is. Letting customers leave unhappy is a huge issue. Customers should always leave satisfied and happy.

payne jim

Great store with high end branded motorcycle. Bought a motorcycle here, sales specialist Dinh was helpful

Jérémie Savoie

Try to buy a motorcycle for a mounth and the day there finally ready to make the deal a bunch of hidden fees added to the final price and didn’t make sense at all but made me realize that there is a GREAT dealer 1 km down the road in G BOURQUE THANKS FOR THE LIFE LESSON

Chris Hayden

While searching for my first motorcycle, I decided to visit Rallye Motoplex in Moncton and I'm happy I did. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Cassie who took the time to answer all my questions, provide me with fantastic customer service and helped me find the bike that was right for me (2018 Indian Scout). Matt, thank you again! I have to give a shout out to Krista Boyle and everyone else I dealt with for providing me with a great overall experience! If you're on the fence and not sure what motorcycle/side by side/4wheeler, boat etc is right for you, do not hesitate to drop by and see the gang at Rallye Motoplex and let them assist. Cheers Chris

James Gardiner

I purchased a pre owned 1500 Vulcan yesterday and my salesman Bre was excellent to deal with! Great energy , comfortable to deal with. No pressure just friendly service and a fun guy to deal with. The bike was excellently cleaned and he even called me the next day to see how it was going and how the ride home was. I would recommend Bre for salesman and the motoplex to anyone. The man that did the paperwork was very fast and efficient as well. Good service and very friendly staff. Thanks fir the bike and good luck to everyone at Rallye Motoplex. Thanks again, Jim Gardiner

Dave Purcer

Due for an oil change on my way to the Cabot trail after leaving Ontario, these guys squeezed me in ,got my service done without an appointment..had me up and running within a reasonable time.. friendly and courteous..huge selection..

Ajay George

Kudos to Krista from the finance team for the amazing service ????????

Soph Doiron-Desharnais

Terrible service in all departments. Was never approached while looking at bikes or clothing. I actually felt like the sales people just wanted me to leave.. so I did. As a female biker, I almost felt like I was being ignored because sales staff didn't want to waste their time helping me look at bikes that "I can't handle". I'll never spend money here.

Truck Norris

I ordered an atv With Gerald Keyzer , and let me tell you,, flawless service.. he answered every question without hesitation. You want to deal with someone over there.. see Gerald.. he will hook you up..

Luke Knox

My sales expert was Bre Noo Sa and I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a bike. Bre made my experience excellent, got me the bikes I wanted, tracked them down, called me back and was an excellent example of an employee you should do everything possible to keep! I have now purchased 3 new bikes from Rallye Motoplex and am very happy with the support, service, and sales. I was able to work with them to find and purchased bikes, I paid cash and they worked with me on that as well. I received great pricing and follow ups from sales support.. Overall 5 stars, and I will 100% go there in the future.

Phil

I dealt with Bre when purchasing my Yamaha xsr700. He was very attentive. He got me a great price for my trade in. There was no high pressure sales from Bre. He just knew the product, and stayed professional. Parts and service following my purchase, have been excellent! All around, great experience. I would definitely recommend this team.

Peter Church

I live in Nova Scotia and own a Triumph. Sadly there is no dealer in NS anymore but Mitch from the parts dept at Rallye was a huge help and got me sorted out quickly. Great service, thanks guys.

Mustang Man

Only been over a week to get a answer on buying a couple sleds... just a complete run around ... sometimes we can't come to see it when 4hrs is the drive one way ... very disappointing ????

Maritime off-road

Just purchased a new 2019 grizzly 700, special thanks to Jason & Jessie and all the staff for making it a pleasant and enjoyable experience

Caine Wilcox

Was a overall great experience, Bre my salesman’s was beyond friendly and gave me all the time in the world to think about my options and wasn’t pushy at all. Manager Mike was great on getting me approved on my new 2020 1000s rzr. Overall great team they have there.

jamie goulet

Bought my side by side there. Put a down payment on a rzr 570 but was back ordered. Keep an eye out on the site for a good used one, 2019 zforce 800 popped up, they switched my down payment from the rzr to this and bought it. Dealt with Gerald and he was great to deal with. I see the bad reviews on here and personally I’ve never had an issue with rallye, two vehicles and a utv later. You can’t beat their prices and the service was great from the sales to finance team. As long as I keep having these experiences I’ll keep going back.

Mark Isa flyer

Will not return tried to buy a bike there twice and both times they snuck $1000's in fee's. Gone way downhill since Rallye took over. Also offered nothing for trade in. Less than %50 of value and won't move on the sales prices.

KJP Reptiles

Absolutely horrible service. Do yourself a favour and stay away from anything Rallye Motors. Before considering, do a google search and find out just how bad this place is.

Matt Rector

Staff was exceptional, went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for, took the effort to help me find what I needed, and acted proffessional

Wesley Thibodeau

Wanna thank Renee, Gerald and Ashley for getting me my sled you guys are awesome thank you!!!!

Canadian Bulldog

I don't know who the woman was that helped me find a helmet today, but she was fantastic. My wife and I had all sorts of questions about functionality, airflow, speakers, action Cam placement, durability, general use, warranty....... U name it...... She answered everything. She not only answered our questions she answered them correctly. After buying the helmet we asked and she answered all the questions to, everything she said was 100% accurate. We felt no pressure to buy anything. She showed us helmets that were $1200 to $100 and completely was concerned about my comfort and enjoyment out of the product. She understood and explained all warranties. That's just helmet selection, looking at the motorcycles, the gentleman we talked to encouraged us to try everything out, sit down, experience the bike. Covid issues sorted, they showed us how they clean the bikes in between people touching and handling. Price wise they were excellent overall. The motoplex is the ultimate store, so impressed. I usually hate shopping in Moncton, these folks were great!

Meredith Drost

I have visited this store in the past and it has been great with helpful and friendly staff. However, this week i visited the store with a four year old and needed to leave immediately. The store was playing loud and derogatory music full of swear words and inappropriate themes. I was very disappointed in this experience.

Richard Ward

My home BMW dealer. Good staff. Good inventory of gear. Best in New Brunswick.

George Khuchua

Only one dealer of bmw Motorrad in nb

Allen Carty

Service was ok, but hard time getting any bike parts

Andrew Beaman

Buy a brand new motorcycle, throttle cable let's go. Nearly 3 weeks waiting for repair and information on warranty. Finally get a call, bike is fixed but not covered. So not only did I wait an unacceptable amount of time, but the repairs were done without informing me of the cost in advance. Looking forward to getting my bike back and never stepping foot in there again. ????‍♂️

Tommy Hearn

Dealt with them prior to Ralleye owning them and they were great, now absolutely horrible customer service, don’t believe a word they say, and expect to pay more than what they quote you...

Jonny H

Pricey parts, but great people from Parts thru to the service. Nice new layout lots of variety. Great job Motoplex Team! *NOTE* This review was before Rallye took over...

Destiny Robichaud

Went in to get financing on a side by side and gerald went above and beyond to make sure we left happy customers. Extremely pleased with our experience.

Kevin Case

Great service by John Watts. Very knowledgeable and informative. No pressure and always willing to help. Thanks John!

Alex Davis

Attempted (3) times to reach out over email and phone regarding a couple of bikes. No one seemed interested in selling me anything. After a couple of follow-ups they reached out to me with no details (other than it is available) and didn't respond to any other questions. Based on the lack of communication and interest in me... I went elsewhere. Bought a bike out in PEI instead.

Pat Noade

Very large motorcycle display and professional staff. Troy served us. He was very knowledgeable and efficient!

Pierre Richard

Had an excellent buying experience with the purchase of my new motorcycle. Bre (sales) made the entire process fun. Thanks Bre for the remarkable service!

mountain firewood

My experience with this place is that if you are smart you would run as far as you can out the door cause I will tell you that you will regret dealing with them. Trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Video and u tube link to follow of my experience with this place.

Newf on the Loose

I have wanted a BMW GS Adventure for a long time and I was finally ready. Bre made the experience awesome, he got me quite a large discount and also found some rebates that I didn’t hear about. He made sure everything was ready for me to show up, sign the paperwork and be out the door in an hour as I was coming from out of province. I have received follow up calls from both Bre and Mark the Sales Manager in the days following. My experience was very positive and I would recommend Rallye Motoplex. The best deal is one that you’re happy with. ????????

Sam Westfield

Nice bikes. Nice service. But please STOP POSTING ads that are no longer for sale on Kijiji. I've already called to tell them that its been reposted and that was 2 months ago and the same bike that had been sold is still being reposted. Their online advertisement definitely needs to be upgraded.

