I have been going here for over 20 yrs. They still have that small garage feel, service is very personal, and they have one of the best clothing selections in Atlantic Canada for Motorcycle gear. On that note, Korine is EXCELLENT at finding you the right gear for whatever your clothing requirements are. I couldn't be happier with all the work she did to get us into the right riding gear. Kevin and the boys know their stuff! Called to make an appointment for their nicely priced Spring Checkup Package (recommended!) and asked for extra service on my chain. They call you when anything comes up to run it by you first before proceeding with extra service or req parts. Your bike is usually done the same day in a timely manner unless something needs ordered or it's a bigger job. If it's a safety thing like brakes they'll test it out first hand infront of you. For ppl who work Mon-Fri, call to book then ask your boss or get someone to drop it off for you or go in before 1 on a Saturday. Parts will find mostly anything OEM on your bike or even after market. Tons of options and different dealer only catalogs. I've seen my buddies bike go from totalled to looking better than new and all parts were ordered right infront of him! Never bought a new bike upstairs I always go for broken in bikes but they've got the hottest new thing whenever I walk around there. Good sized parking lot and parts/maintenance is right there so is the bike drop off/pickup spot. Descent selection of clothing and if they don't have what you want it'll be cheaper than ordering it yourself, plus again dealer only catalogs so better selection of clothing than browsing what's left on Fortnine. By the way you don't have to have a Kawasaki to go there, I've seen all makes go in.

Placed an online order, I guess their systems aren't integrated well for online ordering because after receiving a phone call saying my part was ready for pick up, the staff couldn't actuallt find my order, and told me there was nothing under my name. It took some calling back and forth and waiting around about 20 minutes until they located it. Happy they found it- but internet orders may need to be integrated into systems better.

NOT open weekends????? best service and prices in town but im only off on weekends, i went today to get some parts for my bike and look at new bikes for my wife but they were closed. they are only open for 4 hours on Saturday! this is extremely inconvenient. A friend wanted to buy a bike and had the same problem, he ended up buying somewhere else, you will loose a lot of business to the competition like this.

Do not support this business who encourages bullying in the workplace. I will never buy from this dealership. Go to Rallye Motoplex down the road. Toys for big boys seem to only want to serve you if you look like a walking bank roll, same as the Yamaha dealer. You could walk into this place after working in the woods all day wearing the same clothes and get awesome service and respect and spending a lot less money on the same parts.

Actually walked in there for a pair of boots for my daughter after being referred by a friend. I was impressed with the amount of inventory they have. Should have been obvious they would have warm clothes and boots for our tough winters but the choice was almost overwhelming. Fortunately, the staff was really helpful and helped with the decision. Tuesday of last week I phoned and asked if I could purchase a new rear tire and make an appointment for a rear tire change on my 2004 Honda ST1300A. They gave me a spot on that Friday. I brought the bike in on Thursday evening at 19:00hrs (they are open until 20:00hrs on Thursdays) at which time I asked if they could also do an oil and filter change at the same time. No problem. I received a phone call at 15:00 on Friday informing me that the bike was ready and that I could pick it up anytime before 17:30hrs. Bottom line is I was treated to excellent, efficient service at a dealer that doesn't even carry the Honda product. In fact, the service was better and $160.04 less expensive (parts and labour) for the same oil, same filter and same tire change that I had done 5 months earlier at the local retailer that does have the Honda line where the bike was purchased.
