Had to stop in to see about a recall on my car it was 4:40 pm I walked in he asked for the VIN number so he could check he said yes there's a recall for my key would maybe only be 10 min to fix he refused to do it cause he closed at 4:30 So why is there someone there for that I thought he had a 9 to 5 job that's just lazy

My powertrain warranty runs out this fall, I had my truck to my mechanic 2 days before going to CCGM, it needed an oil change and the rear end checked. My mechanic pointed out that the teeth in the rear end were getting sharp on the edges, usually an indication that it is getting ready to go. I made an appointment to see Charlotte County GMC and see if they would do anything. They said they could see nothing wrong.

Over the long weekend in August we were on a family vacation in St. George when my brother Lashley traveled to St. Andrews on the Sunday to do some shopping and his Cadillac started making a loud squeal in the rear tire. He had the car towed to Charlotte County Chev. Ken McCarty knowing that Lash wanted to get on the road home made sure the car was in first thing Tuesday and was ready to go by noon. These guys went above and beyond. The service was excellent and Lash would recommend this dealership for all your service needs.