YOURBIGDAYDJ

One of the largest shops in the maritimes. With a good selection from boats to bikes personal water crafts arcs and much more.. A large selection of accessories as well.

Darrell Balsor

I went to get some parts for my ATV and was very pleased with the service I received mitchell young in parts is top notch very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your needs I actually bought more than I originally planned because the service was so great

Tyler Trites

I purchased my new Yamaha four wheeler from rallye motoplex and the service was excellent very knowledgable staff.

Ashton Rushton

Stripped my oil plug giving my bike a simple oil change, top of plug/bolt looked beat up or over torqued. Wanted to take the cheapest route and wouldn't fix it any other way.

eloi robichaud

Poor service and underconstruction very dangerous area ,no sign your on your own in the most expensive store in town order online for half price for same parts

kevin suttie

Excellent sales parts people....customer service#1+very friendly+helpful staff

Lisa Weaver

Good experience! Easy process!Gerald K was great to work with...kept us in the loop, was friendly and good humoured... even gave a call back to make sure we got home safe:) Thanks!

Meghan Cormier

We were just in on the weekend (referred by Isabelle gaudet) and bought two dirt bikes , Yamaha ttr50 and a yz450f, Bre was our salesmen and he was amazing! Nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff :) we will be back in the spring for two more bikes

shmac96

Awesome! They should have honda and they would have it all! One of their salesman needs to know a little more than just Ducatis however. However would gladly do business with them.

Jonathan Lloy

I was really impressed with the High Level of Service from Sales through to Delivery of my beautiful Ducatti. I may get some spellings incorrect but special thanks to Bree, Ashley and Jared. I was throughly taken care of from my first call to when Jared delivered my bike, already safetied for NS, in Dartmouth. The Accessories team was very professional, prompt and well organized. Thanks Again you guys! Loving the Bike. I would recommend you to anyone.

patrick cummingham

My experience at Rallye was smooth and easy. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a side by side to go see Matt Bernier. Will definitely go buy again in the future.

Garrett

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Please read below. I messaged Rallye a few times regarding a used bike that I was interested in buying. It took me about 5 responded e-mails before someone actually answered the few questions I had. I eventually got in touch with a salesman who said I had "great taste" and the bike was "absolutely mint." Of course the last owner was "in his 60s and was a bike mechanic." The bike had 5000km and the salesman told me the tires were "98%" even though they were the stock tires on a sports bike???? The salesman quoted me twice at a reasonable price, but then when we got into it, he lied about fees I had to pay - 400 for admin fee, 100 for registration (which makes no sense because they do not register the bike for out of province) and 25 for a battery tender. He also failed to mention until the end that it would be 1000 more if I did not finance (he mentioned 1000, 800, and 750 as the price for this, was super inconsistent). I truly believe I was lied to about everything about this bike and the price kept jumping around. I made a reasonable offer, within a few percent of the ask price - but was never got back to. Two salesmen did not message back. Clearly they are doing well enough to turn away customers! I will not every shop here again and I advise that you do not either! Good luck Rallye!

mike DeBrusk

I Live in Ontario and purchased a bike from Dinh at Rallye. Most dealers now make generic ads that can be confusing or hard to read. I’m at a disadvantage not being able to actually see the bike so I made sure I asked all the right questions (twice). Unfortunately the answers I got didn’t match the bike I received when it was shipped to me. When I called Dinh after I received the bike to discuss the situation, I was told that it was my responsibility to check the vin to see what options were on the bike, there was no apology or empathy for my concerns. I would have never purchased the bike if I was told the truth. I have purchased many vehicles in 35 plus years, unfortunately this was the worst experience from a sales rep and dealership. Make sure you do your homework, this sales rep can’t be trusted.

Cameron Waugh

Best place to go if you are looking to buy a new ATV. Gerald and Reg went above and beyond to make my buying experience as easy and painless as possible. 5 Stars would definitely recommended!

Tanner McCabe

Truly deplorable sales ethics. A pack of theives a crooks. Suzuki Canada lists freight on their bikes as $300 but they tried to charge me $899. Highly dishonest and disgusting; in fact I was told a multitude of reprehensible lies in their showroom and on the phone. I'm mean I know they need to make a profit but I'm not trying to put all illegitimate children through community college....I've got my own to worry about.

Rejean Leblanc

Bought new Indian Scout Bobber, was in and out the door within an hour. Great service from Bre Noo Sa and Rejean.

David Watters

Helpful parts service. walked around looking at motorcycles. Had a few employees come up and ask if I needed any help.

Tabatha Bertrand

I spent 4 hours waiting for their financing department to get their act together. Finally, they gave us the paperwork to find out that they attempted to over charge us by thousands. They said they were going to give us a gift card, and tacked that amount onto the sale price. We walked out. Not satisfied. I'll travel outside of province before they get my money.

Amit Meir

Rallye Motoplex went the extra mile and helped me with an emergency service while I was on a 2 week trip in Nova Scotia. These guys found a creative and outside-the-box solution for my problem and saved my trip. This place is big. (7,000 sq. ft) and has a huge selection of bikes and gear. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thank you goes to Dallas Corbin, the service manager, who helped a fellow biker in trouble and Christina and Mike from the parts department. I would definitely recommend checking out this place.

Alexander B

Such a shame, that a once great place has turned into this mess. I was interested in purchasing a BMW bike, but got the WORST sales experience that I have ever seen! The salesperson was not only unknowledgeable about the product, but rude and he got worse when I told him I wads also looking at a Honda bike! The salesman was either too lazy or not knowing how to get some information on the options on bike I had to call BMW Canada in Toronto to find out the information I was looking for, . I was so upset with the BS that I found the same bike at BMW Toronto, and they were not only very professional and courteous and helpful. They were even going to ship the bike to me, but after long thought and not wanting to deal with Rallye for maintenance , decided to buy the Honda at Eldridge's in St John where I received great service and a great bike.

Edith Tippett

Didn't find them very helpful. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for in a scooter. I was ready to buy new or used, as long as it was what I was looking for, nobody offered to take my number and call me if something came in that matched my specs. Too bad they lost the sale. I wasn't even looking for financing. I ended up buying used from Kijiji on the spot

Becca Lemieux

We had an amazing sales rep Bre Noo Sa! The entire staff and team members helped us get a 4 wheeler, snow pants, jackets, helmets, trail pass etc. The financing team was quick, and made it easy on us to get financing. And they let us bring in our puppy while we shopped and completed the financing. To top it off Bre let us borrow his truck to drive our 4 wheeler home (to Bathurst) getting the 4 wheeler to our house the same day! All that in the mist of me getting radiation and chemo treatments. They were nothing but helpful for me and my husband! Fantastic customer service I highly recommend checking out and purchasing something really anything from Rallye Motoplex!

Chad Buchanan

Was told only the battery was left to change and they had 4 hours time in, got the bill and was at 6 hours. So 2 hours to change a battery that's just under the seat. Pathetic. Great place if you don't need service, they love to sell stuff and have lots.

adioable

Great place for motorcycle enthusiasts!

sebastien tremblay

I bought 2020 razr from them , sure i like bike but Garret my salesmen was terrible , even just having a simple question could never get a hold of him and never woould call me back. I did find someone else to deal with , i dont remember the name but she was good. Would i buy another big purchase from there ? NOT LIKELY

Shonda McLaughlin

We had a very satisfying experience at Rallye Motorplex. Ordered a Polaris Ranger that was received April 15, 2021. Our sales person was Gerald Keyzer. He was exceptional with customer service, and knowledgeable. What we appreciated the most was that this being our first off road vehicle, we just wanted basic. Not once were we pressured into anything more! Gerald kept us up to date with the delivery and called the minute it was in. We were also helped with helmets and a trail pass saving is the hassle. Overall extremely happy with it experience! Thank you Gerald!

