My one complaint about this place is that they don't really take appointments - you drop your vehicle off in the morning and they'll get to it when they get to it. But as far as the quality of the work and fairness of their assessments, they're the best auto shop in the city as far as I'm concerned.

I don't know if others were treated differently by different staff, but my experience was horrible. I was told to come at 2:30 and upon my arrival i was told it will be a bit of wait. I waited till 3:30 and left since no one told me any ETA or even acknowledged my presence. Also when i booked for appointment i wasn't even asked for a name and number which seemed odd. The person who was working at that time was "Jeff". The experience was a total time waste and rude on their part. Definitely will go else where.

Extremely unsatisfied. Waited many days for an appointment. Walked in greeted by a long face and no verbal greeting. They said I couldn't wait for the vehicle to be repaired. I can't watch them work on it. I know whats wrong and they claim it will take hours to do a 5-10 minute job. I got a feeling of distrust and felt they were greedy so I grabbed my keys from over the counter and ran away. This place is great for people who like to get ripped off and know nothing about vehicles. They treated me so badly.

Really enjoyed the service. My car is used and obviously has issues, but I'm really glad I took it to them, they found what was wrong, and replaced the part (only took about half hour to arrive) when most places I have to wait at least a day and charge more for certain parts. I was really happy with the outcome and the guys there are really nice and informative.

NAPA Mills Auto Service (Fredericton) personnel were very knowledgeable, understood my car's needs and only completed the repairs I requested with efficiency and expertise. The costs associated were only the expected amounts previously agreed upon. The mechanics (2) and the Owner were accommodating and competent in the work done. I also ended up purchasing tires and undercoating after the initial work was completed, and the service was exceptional. Friendly, direct in what needs to be done and for no charge they looked at other areas of the underbody that ended up in good shape but they took the time to check for me. A pleasant atmosphere to have your vehicle taken care of, along with expert staff in mechanics that are a breath of fresh air to do business with! No pressure, no upselling, just the facts of what's required and well explained. This will always be my "go-to" service shop for all my vehicle's needs! BIG thanks to the Owner and all Staff! Well done everyone!

I developed a nasty oil leak quite suddenly and this was the closest garage to me so I went over immediately. Even though they were incredibly busy they opened up a bay for me and had my car up in less than 10 minutes. They found the problem and fixed it in less than half an hour total including wait time. Turns out the problem stemmed from my normal mechanic messing up! They were super helpful and the bill was way less than expected. Really great people to deal with and very knowledgeable. I'll be back for sure and will recommend them moving forward!

While en route to Fredericton from Toronto, the rotors on our Mercedes GLK warped (heavy breaking). I called on Monday, had the car serviced and ready for the road Tuesday by 10:30am. Parts were proactively ordered the day before. Nothing could have been done any better.

This place is good. Fast. But depends on the service you wanna get. My story is: I called them on Friday and the person who got my appointment told me to come at 9.00 am on Monday. But I showed up there at 8.30 am. So I could get in the line and get my car inspected. Good staff. Friendly. Got my work done fast.

It's that time of year to get inspection and any needed repairs. I turned to one of the best service centers I have had the good fortune to deal with. The staff are always friendly, be sure to say hi to the man who started this amazing shop and his son they are interested in meeting their customers needs from time constraints to ensuring accurate estimates. I sent my son in to get an exhaust fixed replaced back to front those potholes did a real number on the whole assembly but Mills got the job done and discovered a few other issues that needed to be repaired. they don't just tell you but take the time to show you and make suitable arrangements to get the work done. Thanks Mills Auto Pro for making this a good and painless as possible experience. Should you need work done right and on time with the best quality of parts and workmanship I encourage you to drop in to Mills and ask them to take a look. You won't be disappointed not from my experience.

I am over the moon that my Dodge Charger front end problems have finally been solved. After more than a year of attempts, I decided to take my car to Mills Auto. Immediately I felt comfortable and that I could trust this team. I am a female with limited knowledge of mechanics but I have enough experience trying to fix this car that I knew they were being honest and very fair about prices. I love my 9 year old car and now it drives like it was new. To the mechanic(s) that hunted down and fixed my car's problems, thank you for your dedication to your work. It is so appreciated.
