I'm looking to purchase a new vehicle (SUV type) within the next 6 to 12 months and had stopped in the get some preliminary information and feel for what Subaru has to offer. Upon walking in to showroom we (partner and i) were greeted by Jeff and offered a coffee (Starbucks at that!) or hot chocolate. btw a actual brewed coffee, watched the machine grind the beans myself. We explained to Jeff our timeline and what we were looking at in Subarus vehicle lineup, Outback or Forester. Jeff confidently answered all the questions we had and very efficiently provided us with some guidance and initial pricing/financing highlighting key items/variables. My wife believe that Subarus were out of our price range but the models we looked at were very affordable for us. There was no pressure and Subaru provided a very comfortable atmosphere. We ended up test driving a 2019 Forrester sport model and well what a treat to drive, sells itself. In summary the professionalism and expertise we recieved from Jeff at Subaru was excellent and has placed Subaru at the top of our list. We look forward to visiting again when we were are closer to our purchase timeline.

Had a problem, went there for repaired. They were not able to fix the problem. They provided a rapport saying so and suggested contacting Subaru Canada because the car is still half under warranty. Did that, Subaru Canada said to contact the dealer, said they told me to contact you. Subaru Canada investigated and contacted Fox Subaru which straight up said to them that the problem had been fixed, which is not the case, they haven't fixed anything. Would not trusted this dealer and unfortunately in the brand too in the process.

Amazing service! I'm not from Fredericton, but was there for work. My oil light came on just before heading back home and so I wanted to address it. I had some oil, but it was so windy and cold I couldn't open the oil cap and the hood of my car almost crushed me, and I was slipping on the ice in the parking lot of the shopping area. So I headed over to Fox Subaru and explained my situation and what I was trying to do. Within 15 minutes I had oil in my vehicle and I was underway. Above and beyond service! Thank you thank you thank you Fox Subaru!

Felt unwanted. Car salesman was very snappy, and didn't help us find the car we were looking for. Very low inventory of vehicles. Only vehicles in stock are 2016 models which can be very inconvenient for someone that is buying used.

Awful dealership. Completely ignore you if you're young. Have been there several times with my spouse, they see us, ignore us and walk away. No "hello", no " how can I help you today?". Nothing. Direct eye contact, then the sales people walk away. Little do they know my spouse and mine's combined income is probably 5 times more than they make. Completely appalling. It's a shame they choose to be discriminative because someone would have walked away with a healthy sale, but now we will NEVER buy from there.

Staff seemed uninterested in even having a conversation, seemed like they just wanted to go home and could care less about making a sale. Never seen this in any dealership, was ready to buy but the sour taste and lack of caring made me wonder how service would be if sales is like this. I had to prompt all questions from the sales person, which seemed backwards. Fredericton Mitsubishi thank you for setting a higher standard. Truly hope they change this as it was not a pleasant experience by any means.

I recently investigated Fox Subaru as I was not familiar with the models. Salesperson Cain Yao did a fantastic job in introducing all the vehicles with no pressure for a sale but rather an informing attitude along with the assurance that he could get us the vehicle that we wanted for comfort and affordability. He found the way to make it happen quickly and easily! His suggestions were taken into our final decision and we drove out 3 weeks later totally satisfied. The orientation to the vehicle was in itself of note; something I had never received in such great detail before in any of my purchases! Drove my brand new 2019 Subaru Ascent from Alabama up to New Brunswick and received a low tire pressure warning. We pulled into this dealership to help and they were about as far from helpful as they could be. Ended up driving to Costco for assistance and they were so helpful that I ended up buying a Costco membership. I would not recommend this Subaru dealership.

One star only because zero is not an option. Got a recall "repair" completed and have had issues ever since. Recently the electrical problem has gotten worse and I called to see if they could do anything but I was told "It's tire season" and that they couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. So selling tires is more of a priority than a safety concern. Nevermind the fact that when I had the "repair" completed I just barely got on the highway before may car went into limp mode because it was installed incorrectly the first time. Absolutely awful service. Would not go there or buy another Subaru, ever.