Kirby Milliea

Really like the service and was satisfied with the salesman this is my second sxs with them,,

Stacey Simon

very helpful we will for sure recommend them left happy Thank you to our Dealer Bre for helping to make everything possible......hope u enjoyed ur lobster (Tjaagitj)

Marc Leclair

We walk around dealership, very big, lots of diferent brand . Wife wanted a yamaha 450 or honda 420 . So therefore we wanted info on a yamaha Atv . We left about 10 to 15 mins after , no sale representative came to see us . We did get her a new honda rancher elsewhere.

roger airey

I had my Yamaha Roadliner into Motoplex service department 4 times last summer to get my bike to stop stalling for no apparent reason. Besides terrible gas mileage, the bike just didn't have the get up and go that I was accustomed to. Besides the danger of the bike stalling mid turn at low speeds, Atlantic Motoplex refused to acknowledge there was a problem with the bike. I went away for a week last June and left the bike with them for a week and demanded they fix the problem, A WEEK! Shawn phoned me the first afternoon, and told me they had fixed the problem. I got back home and my first ride, it did the same thing. Took the bike back to Motoplex left the bike with them again. Very disgruntled at this point. Service manager calls me and tells me they can't replicate the problem. (that was why I left it there the previous month for a week). As my summer of enjoying (or trying to enjoy my Roadliner) was coming to an end, I researched the problem on the internet and found the problem was well known and well documented. I copied and pasted the step by step repair and sent it to "service manager Shawn" and at this point demanded that they come and pick up the bike and fix it. They came and took it back to their shop. Next day I get a call saying they can't replicate the problem. ARGH! So I put my Roadliner to bed for the winter. This spring I took the Roadliner to G Bourque with the documentation of the WELL KNOWN AND WELL DOCUMENTED REPAIR and for a couple of hundred dollars, including oil change and spring tune up I have my Roadliner back, working the way a Yamaha Roadliner should work. A big thank you to G Bourque. It's going to be a great summer!!!!

Talal El Bitar

I tried to buy a used bike, it took a month to discover the bike was already sold, of course after getting approved for financing and dealing with five different employee there. (Ad is still active) After that i let it go and i tried to buy a brand new one. Also it took a month without receiving an actual invoice of the total bill. I dealt with cameron at the end which gave me a price 8500 including tax and interest and other fees. When i went to the dealership my interest jumped to 10% at the end total price was around 14000$. Matt the sales man brought a paper and told me that’s your payment please sign here. I added up the number which he had no explanation of how he got that number with all kind of paper work in front of us. What a scam!

Gerard Godin

Store looks great. Did not trip over any salesmans I must say. I was kinda disappointed about the service. Was looking for answers on an indian motorcycle but could not find anybody. But this doesn't take away from the beauty of the store

Claudette Rioux

Nick is the best. Sold me a 2021 Polaris Sportsman Premium Trail. If you want a great salesman ask for Nick. Thanks for the great service with a smile.

Michael

Very disappointed with the service here. Wad in a week ago looking to purchase a new side by side every sales person was at their desk and no one came over to ask me what I needed, was in the store for 30 minutes. Poor customer service and will be taking my business somewhere else. UPDATE. I reached out online to speak with someone regarding a side by side they took my information and said a side by side specialist would be in touch shortly to look at ordering me something. Been a week now and still no one has reached out. It's disappointing to see the decline in the level of customer service since Rallye took over.

Angie MacLeod

just bought our side by side from Alex....picked it up and we are having a blast! everyone at the store has been amazing, from sales (Alex) business (Ashley) to service and parts (Mike)...highly recommend!!

Matthew Joyce

My friend and I recently bought 2 snowmobiles from rallye, we had exceptional sales help from jason and his crew they really helped us step to step and even stayed quite late after closing to finish the sales and even load the sleds onto the trailer they lent us. I would recommend this great dealership to anyone. Great products great staff great prices.

paul colllier

Bought an Indian from Bre. Best buying experience I have had in awhile with outstanding customer service. Thank you for an amazing bike.

Jeff Hutchings

I recently purchased a Triumph Speed Twin from Mike, he was great to deal with. He was very much to the point, didn't waste any time. Always returned phone calls and emails, kept me in the loop the whole time. The bike was picked up at the dealership for delivery on time and I received it in perfect order. I would absolutely recommend Rallye for a motorcycle purchase.

Chris' Covers

Fantastic experience. Gerald in sales and Ashley in finance went above and beyond!! Will absolutely be recommending to family and friends.

john hickson

Just came back to Saint John from this beautiful store. Have to say, they did a class act on making this one of the nicest showrooms I have been in. Not alot of staff around, but to me that was great..just looking anyways, but hate to be hassled. 5 stars for the great job they have done. If you get a chance to dream, this is the place that can make your dream happen.

Josee LeGresley

Just purchased a 2022 Triumph Trident 660 from this dealer. Had great service from the start by filling online application and information. Sales person Nick was able to help me and answered all my questions and was available anytime. Got there a few days later and the bike was all ready for me and papers to be signed. I knew what to expect when buying that bike as I did my research. That bike is meeting all my expectations! Bill of sale was clearly explained to me and left me without any surprises. Overall great experience and recommend this dealer to anyone.

mike dowe

Only reason I gave 1 star .. is because it won't allow 0 .. absolutely the worst dealership I've ever ATTEMPTED to deal with . First experience was trash . Year later I figured I'd try again ... Definitely won't be a 3rd time

Drake Daigle

My history with these guys...I purchased a used motorcycle from them 3ish years ago the whole experience was luke warm to say the least. Also a 500$ comm system which they assured me would work with 1000$ schubert I also purchased there and they did not allow me to return it. And against my better judgment I returned 2 weeks ago to test drive a bike I was interested in. Schedule the test drive, was "welcomed" from a manager, he asked if he could help me. I explained why I was there, and he ask me if I test drove the bike and liked it "will I buy it?" ... I was surprised by the question and how pushy it felt and responded I'm not sure if I will like the bike, he then repeated "if you like the bike will you buy it?" I said I really am just trying a few models out and will decide on a later date. He seemed not happy with that answer and passed me on with a sales associate which was much better to deal with it. In the end never test drove the bike since it was still on the second floor with a dead battery ???? I'm not saying there all bad, had some good experiences with some of there employees. I will still purchase what I NEED there but that's it.

Jim Evans

I was unhappy with non-deliveriy of accessories for my new BMW, and that I couldn't get the first service done in a timely manner. I wrote a scathing review. BUT a day later all was resolved, the guys all really got together and answered my concerns, and I have to say I'm a happy camper. I think I was a little unreasonable in my expectations for a very new model, and BMW didn't have their act together with accessories. I WILL be back!

Jimmer711

Recently purchased my new motorcycle from Ralley Motoplex and must say the team lead by Mike were top notch! Truly focused on customer service. Living outside NB they managed the shipping of my bike with delicate efficiency. It arrived in my province and I simply only needed to register my plate. They answered and satisfied all my questions throughout the process. Very caring group you can trust especially with your pride and joy! Would recommend their store to anyone asking! Thanks Ralley Motoplex for an awesome bike and experience!

Stirling Anthony

Amazing service from Mike Goguen, and the parts and sales teams, extremely impressed with my purchase, highly recommend going to see the boys down at Rallye for all your off road needs, great crowd down there, I will be back for sure !

mamma bear

Great place . Excellent customer service!

jim gates

I had called this morning at 9 o’clock to find out a purchase price of a new side-by-side. Here it is 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they still haven’t come up with a price for me. Don’t waste your time going to these guys

Daniel sauvageau

Just stopped by to view some slingshots, walk away with a 2019 slingshot SLR icon. Our sales Rep was Stephanie, this was Steph first day and first sale. Great young lady, very professional and wish her many more sales. Thanks Stephanie and Rallye Motoplex.

Noah Donovan

I was on hold for 30 minutes... kept getting bounced around from department to apartment, all because someone couldn't answer a single simple pricing question. needless to say after i got transferred back to sales for the 5th time, this after being on the phone for 20 minutes and being hung up on (*by accident, but still) I found a better deal somewhere else.

Felicia Leblanc

I just traded in my bikes for a sxs. I had a great sales man cody, he helped me with everything I needed and wanted. To the brand of sxs to witch sxs they had, the accessories Also, I met jessie. She was amazing helped me with the financial part, she got me approved right away! There pleasant to talk, always happy to help and quick responses to my questions as busy as they where ! :):)

Jessica LeBlanc

Well, where do I start... I was very hesitant in dealing with your company but now that I have I am over beyond impressed with the customer service I received. As we all know getting a side-by-side fixed can be costly, especially in the hands of people who only care about the money and not actually getting the job done right. Not only did the service manager (Dallas) go over and beyond what we expected, he kept us in the loop every step of the way, explained everything clearly and worked his hardest to ensure anything that needed to be covered under warranty was done. He honestly made us feel like we were his only customers and THAT is the amazing customer service we have received. I will definitely be recommending you guys to my family and friends. I would hope that all of your service departments (including the auto side of things) take his lead. It would bring your company to another level for sure. Thank you again!

njenk jenkins

I had a part ordered for a recall on a 2010 Yamaha, they said it would be about a week. That was almost two months ago. I've called, left messages but to have not received a call back . I'll have my toys serviced elsewhere. I wish they'd have just told me they couldn't do it. Poor customer service.! BEWARE

Paul Wilson

Pushy salesperson and total lack of customer service. You can buy cheaper and have better service elsewhere.

thomas bradbury

Stuff over priced and were not to friendly, my questions wernt handled properly

Dave Ross

Helpful staff and amazing selection of bikes and other recreational vehicles.

