I filled out the "Get a Quote" form on the website and didn't hear back from anyone. After a few days I tried emailing the four sales people directly that were displayed on the website. I asked two specific questions; the price of the vehicle and financing options. Two days later, one salesperson wrote back with an answer to the second question but not the first. I followed up and asked again but didn't hear back. I wanted to know how much the vehicle was. I called the shop and spoke with someone who took my name and number and said that a sales rep would call me right back after they were done with a customer. I made 6 attempts in as many days to find out the price of a vehicle that I was interested in buying and didn't hear anything back from the sales staff. I took my business elsewhere. They responded to me within 2 hours (after hours, I might add). The next morning I bought the vehicle. If MacLean Sports had shown any interest in customer service, I'd have bought the same vehicle from them. But alas.

Bought a DR650 from them last week, was very pleased at how fast the service was and how nice the staff was. Would recommend this place as one of the better motorsports locations in the fredericton area! I dealt with Jamie who was pretty awesome to deal with????

Salesman: Calton Shurtleff was amazing to meet and deal with! Honest, and to the point. Super fast to answer messages, and very easy to talk with. I felt no pressure from him at all. MacLeans: Great prices, and selection. Can get you whatever you're looking for quickly. We've always had great experiences in their service department as well -- were always treated fairly. Definitely will be back.

Every time I have ordered parts here they have ether gotten me the wrong part which I then have to re-order and hope they get it right or like now given me the round about saying, it will be in next week but this week now marks the 9th week almost 10th that I've been waiting for one part. So if you need a part I would advise trying some where else. Their other services may be good though I don't know so I leave a two star.

This is my second Yamaha side by side I've purchased from MacLean Sports. Nothing but positive things to say about them. Service/parts department were great when ordering accessories . Salesman Bobby Doiron was awesome to deal with. He did the logistics of selling my 2017 wolverine and was excellent to deal with in purchasing my new 2021 Yamaha Viking Special edition. We purchased a Suzuki 750 King Quad from Maclean Sports and were very pleased with the service we got. From start to finish they were there to answer any of our questions and provided excellent guidance through the whole experience. At pick up they had their service department go over any important break in points and explained the process. I would definitely recommend Maclean Sports to anyone looking for a new ATV or Side by Side.

Parts counter is my usual stop. Guys there are great. Had some problems with previous times about 10 years ago but it's definitely changed for the better. Used to cringe before going over but now I don't mind at all. Their new text when parts come in is very nice addition as well! Good job MacLeans!!

I'd speak about the service, if there was any. Every time my husband and I come here to buy something, we stand around waiting for someone to help while a bunch of workers sit around and chat. We were willing to spend good money, but if no one is willing to offer any help, we'll gladly spend it somewhere else.

I took my bike there in 2009 for an oil change and they dropped my bike right in front of me. Service manager told me it was my fault that I didn't tell the kid moving it that it's a heavy machine. Took all summer for them to fix it. They never did come clean about the dent in the muffler. I wouldn't give these guys a nickle of my money. If you love your bike don't take it to these guys.

JUST TRY to get someone to pick up the phone in the parts department here...just give it a try. As for as the response from these people, I HAVE TRIED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I DID get through a few MONTHS ago looking for an outboard part that SIERRA INTERNATIONAL makes as an AFTERMARKET part, I have their catalogue, and was told to CALL PHIL'S RECREATION.NOT MUCH WONDER this place looks like it was BOARDED up during the great depression and never opened again...it REALLY looks like it is busy....NOT A CAR IN THERE EVER and NOT MUCH WONDER.

We were very happy with our sales rep Matt Roy. Buying our first ATV seemed abit overwhelming. Matt walked us through our different options. Pros and cons to each. We settled on a slightly used 2020 Yamaha Grizzly 700 SE. Beautiful bike with all the extras we were looking for. Even though financing proved to be a bit arduous, Matt was persistent and patient and made it work. Looking forward to many hours of fun on our new toy.

Here is my purchased experience with MacLean Sports in Fredericton. I had to wait several weeks for my side by side after experiencing delays due to Covid, which was to be expected. I'm not sure if all delays are from Yamaha directly but in the end I finally received my unit. We had lots of talking about issues along the process. After weeks of waiting, a specific issue had to be taken to upper management to get straighten out. It was solved the same day late in the afternoon so thumbs up to Jen for this. In the end, they are hard working and want to get things right even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. They have a nice shop and parts and service department people are welcoming. Check them out!

I purchased a new ATV at another local dealer 3 weeks ago and discovered the bike was just to small for what I needed.I could not exchange there due to no bikes in size I was looking for.I emailed several dealers and either they could or would not help.It became very stressful.Took a chance and went to Macleans and after meeting with Mat Roy I new I had come to the right place.He resolved all my issues and that same day I had the bike I needed.Mat and all the staff there are very down to earth and extremely helpful. Not only would I recommend them but can honestly say what started out as a bad situation had a wonderful outcome.I certainly recommend them. The owner (forgot her name) was a huge help in resolving issue as well. A great bunch of hard working people giving great service.

I went there today to buy a side by side. The salesman was very friendly and was answering all our questions. He took the time to ahow us different machine that he had on the lot. Off course the one that i wanted wasn't in stock but that is the same at all dealership, i know because i called 3 dealership before choosing Maclean sports. Right now it take almost 6 month to get a side by side but that can change if others doesn't buy what they have reserved. Again that's out of their control. So far It was a good experience.

They are just plain rotten for service! We took our suzuki in for a recall earlier this year and we had to remove parts last week for winter. Upon inspection they never even installed the recall! What kind of company does that? To top it off we had to get new bearings in a rim and the mecanic didnt even install it properly he had it to far pushed in on one and sticking out on the other .. his words its normal. If you need to bring your bike for service go elsewhere they clearly dont value their customers. You go in and stand around as no one will talk to you they just hang out behind their counters.

I tried to edit my last post to give an update. But I do not know how. Any way it took me a week or more after the 22 days to get my plate. And of course they had the wrong address on the registration. So I informed Macleans of this issue, (actually several times). Now, the letter for my first service on the sled came in and once again it has the wrong address. Luckly the previous occupants forwarded it on. It looks to me its all about selling and nothing about looking out for the customer. Buyer Beware
