We did a lot of pricing around for our tires since we recently bought our first car. We looked around at A LOT of places and Hunter Lake had the best prices by far. They are very difficult to get in to to actually get your tires put on and I would recommend buying the tires from them and getting them put on somewhere else if time is at a premium (and whose isn't?). They are also knowledgable and talked us through our options

The staffs are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Many customer seems to come back time after time. There are tons of tires to choose from, and the retreads I am running get good guarantee and acceptable quality so far. One thing that prevents this place from 5 stars is the far far away location and the lengthy time required to get anything done apart from buying tires. I heard they order tires too so that is good if you want to get something specific.

If you want to waste your time and money go to hunter lake tire. Called at 1:00 pm and explained that I was off work at 4:00, they stated they close at 6:00 and if I made it by 5:00 I would be alright to have tires changed. After work I drove to hunter lake and arrived at 445. They stated it is first come first serve and they are full. I tried to explain that i called and drove 45 minutes but they did not care or make any accommodations to fit me in that evening. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.

They have the best prices on tires here, the best deal I've found. The only drawbacks are they don't take appointments so it's first come, first serve so it can be a long wait at times and they are also quite far out of the way so depending on where you live it's almost definitely not close. Even with the drive they are worth it for new tires, best price and service.

Sold me tires that lasted only 3 months. He tried to blame me for everything he could think of. The problem was him selling me the wrong tires for my vehicle. He would not do a thing for me so I went to his supplier and they refunded my money knowing he was in the wrong. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS GUY!!!

If you expect your clients to wait for HOURS in the winter to have their tires put on, it would be fantastic if you had an INDOOR washroom instead of an unheated Porta-John around back. Also - Wifi...come on...you obviously have it, you REALLY can't offer up the password so your clients can use their mobile devices while waiting HOURS? (Considering you are well aware that your waiting room is in a dead-zone, so data is useless, wifi would be great.) Other than that...good prices, decent service.