Emily Henderson

Excellent staff and customer service! Cody & Krista both went out of their way to make sure I was leaving with the bike I've always wanted and made the experience a memorable one! I would highly recommend Rallye and suggest everyone go check out their fully stocked show room. What an experience!!! Thanks for everything!!

Brent hossack

I brought a new bike this time last year. After having purchased another bike from them a few years ago "and had good felling "I trade Well after phone calls not answered and getting upset I did receive the 5 year warranty that was part of the sales pitch The service rate...well it's not what it should be on the first service I was charged two hours and was less then one"but after a few phone calls I received a refund of an hour Not a bad shop"just felt taken a first

Jean Leblanc

Awesome service, I dealt with Bre Noo Sa. Very welcoming, nice gentlemen. The best experience financing a vehicle I ever had. Very willimg to work with you if you with him.

Joel Patterson

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible dealing with this bunch, I have been lied to and and had to make several return trips to get things done that should have been done right the first time. Only positive thing to say is the sales person did the best he could with who he has to deal with. If you have a choice, go to the other motorcycle dealership in town.

Shawn Johnson

Great experience! Gerald was very good throughout the sale. I'm a first time ATV owner and he spent an hour after closing showing us how to secure the ATV on my trailer and answering all my questions. He gave us lots of Pro tips! Thanks!

Eva Caissie-Geikie

Bought a snowmobile jacket for my son and they price matched the online prices. Awesome service. Will be back.

Jacob Donahue

Just purchased a new 2019 750 King Quad from Jason Cook at Rallye and I couldn’t ask for a better experience and group to deal with! Jason and Jessie Folz were very helpful with everything, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get on a new bike!

Shaine Guitard

Price match? Right meet all the criteria then refused as price match is at their discretion. What a joke. Dont advertise it if you wont honour it. Zero integrity. Also dont bother calling customer care and leaving a message, they dont return your call

Lise Mazerolle

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Gerald for his professional help. It was greatly appreciated! You rock!!

Chilly Dippers

Super dodgy sales tactics.... constantly shifting of prices and pressure tactics to finance through them... buyers beware.

Jacob Harnish

Purchased my 2019 waverunner last week. Jason and Krista were helpful and great to deal with. Will be back in the future 110%.

Matt Allain

The sales associates on the floor and behind the parts counter are great to deal with and very helpfull however, the service personnel could certainly use some work. I once saw an employee joy riding my brand new bike in the parking lot after performing an oil change as well a low quality of workmen ship.

Marc St-Pierre

My BMW'S final drive ($$$) self-destructed in Moncton close enough for me to ride it to their shop. Of course they had none in stock but that's par for the course. So I left the bike there and went home with my wife in the smart car. Two weeks later before I could find time to fly back from Montreal they called me to say they had received the final drive and installed it. Two weeks later I flew in and found they had cleaned and prepped the bike for my arrival. Top service and a fair price as well. I shopped around before I got there and was glad they didn't take advantage of my situation! Since they were also a Suzuki dealer I took the time to find new steering head bearings for my wife 's bike; and the parts guy found aftermarket tapered rollers for less money than the OEM ball sets. In stock! I almost passed out from shock! Thank you Atlantic Motoplex!

Larry Brown

thanks Gerald for the great customer service.very friendly and professional experience .this was a fast and easy process from our phone call to loading my atv .i absolutely love my sportsman and would not hesitate to go back for my next big purchase .thanks again Gerald and see u soon . Larry brown

remnic sandi

I was told by one of the sales specialist that my bike will be good to go in half an hour but I ended up waiting for two and a half hours.

Albert Martin

Largest selection of new and used motorcycle in the Maritimes. They have ATVs as well. Staff are always friendly.

Caleb Ebbett

Bree was very helpful and an excellent sales associate, didn't push for the sale and helped me make an informed decision. Would 100% recommend

Fred Tracy

Best motorcycle shop in Atlantic Canada!

Moe Blanchard

I've bought 2 machines in the last year and half from them, and have been satisfied with my experience. (one used motorcycle and a new Polaris Ranger). Sales staff is excellent, service was prompt and efficient, and I get a small discount on parts since I purchased here. Recommend 100%

jokes fuhr days

Called them today and made a cash offer on a bike and they came back with you should finance it cause it will work out better in the long run. They also said they couldn't take my offer cause they can't make it work. I had a great experience in buying my truck from the 2 years ago but l will never buy from them again unless they actually try to work with the customer.

Derwin Milliea

I bought a side x side 2 years ago only drive it a handful of times and most of all that its been in there shop "getting fixed" for over heating and head gasket problems..... they sold me a lemon

Bill Huzil

Excellent staff. Traveling across Canada and I walked in for a tire and they installed it within the hour and had me back on the road. Called from the highway a few weeks later on my way back thru Moncton and again got an oil change and minor repair done same afternoon. Thanks for being so accommodating. I wish I lived closer so I could have all my service done here

mike coones

McDonalds has less staff turn over then this place. Sales has no idea what they are even trying to sell you, typical Rallye way is to get you financed and then “see you later”. I hate seeing such a great place be taken over by Mr.Monopoly, they have no business in powersports! And too boot they are charging you a NBI (New Brunswick Safety) on all units sold, when this province doesn’t even require that. So be aware if you do decide to shop at this place! Check your paper work because they will hide a $35 charge in your price.

Nathan Cole

New bike no problems very nice...very surprised

Stephen Emmerson

Hello, went in to upgrade , my four wheeler yesterday, Bre was my salesman by choice , and he nailed it, excellent service on his part, I say thank you , and Ashley in finance she was fantastic as well , thank you guys love my polaris 850, thanks again

George Dixon

I’d like to thank Alex and Ashley of Rally Motorsports for above and beyond on helping me make a deal on a new Trail S 1000 I live out of province they made the process extremely easy I highly recommend them! I can’t wait for delivery and to hit the trails THANKS AGAIN!!

Matt Freeborn

Great experience. My wife and I purchased a pair of Sportsman atv's. Gerald was very helpful and took the time to match the machines to what we really needed. We didn't feel pushed or upsold, everything was transparent and it was so easy and fun. Gerald even delivered the bikes to our house in the dark in the middle of no where. Service Dept. keeps in touch. Sales keeps in touch. Great guys, Great place. No complaints. Thanks for everything.

Francois Boisvert

Very poor service from staff that seems interested more in looking at their phone, computers and anything other than help. Parts counter can be helpful but it depends at who you talk to, the guy next to me seemed to have better service while the advisor answering me seemed like he couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Went in for parts on a used bike I purchased, clothes and also looked at new bikes. Similar experience to other Rallye Motors experience, at least they are consistent in their poor service. First time in, was also the last time. Luckily enough, smaller retailer down the road sells Kawasaki and the parts are interchangeable with the Suzuki bike I purchased.

Alex Demmings

Called about a second hand dirt bike that had already sold, Bre found me one a little newer at a fair price. Great service, enjoyed my buying experience.

laurie labelle

The worse experience EVER. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE words cannot describe really how bad it was... Thank god I had the sense to walk away with my 45 000.00$ . If your looking to buy there be sure you check the bike thoroughly and beware of their used car salesman promising the world to make a sale... left in tears, confused, and blown away at the entire experience. Since this I've heard nothing but negative bad experiences from others when dealing with rallye motoplex.. and where does one go when their the only dealer in nb... and that 1 star is because it's the lowest I can go... thx for reading have a good one...... Now I'd like to say that upon reading my original review above that it felt like I was easy soft even. I called it an experience but it was more like an ordeal. My husband said more like a nightmare. This ordeal made my husband (who's a way better person then I ) physically ill. We have a business and we're a week later and he my husband still can't figure out why, how or mostly what happened. Now I'm sure their "please call our customer care" is simply a formality. As WE have wasted enough time and money already. We closed our business for the day and drove 3 hours each way(for the 3rd time) to pick up our new roadmaster or so we thought. We lost a days income and the "children" you have ruining your business laughed. I however do not find this funny what so ever. You had 18 days to detail the bike that's it... thats all you had to do and it was worse... scratches, wax everywhere(wish I would've took pics) and I was told by 2 employees that it was ready that they spent the an entire day detailing it... ouff I don't know to say. Now I'm in direct contact with Indian Company on this. You know if you give good service maybe they'll tell another.... but give horrible service and they'll tell anyone and everyone who'll listen. Anyway waiting to see how much customer care cares. And yes we did and had heard that rallye was not the best place to buy but when you want an Indian and they're the only one's in nb... plus with covid restrictions you have to try. right? We just wanted to buy a new bike.. I feel responsible I convinced him to buy a new bike. Maybe it's time to stop talking among ourselves and do something to stop this horrible service and start involving the company/brand's were wanting to buy like Indian, BMW ect. So this is part of my story hope it helped and best of luck finding your bike... stay safe ******UPDATE.... since I've had some individuals who actually reach out to me to hear more on my experience and to know if they ever contacted me... well NO they never did no surprise there.

