Riding from NYC and passing through St. John, New Brunswick caught a nasty nail through the sidewall of my motorcycle tire. Thought my ride was definitly on pause for at least a day. Called these guys they got me back on the road in 2 hours with a new tire and absolutely reasonable great service. Did not come in with a Harley and was treated just fine. Would recommend to any travelers in St. John having motorcycle issues or just to check out the plethora of gear they have. Nice unpretentious, welcoming staff. Looked to me like the Canadian Police were getting their bike serviced there so seems like a good sign to me.

I stopped in there with my bike over a week ago. I was looking to trade my bike for a new Goldwing tour and wanted to see what they would offer. They took pics of my bike and all my info. They have yet to call me back. My friend also was trying to buy some Harley gear. He stood at the cash and waited for service that never came. it's not that he was not seen standing there but was basically ignored while the cashier was chatting to other workers down back. Not impressed at all.

Rating based off my boyfriend. I was sitting in the car with our doggie. He said they were very friendly and helped him get the oil and spark plugs we needed for our 3 wheeler. He also ordered a part, long wait until the end of June but they explained to him that a lot of people have been ordering 3 wheeler parts, a lot more than 4 wheelers so the wait is a little longer. Excellent service

I went to the open house out of curiosity and had a chance to try out something called a “jumpstart bike,” basically a stationary, fully functioning motorcycle! Staff was very helpful and encouraging and before long I was flipping through gears and really thinking I could do this for real. Service was great (I got the softest gloves), atmosphere was welcoming, and they had a large retail section with something for everyone! Worth checking out, and a great place to get information regardless of your knowledge or skill level.

A power-sports shop prepared for all seasons. You can clearly see the building from the highway, a little harder from the local roads but accessable. Sales associates where friendly and polite. I went for some Harley Davidson Swag.

Buyer beware! After travelling to purchase a bike from Eldridge's, we were given a written *On the road* quote, the next day when we called to confirm price before heading out to purchase the bike, we were once again assured the price we were given included everything, only to receive a call moments later saying their sales guy had misquoted us and there was nothing they could do. AFTER PUTTING A PRICE ON PAPER! They lost a deal over $400. Awful customer experience!

Flew out from Alberta and rented a Harley Ultra from Eldridges who had very reasonable rates. Right from initial contact the staff I delt with were very friendly and quite accomodating. Wade at Eldridges was there to meet me and hand over the key to a bike that was in top shape and ready to go for my 7 day trip. As we expected cold weather riding, my wife brought her heated jacket but discovered the bike wasnt wired for it. Wade immediately sent the bike to their shop and quickly installed the needed wiring making the trip much more pleasurable for her. If your wanting to ride the east coast and rent from a dealer in the area of St. John I strongly recommend Eldridges!

I’m a Saint John boy but I live in Ontario now. When I’m home I always make a point of going into Eldridge’s just to do some browsing but I always leave with something weather it’s a hat or shirt or hoodie, and I proudly wear it here in Ontario. The staff at Eldridge’s is very pleasant and not hard to find. Great place to shop for a bike, and apparel!
