I got an alignment here and they did an absolutely horrible job. I had to take it back in for another alignment right after since it was going slightly right. I paid 180 for them to scam me. Even after the 2 alignments it still was going right a lot and the steering wheel wasn't straight. I took it elsewhere and they said my right tie rod was almost off. I would strongly recommend to not go here. Go instead to bettles steering and automotive. They treat you fair and I only paid 74.69 for a full alignment. Go to bettles steering and automotive. They treat you fair and will let you know if anything is wrong

Ok this will be long. Denica was absolutely amazing (hope name is right OMG). My family came to St John and our truck had a problem with camber and wore a wheel right through the belting! We were screwed. I called and explained what I needed and that i was there for the week. She hooked me up with an amazing deal on a set or rear tires and also figured out how to fix my camber properly on a Flex. She dropped me off where we were working and then picked me up after the repair. I figured they could hose me huge because i am on the road and i cant say no. It was the opposite! She had emapathy and compassion and got me the lowest possible cost on tires and saved me a load of money. They thought I needed a few parts, ordered them, then figured out how to fix it without using the parts and still gave me a break! Any travellers: this shop is legit and will not take advantage. This amazing person and this company help my butt out! Also worked on my s heduled times and were extremely clean. I cant think of 1 negative thing at all. I highly recommend and have already spread the word! Top Shelf service. A++. Amazing. Wish you guys were in my town.