Terry Arseneau

Last week I purchased a used BMW from Rallye with the assistance of Tristan Comeau and it was a great venture. Tristan was very helpful and professional. Krista in finance was also nothing but a pro. Thanks to both for such a positive buying experience.

Completely wasted my time I was told I was approved for my financing. With a big down deposit. They got me to sit around the dealership to wait to sign the paperwork. Got there at 930 am. Waited 8hrs later then told they where closing and to come back next day. Next day I was told sorry because I am a seasonal worker they cant finance me any more. Avoid this place they will waste your time trying to make the sale. Avoid if you are a seasonal worker. They should have atleast compensated me for the wasted time and running around.

I ordered all new fairings and tank for my 08 Yamaha yzf-r6 here through a parts employee Kyle McLaughlin around April 21st. I paid 4000$ for these parts. The motoplex employee however put the order through under his personal account with motoplex. Sometime in between when the fairings and tank were ordered to now, Kyle has either quit his job or been fired. When i reach out to him to inquire about when my fairings will be arriving I am only given vague run around like excuses and empty promises.. When i visited motoplex to ask about the parts i havent received i was told that the ex-employee owes motoplex well over 4000$ for unpaid merchandise he has received from the store. They then tell me that if I want my bike parts its my responsibility to have Kyle McLaughlin contact or visit motoplex himself to resolve the issue. Ive tried calling him and requesting he contact motoplex however he refuses to do so. When i ask the employees for their boss's contact information im told the boss is on vacation and to come back in a week and they will give me the contact information then. The staff is completely rude and disrespectful, often making jokes and laughing among themselves while i inquire about the issue. Im so frustrated with how unprofessional, disorganized and corrupt this business is. All i want is my bike fairings that are sitting in their stock room . However, im told that until Kyle pays his bill with Motoplex they will be keeping the parts as collateral. What can I do about this?

Bought a new indian bobber from cody (sales) who was very helpful. When they delivered the bike it had a scuff on the rear panel i went up and darren (service) took care of me right away. I was skeptical going here to get my bike but after everything said and done these guys have done good by me. Thanks.

Maureen Allen

Would rate at negative 10. Good place to take your new ATV if you want it ruined!

Richard Goguen

Had appointment for oil change on a Monday. Dropped the bike there on previous Saturday. Went to pick up Monday night and was told they forgot to do it... Maybe they should change the name from Service to No-Service department... They offered to rescheduled but bike went directly from their garage to G Bourque where service was excellent! Thanks G Bourque!

My husband purchased a BMW R1200GS, as well as all his apparel, from these folks years ago and was very satisfied with the service. When I started riding, I purchased my apparel from Atlantic Motoplex and found the saleswoman very knowledgeable and helpful. Last week, we purchased a Yamaha scooter for our eldest daughter and, again, received excellent service. Our salesperson, Gerald, was FANTASTIC and Reg was great with the financing part of it. All in all, we made contact with Rally Motoplex on Tuesday and we had the scooter by Thursday afternoon, in N.S.! We'll go back for our youngest daughter's scooter when the time comes. Thanks Rallye Motors!

Claude St Louis

Came in with no appointment, desperately needing an oil change and a chain adjustment&lube. I drive a 650 VStrom, and from Windsor, ON. They were seriously booked, but managed to get me in&out by 12:30pm so i can continue my Eastern Canada journey.... thank you guys- now that is commitment & service!!

Jenna Dickie

Wasn’t impressed with my experience at all. I spoke to a salesperson on the phone explaining I would be driving three hours to go purchase a specific motorcycle. Once I arrived at Rallye Motoplex they informed me that the bike I was looking at sold the NIGHT before. But I had just spoken to a salesperson before going to Dieppe. Would have been nice to be informed before driving three hours. However, they did feel really bad and paid for the trip down but I definitely will not be shopping there in the future. They’re not organized and have no communication skills amongst themselves. Would not recommend shopping here.

Joel Langlais

I would like to say a big thank you to Jason Cook for his service. He was very nice and fast quick delivery.

John Towers

Update: I've deleted my former, poor review of the Motoplex and am adding this as an update. Prior to Rallye buying the Motoplex, I had a horrible experience with their Sales staff. To hold the current owners/staff as responsible for that would be unfair on my part. That salesman had been long dismissed for poor performance in multiple cases. Recently, while trading in my current 2016 BMW 1200 GSA for a new 2020 1250 GSA I did experience a few follow up issues but that has not at this point kept the deal from moving forward. I feel, as a consumer of an expensive, premium product, that a premium standard of treatment should match to complete the experience. I at no point had to be "Sold" on the product. I knew what I wanted and have experience with the quality motorcycles that BMW produces. Once I made my intentions know that I was a serious buyer and not just out Kicking tires, I expected to have calls back within the timelines that the salesman said that he would get back to me and not have to be reminded through futher visits days later. As previously stated this may be an issue with my high expectations as a consumer of a premium product. My bad. I cannot say enough good things about the Service department and have always had good experiences with the Parts department. The crew in Parts always take the time to research and locate the best tires and consumables for all my machines.

Rick Smith

I was looking for one bike in particular and my local dealership was only interested in selling something from there inventory. I contacted rallye and they were willing to help find the model I was looking for. It took 2 months but it was exactly the bike I wanted and well worth the wait. I would definitely buy from them again. I would like to thank Bree, Mike and Krista. First time buying a brand new machine great experience.

Alex Wright

You can never reach the parts department when you call (rings about 3 times then cuts you off). And they barely carry and stock because pretty much any basic part like a clutch weight or timing chain needs to be ordered in all the time and you gotta wait 1-2 weeks longer to finish your repair.

Lo Stephenson

We called this store and got a great deal on a F25 Yamaha outboard motor. The person who answered the phone left a message to Jason who was quick at calling us back when we saw the sale on line. He was very helpful, answered all our questions and provided great service . Everyone there that we dealt with, were very pleasant including the young lady who took care of the financial closure. We would never hesitate to buy again from this company. We left very happy customers.

Dustin Miller

Absolutely terrible to deal with. After finding a bike they had for sale online I called everyday for a week before finally getting through to a salesperson. After getting through the base price(before adding in the dealer fees) wasn't what was advertised. Finally agreed on an out the door price only to get a call the next day telling me he forgot to add gst and the price jumped another $1000. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Gabi Sant'Anna

Gerald was a rockstar! He worked hard to get the best deal possible on a side by side and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He accommodated my needs and made the experience a pleasant one! I recommend dealing with him on any purchase!

Breanna White

Rallye motors has AMAZING customer service. Great humour, great products, and overall 10/10 services.

Dany Hansen

Just wanted to extend my appreciation to Paolo Pollio and his team Garret Bell, Krista Boyle and Jennifer Hansen , for making my son's dream come true. You guys have gone above and beyond, the customer service was excetional, every one worked together to give us the a super deal to fit Josh's budget. Rallye Motoplex I am super happy !! ....Like they say happy kid, happy mom. Thank you once again for all your hard work Paolo you are the best !! Best regards to Paolo's team Dany Hansen

Sue ann Clair

They won't help after you do business there. I wouldn't go back

Leon Munn

My friend purchased a motorcycle there. She was supposed to pick it up on Saturday July 31. Before she got there to sign the paperwork they sold the bike to someone else. Poorest service I have ever seen.

jerritt mcdougall

Had a great experience with the motorplex and Matt from sales they gave me awesome value for my trade in and ordered me a new RZR awesome job thanks

Ryan Blasko

Recently purchased a bike and highly recommend dealing with Rallye Motoplex. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, from sales with Gerald to financing with Reg. Professional team and very personable. Thanks for all the work and follow-up. Keep the rubber on the road!!

Shaun

Recently purchased a 2020 Polaris High Lifter from Rallye Motoplex. I Had a great experience dealing with one of there young sales associates Andrew. Between him and the sales manager Mike we worked out a deal that we were both happy with. Any questions or concerns that I had they answered promptly. Would definitely deal with Andrew and Rallye Motoplex again!

Richard Allaby

Miss managment on the service dept

James Smith

Purchased a G3 boat and the experience could not have been better ,sale and follow up was excellent. Thanks Gerald as well as Mike and Reg

Sylvie Seaward

Excellent service from Nick Pallen, our salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made our purchase of our new motorcycle seamless and went out of his way to contact us a few days later to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase and motorcycle. Great service from the financial department as well! 5 stars!!!!

Tim of free thought

I was disappointed! This used to be the most spectacular bike shop I'd ever seen but it appears the product line has gone from motorcycles to four wheelers . Great for those guys but not for me . I'll go back next spring with high hopes!

Craig Schofield

Great people, products and service! A Winning dealership

Matt Searle

Travelled from saint john this week to purchase a side by side. Bre and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I was able to leave with a UTV. I highly recommend Rallye Motoplex to anyone I talk to now. Customer service was amazing, everything about the experience was good. They even stayed open a later so I didn't have to travel back up to pick up the UTV! Thank you bre!

Ben Arlow

Let me start by saying, these guys are a class act. We wanted to ship our motorcycle from Edmonton to use while on our vacation in New Brunswick, and the Team at Atlantic Motoplex made it possible. They worked with us and our logistics company to offload our motorcycle, uncrated and stored it inside until we arrived a couple of days later, donated a sip of fuel to get it to the gas station, stored our crate and worked with us to get it all packaged up and sent home. I have never had better service. My helmet was is need of replacement, and they had a great selection available. The crew in the accessories department were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you all for making our vacation truly remarkable. Ben & Renee

I recently purchased a 2020 Yz250X, I first started off just browsing around and then I was greeted by Bree who was straightforward and got to the point. I had a bike picked out and finalized within a couple hours the overall experience was top-notch really great staff to work with. Even after purchasing the bike he had called me a couple days later to see how everything is working and even informed me that he got a me my first rebuild kit free of charge. My next toy purchase will definitely be from Rallye Motoplex.

D Fournier

Just got my bike back and i am very satisfied how it turned out, wasn't a great start with Rallye but they sure bent backwards to make things right. Just love my Indian Scout Bobber. Thanks to Darren and the gang in the service department.

Justin Leblanc

they mestup all the paper work when i bought my bike and the guy at the parts counter is super in a rysh all the time even if its like 4 o'clock

Fred Derf

Sad to see its under new ownership and almost all the great staff that knew anything left when the new owner moved in...Just a bunch of kids working there now..Our family bought from their often ,but won’t anymore since its under new ownership,,really bad experience we had buying a car from one of his Rallye stores........Rallye name is very negative in Greater Moncton with poor service, and a staff with little to no experience as Rallye stores are very hard on the staff..Almost all the places have young kids working in there as anybody with experience won’t work there.

Monica Melanson

Just bought a 2019 Yamaha wave runner! Jessie, Garrett, and Mark were amazing! I didn’t know much about the product and they helped me with my purchase. The parts team was also very helpful to get all the équipement I needed :) Can’t wait till summer!!!!!

Ronnie Sabine

Bought my Harley here, great experience with sales manager and finance manager. Was in and out quick and I couldn't believe how well the bike was cleaned prior to delivery. Great Job

Actual_Galaxy 73

Worst service in the country , getting my first 1000km servie right now , i had a 9 am apointment they said done in 1.5 hours...5hrs later im still here and noone cares , drove 6h to get here .. also spent 1h looking at bikes but not 1 sales rep came to see me and i walked by all of them and sat on a dozen bikes . When i bought the bike here brand new they said they had a pickup delivery service , then when i call for them to pick it up . They say we dont know when we can get ur bike back . Also when i showed up to buy the bike i had an appintment but nobody knew !! . The sales rep who i bought it from barley new anything about the bike... i do not recommend this place , i hope i never have to come here again ! Seriously annoyed im still sitting here 5h later their parking lot waiting...

Glen Williams

Called 3 times . Each time put thru to sales. Same guy answers phone. Takes info. and says will pass on to sales manager whom will contact shortly. No contact on any occasion.

Chris Bird

Went in with a 3rd party lightbar which was sold and purchased with the understanding it would fit my C50. First thing the parts guy did with me was look up the OEM version and well it was over 700 with taxes it would've been cost to 900. Irealized it was a long shot on my part stopping in but the parts guy who helped me did so knowing I'd not purchased it there. He was great and we discussed my options etc. I appreciated his help even though on this trip I didn't purchase anything. Thanks, having staff like this who aren't out to simply "sell you" but actually take an interest in you and your situation offering up suggestions etc.. was and is a step above the rest.

Jacob Chesser

Found an atv that I liked and was approved for financing very quickly. The salesmen was very pushy and rude and not willing to answer any questions I had, to the point where I felt like I was annoying him and he basically said if I don't sign the papers as soon as possible I won't get the bike. I didn't want to feel pressured and it talked me out of making the purchase. Just be careful and don't let them jump you in to anything you're not sure of.

Jason Comeau

Not impress with there service !!! I never had issue with owning Suzuki when hi-Tech power sport had it now rallye motoplex has Suzuki plus all bad things about rallye going thru town I wasn’t up to going there but I did for dealer part had nothing but bad experience looking to go elsewhere from now on will travel out town of have to but call for parts put on hold after 5 min get disconnected call more time reception transfers you to parts they never pick up sent back to reception ask to take your number have them call you cause there to busy just excuses they never return call after few time that had enough drive over after work u have 5 teller and two customer at counter!! Why they can’t return call beyond me finally ordered my relay didn’t have there had to order in be in a week after week get called it’s in show up wrong part orders the right one said week waited 2 weeks called said was ship be couple more days called again it’s backordered coming from Japan be month well been month now at this point could orders aftermarket off amazon half price from state be in in 3 to 4 weeks would been just as good. Hope I don’t have to go there again you walk in nobody acknowledge you and walks by you just cause I don’t look like I have money or walking in Ducati or bmw section don’t feel like I’m welcome there I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Darrell Budrow

Very well pleased with the service Thanks Ashlyn.

Joe McKnight

Just got my bike paid off that I bought there. If you want to be sold a bike with an extreme oil leak, talked to like an idiot, have your motor blow 8000 km after purchase, be told the accessories won't be refunded, fund your own rebuild on something your still paying for, and generally lose all faith in man kind, then motoplex is the place for you! I know its under new ownership but I'm sure many of the same people I dealt with are still lingering in the shadows. I would expect this kind of thing from a private sale, not a dealer.

Mark Daigle

I just purchased a new 2021 G3 20 Bay DLX boat, my salesman was Gerald Keyzer, he is a great guy to deal with and made sale quick and smooth I would recommend him on any purchase at Rallye Motoplex & Marine.

Jen VanEck

John Watts was very helpful - he didn’t force me into a purchase. He made the buying experience easy and no stress. I highly recommend going to see him! There were no surprises, and he explained the process and pricing so that I understood. He’s passionate about finding his clients exactly what they’re looking for and truly cares about getting them the best deal. I’ll definitely be dealing with him again. Thank you John!!

Jordan Soucy

Me, my stepdad and a few friends have purchased sxs’s from this company and I’ve now also bought a Yamaha boat from these guys nothing but great service. Got my boat home and realized the stereo wasn’t working, I went out and bought a new one and told them about it they had no problem covering the cost. Definitely recommend purchasing from these guys!

Alban Comeau

I have bought two NEW Yamaha motorcycles from Rallye Motoplex in the past year. I spoke with Sales Manager Mike on both occasions due to their complexity. He was very helpful so a fair price both times took only a few moments! Bre has been especially attentive and is always available when I call taking whatever time is needed to sort through things. Jamie in service has been highly accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Special mention goes to Krista as finance specialist who has handled the paperwork with precision and expertise. As mentioned above there was unusual complexity involved plus I am from out of province. She was very professional throughout the process, well organized and made the process easy for me. In fact I specifically requested Krista for the second deal because my first experience was outstanding! Now I can say that for both deals! Bravo!

Jp Collette

Wrong parts again. If you need parts don't call..... drive there and point out what you need! Then 50/50 you'll get the right parts. Air shipping took 4 days!

Driver Test

Bought 2 helmet's walked out with 3 and a triumph. A 1 in my books

John-Michael McDermott

Tried calling to order a part they put me on hold for 28 minutes I finally had enough and hung up decided to order from another dealership

Around May 12, I posted a simple tire pricing query using their webform. Received an automated acknowledgement. Received no follow-up and May 20, I emailed and asked what happened and apparently the information was "lost". I sent another very detailed email query relating to price, availability and eligibility for manufacturer's rebate on Dunlop motorcycle tires on May 25. No response by June 1 so I sent ANOTHER email and was told it would be forwarded to Parts. That was a week ago. They received one final email from me yesterday (June 7) in which I expressed my displeasure at the total lack of meaningful response. I told them clearly (but politely) that I felt that their lack of concern for customer care would ensure that they would not survive long in this business - no acknowledgement on that and don't expect one! I have bought many sets of tires, parts, maintenance consumables, riding gear and even a motorcycle from Motoplex over the last ten years or so. Some service work although I do most myself. Unless the new owners/management turn around their commitment to customer service, it is unlikely that I will be back! (They got one star because zero isn't an option)

Feeling Mislead and not informed. UPDATE 06/04/21: Our paperwork was put through this afternoon at the agreed rate of interest. We seen that Rallye Motors had a grizzly 700 in stock. We sent a facebook msg and then phoned to get the ball rolling on purchasing that model. We phoned and gave our information for the credit approval. The sales girl Chloe then called us back to inform us that it was actually not available and that it had actually been sold the night before but a sold sign was not put on it. She proceeded to tell us that she did have 2 450 Kodiac EPS in stock. We thought about it and decided we were going to purchase both of the 450s instead. I asked for a price on them and she sent me a quote. The quote seemed a bit high so I asked about the interest rate. She told me the interest rate was 8.99%. I had already been looking online and knew that Yamaha Canada had a special on with an interest rate of 4.49% over 60 months. She then came back and said she only had 1 EPS in stock and 1 base model. We said we would still take them. She came back again and told us she was so sorry but the EPS was a dealer trade and that she only had 2 base models in. We still told her we would move forward with the 2 base line models at the price she indicated at the 4.49% rate. We advised her that both bikes would be in 1 name and if there were any issues getting that rate we would make some changes with a cosigner so that we were getting the best advertised rate. We got a msg back from Chloe saying everything was good to go and we could travel the 2.5 hours the next day to pick up our bikes and sign the paperwork. We loaded up our 2 kids and drove to moncton. When we got there it took about 1 hr to finally get to see the finance girl Krista. Since the bikes were going to be in my name my boyfriend took our girls and entertained them while we were dealing with the paperwork. The first thing I noticed was that the price of each bike was marked up. One was up by 270.00 and the other 370. They couldn't tell me why they were marked up but were willing to talk to a manager to have it corrected on one bike, I informed them they needed to correct the price on both bikes. This took quite some time and everyone including myself were getting restless as I am 7 months pregnant. We finally get the corrected paper work, get it signed and get the bikes loaded. While on our way home I decided to look through all the paperwork that was provided and notice that the interest rate that we agreed on was not in fact honored but it was the 8.99% originally quoted. This rate would add 2500.00 to the term of our loan and this was not what we agreed on or budgeted for. I phone Krista in finance and told her of the mistake. She advised that our credit came back with that rate and there was nothing more she could do. She would phone yamaha and find out if they could help. I never heard back from her. I had to phone her to be told the deal is already done and nothing more can be done. She advised me to phone yamaha myself. This is where I am very upset. Not only should this change of interest rate been discussed before we even left our home 2.5 hrs away from the dealer. This definitely should have been discussed before we signed the paperwork. I told them I wanted that rate and I would change the credit application if need be to get it. Now I am being told that just to bad the deal is already done and nothing more can be done. This is extremely poor customer service and something needs to be done to correct this. Someone dropped tha ball and needs to take responsibility for this misinformation. I would appreciate someone getting back to me on this asap. Signed, A very unhappy customer!!!!!!!

Tyson Woods

I had a purchase set up on a Friday, advising that we would close the deal on Tuesday after a holiday long weekend. When I called on Tuesday morning to finalize they advised me that they sold the unit "last week". So I bought something elsewhere. Two days later they call me back that the unit isn't actually sold and hope I can buy it? Lack integrity.

cassie walsh

We're called 5 times in 2 days to inquire about parts. Put on hold 3/5 times. Spent a total over an hour waiting on hold. Left a messages twice with someone in sales for a call back which never came. I don't recommend this business at all!

"Be aware" Raylee motoplex worst dealership you ever could be involved with.. Bought a new Rmax 1000 4 seater from them in January, got it Home took it for the first drive after they did there PDI and installed there "Raylee off road vehicle inspection" and the roll cage almost fell off none of the bolts were tightened.. I called motoplex they apologized and gave me a free service for my troubles... couple months later took the machine up for my "free first service", got it back took it for a drive was working horrible, engine was smoking and transmission was noisy. Long story short engine was 1.5 liters over full and transmission was drained had no oil in it... Called the dealership they said to bring it back-up and they would check it out.. when I got there they brought out the mechanic that had worked on it he assured me that I didn't know how to properly check the engine oil and stated that he didn't touch the transmission. But the on the work order he had yamaha lube transmission oil charged? When I asked him about that he walked away.. They re-serviced the machine and said it was fine now.. 1 month later the engine goes in my new machine likely caused by the issue from the first service. Machine is at dealer for 1.5 months to get new motor.. Finally get it back service department says it passed all test and is working great.. get it home drive it 3kms and smoke starts fly out from clutches and barely get it home.. Called dealership and they say they will send someone for it.. in the mean time I hire a mechanic to come take it part and find the issue because you obviously can't trust the raylee motoplex service department. My mechanic disassembles the machine to get to the clutches., finds that the nut on the primary clutches wasn't tightened and the clutch fell off causing significant damage to the machine. NOW here i am with a $35,000 machine that is basically Destroyed buy Raylee motoplex .

Ordered a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 850 April 29th and only got my bike August 26th but was not there fault it was because of covid. I dealt with the salesperson Gerald and he was the very best he helped me with every question I had and if he didn't know he found out for me. I would deal with Rallye again based on the way I was treated by the staff there thanks Gerald for the great experience.

Nancy Cromwell

We went in to look at a 4 wheeler and met Jason Cook. Since we wanted to trade our car we weren't hopeful. Since they had to bring in employees from another dealer to close the deal, it could have been very complicated. We were treated fairly. Win win for everyone. Two hours later all the transactions were done.

Bought two Yamaha bikes for my Grandsons for Christmas TT110E & TT50E from Bree very good experience. & the man from that did paper work excellent. They were loaded for me at different trips on arriving home i only had Tool kit for one bike. Called & was told TT50E doesn't get one called Yamaha canada was told every motor bike comes with them. So were is mine. Also paid for PDi & small bike never used will only run with choke on & sputters. I delivered bikes to grandsons in PEI before trying. So what now ?

JerryCanada

Bought 3 vehicles there and was going to buy a 4th. It's now under new ownership and they lost a lot of their great employees if not all of them. Will not recomend them.

Last week I had decided I wanted to purchase/order a new Ducati panigale. I live very close to the Moncton/Dieppe area so I rode my motorcycle to the Atlantic motoplex to see what they had in stock. After arriving I proceeded to stand in the Ducati area with the full intentions on purchasing a new motorcycle. I stood in the same spot looking at two bikes for roughly 5 minutes. There was two salespeople several feet behind me at their kiosk/stand. They had been joking with one another the entire time I had been standing there without saying so much as hello. I decided to walk around and return several minutes later. After returning, the two same salespeople were still there and I thought, great they'll see I've returned and start a conversation with me or at least say hello. I proceeded to stand in the exact same spot as I had the first time without even being acknowledged again for several more minutes. I left shortly thereafter disappointed. I was hoping to get the ball rolling before returning to work across the country for several weeks. Not the first time I've had similar treatment here.

Chris

I am looking for a used motorcycle as I am a new rider. I wanted to buy something between $5000 and $5500 out the door. I told them what I wanted but have never heard from them even though I've contacted several people there. Got a text from some Pierre fellow today about saving me even more cash. Something to do with astronaut day. Texted him as well. He called me and said "Quite frankly I can't help you." Now I've seen motorcycles on their website for around 3800 - 3900. But no one ever discussed them with me. So it seems they aren't interested in new riders just people who want to spend money on new bikes. So... Quite frankly Pierre... I'll look into other dealers. Maybe one of them might want to invest their time and effort into a new rider and a new customer who will indeed be buying new once I get into this sport. I read another review of a customer with the same issue. He also mentioned administration fees and PDI. It is outrageous how these big companies want us to pay for their employees to do their jobs. It should come out of their pockets since its their job.

Robert G

I've always been happy with the service I get when ordering parts and accessories. My only complaint is the hours. Very hard for a full time worker to get in as its only open basically bank hours.

Rene Clavet

I bought a Ducati Desert Sled by phone and dealt with Chloe Cormier. Chloe was very easy to deal with, answered all my questions and took care of everything flawlessly. Thanks.

Jean-François Dupéré

Recently traded in my motorcycle for a new V-Strom. Received a reasonable price on the new motorcycle and they had the color and year I wanted in stock. The good ends there.... Unfortunately the staff did not seem very knowledgeable on the manufacturer's rebate offers. When I asked about it, rather than offer the motorcycle that qualified, they continued to try to sell me a different year model. After finally having to sort everything out myself and purchased the right bike, they did not even bother to put in a new battery after saying they were having issues starting with it. So, now I have to hope this one does not fail early. Finally, the process for purchasing was very slow and I asked about getting the first service free but all I got for an answer is no and we can't do that. All in all, good products but very poor service.

John Dref

Been their 3 times , looking for my first ATV , we wanted his and her machines, the kids are gone and it's our time now.... We liked the Polaris as I read the reviews and we think it's a nice unit,,,,It's shocking to see such a beautiful bright building and they have very limited to no staff working their..It's like a ghost town with tumble wheats blowing by.. Lots of great inventory but no qualified staff and the few people who are their make you feel like we're bothering them and know very little on the products they are selling.. Nobody ever approached us, we always had to go looking for someone to talk to us...Our 3 visits to the facility the salesperson we spoke to wasn't working their anymore, which is sad as it's nice to deal with somebody who will be their when you go back again for service.... Friendly suggestion would be to hire some experienced staff who want to sell, will make a difference on your bottom line...Ended up with two Hondas as we had purchased a new snow blower from them and dealt with the salesman who sold us our blower and he's been year for 15 years... Cheers, John & Doris Dieppe

Used to love this dealership when it was Atlantic Motoplex, Now they tell you want you want to hear to sell you a bike and don't follow through with anything afterwards. Buyer beware.

Joanne Touchie

Excellent service from Paollo as usual! He goes above and beyond with ensuring his customers are happy! Keep up the great work!

Rheal Guimond

They made my buying my first bike a breeze . Help me choose the bike that would be good for a first time rider . The layout of the store is very inviting and easy to shop . Staff is super friendly .

Thank you Rallye Motoplex.....1st time snowmobile owners, my husband & I needed all things in outer wear. We had No Clue on the whats, whys or hows of snowmobile gear, especially the helmets. Thanks to Karen and her team, we are suited up and ready to go. Honest, patient...(we had soooo many questions) fun and very knowledgeable. Love our FXR gear. As luck would have it, we also had the great pleasure of meeting the FXR rep. Awesome experience Ralley Motoplex. We will be back....

Great selection of Women's boots, although only 1 pair in my size b/c this time of year seems too early in all motorcycle places, which is perplexing. Excellent and non-pressure service.

Carole Vienneau

Great store and great service thank you Chloe !!!

Went to purchase a used motorcycle, my interaction with the sale rep. Dinh was very good. He was very helpful even followed up after the sale and through the delivery process. I would give him 5*. The overall 4* was for the hidden admin cost of $400 that I was told nothing could be done about it. Bikes have profit in them and to add $400 as an admin cost seems a little much and seems like a money grab. I know they have admin to do when they sell vehicles but to charge customers extra isn't right.

Booked an appointment in April; had to wait 3 weeks because of a backlog due to Covid. They didn't book the appointment or order my battery as I was told they would. Now I am told I have to wait until June. I could have ordered the battery myself and it would be done by now. Update. Took it to servicing and they were understandind and accommodating. I appreciate them doing their best during these interesting times.

Fantastic service and staff. Fast purchase, great deal on my bike and all riding apparel. Got exactly what I wanted and was smiling ear to ear to be on a bike again for the first time in 17 years! Cannot thank them enough!

Bought a new 2018 R3 from Bre, yesterday September 20. He was very helpful and Leah was great in getting all the paperwork in order. I enjoyed driving the bike home to Stewiacke. This was my first new bike since 1968. Guess I can't wait another 50.

I recently brought my Ducati in for service. Darrin at the Service Dept. had me in and out before the promised time. And the bill was cheaper than i expected. Darrin was a complete joy to deal with. Thank you ????

Well, I had a bad experience with BMW Canada and I decided to trade in my S1000RR. I went there and got a decent price and was able to get the bike that I wanted without any problem. This is the second time that I go buy there. It is not always perfect like anything else but if you speak with the right person everything is possible. Thanks Bre

Let me first begin by saying that Chloe was great and super helpful. I saw advertised on their website a used RZR. I enquired about it and made a deal for it over the phone on Tuesday, went through arranging financing, and if all went well on the test drive Saturday we would sign the paperwork and have it delivered. We were told it would be 100% ready to Friday night. Sent a message Saturday morning we were on our way. Got a message 1 1/2 hours into the 2 hour drive that it needed a battery that didn't arrive on Friday. Figured no problem, keep going, we'll boost it for thee test drive and pop the battery in before it gets delivered. Well, I guess needs a battery means torn apart in the shop for much more than that. We were taken out to the back shop, the RZR was a mess, the clutch was on the floor, and obviously couldn't even start it to hear it run. Last minute we decided to look at another RZR across town. It was 2 years older, but was able to finance it at 3٪ LESS interest, got a 3 year warranty, and we're picking it up this Saturday. Their finance person told us that because it was a 2016, they could only get 8.9% interest (our credit scores are excellent by the way). I talked to other dealers and they use that lender as a last resort because their interest and terms are the worst, but the dealership commission was great - obviously not looking out for the customer here. So, even though Chloe was great, her finance and service departments totally blew the sale for her. We weren't even looking elsewhere and now we're glad we did. If I was a service department manager, I would have made damn sure that unit was ready for my customer's arrival - especially since it was essentially sold and we wouldn't have looked elsewhere if we could have test driven it. We only found the other unit in a quick Google search while we were discussing this one in our car in the parking lot.

I drove from fredericton to rallye motoplex on my bike for a 9:00am appointment to have my control buttons and my rear tires replaced, I was told it would be around 1 hours, i waiting for 3 full hours, and they didn't even have all the parts I needed, no one came to talk to me about what was taking so long or anything. Now I need to make another round trip back to moncton to have the remaining parts put on all because no one called to tell me they didn't have the parts....

Boyd Ross

I've had experience here with all four of the big departments (sales, service, parts, apparel). Apparel and parts are great: quality stuff, helpful employees, a bit pricey but I expect that here. Service gets an overwhelming "meh": they didn't impress me in terms of customer service, but they did a good job in terms of workmanship. The sales associates, though...that's another story. They seem to treat the customers as people to be ignored, or maybe like a game to see how much they can piss you off before you leave. I have since bought a bike from a place in Halifax...was well worth the trip to get something resembling "customer service".

Decided to stop in to Rallye Motoplex to kick some tires as my son had outgrown his TRX 90 ATV. One unit (RZR Trail 570) caught my eye and salesperson Chloe Cormier showed me all the features of this fun-sized SxS. It was exactly what I was looking for! Purchase experience was surprisingly quick and easy... with delivery date was over two weeks ahead of what I was told at time of order. In the mean time I researched accessories online (amazon/ebay/etc). Went to dealership to compare their pricing and it was actually better than what I could get if I ordered online... without the risk of parts not fitting! Great overall experience and I would highly recommend Rallye Motoplex. Next big planned purchase is a boat and I will be reaching out to Chloe when that time comes. FIVE STAR.

Emily Richard

Very bad customer service. 3 emails and numerous calls later... Still waiting to hear back or ever get someone to answer simple questions. Save your time, and go somewhere, anywhere else ????

Barbie Locke

Recently made a large purchase there and don't plan to shop there ever again. Was charged $360 for something that I was told HAD to be done or warranty wouldn't be activated and that the first service was free. Turns out this was totally incorrect and I've called 2 times to fix the situation and both times was told they would call back in a few hours. It's now 12 days and i'm still waiting for the call back. They also made 2 errors on my paperwork which required me multiple trips to Access PEI. Thinking I was getting a deal which turned out costing me more. UPDATE: Since this time 6 months ago I had made two more calls and again was told someone would call back to make it right. I'm still waiting for that to happen... Update: They finally made things right

Allan Schriver

Had a great experience, everything went well. Almost a 8 week wait but with covid everyone is in the same boat. Thanks Gerald

Brian Campbell

I had a schedule service appt and waited 2 hours before my bike even entered the service bay. Not impressed.????
