Emailed this dealer looking for a quote on a new Tacoma. Sales manager was pleasant and customer oriented even though I ended up not buying here.
Had a service appointment with these guys and was offered a free wheel balance and alignment which I accepted even though the car felt fine. Of course they found issues and wanted to charge about double the price you would pay anywhere else. In addition they also claimed to have found a bent strut which they would fix for free if I paid for the wheel balance and alignment. I was suspicious of this entire thing especially since the car had absolutely no vibration or alignment issues when I took it in. I took it to another mechanic who could not find any issues with the car at all. The whole thing felt shady from the start and turns out it was, don't trust these guys.
I have dealt with Acadia Toyota multiple times now. My girlfriend purchased a vehicle in Oct 2018. We were welcomed right away by the sales rep Serge, who has bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with everything, including driving to my girlfriends work and personally delivering the plates when they arrived. I myself purchoa vehicle shortly after in March 2019. Serge again went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I have had multiple issues with my car but that has nothing to do with Acadia Toyota. They looked into all of my service issues and have did their best do fix them. Both the sales and service departments have been very helpful and professional. Would definitely purchase more vehicles from them. The best car brand has the best car dealership to match.

#acadiantoyota kicked me out of the Bildung I was in erlie for a service alignment and mvi inspection this morning and I was waiting for my tacoma the first hour no problem everyone was very friendly I decided going for a walk till I see my tacoma was done Entering the building again there was a woman sitting now asking me questions about cov 19 and at the end she asked me if I left the province in the last 14days I said yes i am a essential driver i was even in the us She instantly told me to leave the building! And that I can't come inside anymore Even had to pay my bill outside She not even offered me a mask or so nop I got kicked out like I am a monster I am getting tested weekly and healthy as hell But this is a new level of casumer service But the mechanics are good And did a great job #toyota #toyotacanada

Convenient location for test driving a new or used car, and we all know about Toyota reliability in engineering.
We had an issues where our car wouldn't start. Thought it was a bad battery went to Canadian Tire and got a battery and the car started. Then two later the car wouldn't start again. We called Toyota for an appointment and paid for a tow. They looked over things, figured it was the battery again. We paid for another battery, took the car and two days later the car wouldn't start again. We called Toyota and this time they paid for the tow and our service charges were waived. Excellent service. We will always go to Toyota from here on out.

My husband and I just dropped in at Acadia Toyota after being loyal customers for over 20 years and received the worst customer service we've ever had there. Our lease was up on our Rav 4 and so we were bringing it back. The salesman my husband was speaking with was very unprofessional and rude. After my husband said to him, "I've never been treated this way as a loyal customer in 20 years and you expect me to buy or lease another car through Toyota?" And the salesman told him that there were other dealerships around." Very disappointed with service we received.

I just returned from a service appointment to change my oil. I have a couple of issues from this latest visit. First of all, when I arrived, to my concern I was advised that the oil change part of my maintenance program was not covered. I was advised that I had two free oil changes on a previous visit( 2 times earlier) as long as I had the last one before 80,000km. My mileage now is less than 80,000km. So I had arranged a maintenance review on the phone for this visit. When I arrived, the adviser tried to arrange a brake fluid flush. He advised me that a flush should have been done at 48000km and it was not on my file as being done. I did not agree to it until I checked previous invoices. To my dismay, the brake fluid flush was done at a previous service appointment(50,000km). This latest visit leaves a sour taste in my mouth about how you service your customers. I thought Toyota is trying to increase their return visits from cutomers.

As a father I took my 21 year old daughter out to help her buy her first car. They talked to my daughter the way I expect to be talked to, with knowledge and respect, listening to her needs. She told them what she wanted and they found the perfect vehicle, no extras pushed on her. As a recent graduated they suggested the Toyota graduate program and saved her $1000 she would likely have otherwise overlooked. Best of all, from walking through the door to test drive to driving her new car home we were there for less than three hours. . . my kind of car-buying experience.

I visited Acadia Toyota on April 13, 2018 for an unexpected repair and I only have great things to say about them. Travelling from Fredericton, I had just arrived in Moncton when I noticed a problem with my car, so I called Acadia Toyota in the hopes that they would help me. The Service Manager (sorry, I can’t remember his name) took the time to listen to my concerns and told me to drop by the next morning as he didn’t want me to drive back to Fredericton without having the problem fixed. They took my car into the shop as soon as I got there, and everything was done within half an hour. The friendly and knowledgeable staff (especially the Service Manager and Todd at Customer Service) made me feel right at home. THANK YOU!!! All this to say that I had an amazing experience at Acadia Toyota. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We have had several Toyota vehicles in our fleet over the years. The infamous Prius is one of our sales vehicles, it patrols the tri community and travels throughout the Maritimes every week. Its a reliable Vehicle, has excellent fuel millage, excellent service even when mirrors and window's get broken, the service professionals are very knowledgeable and professional and always handle the job promptly! From Sales to service an excellent customer service. We look forward to the day when we will have 4 Prius' in our fleet.
I was in for service this morning for one of my cars. I took the wrong part that needed to be put on the car. Toyota offered to drive me home to get it. It is the small things like this that keeps me going back to Toyota to purchase or for service whenever and wherever we are living at the time. I couldn't be happier with Toyota service.

Walked in to potentially look at a car and no sales agent could be bothered to get up from their desk to assist me. Walked around for a bit and left. 4 or 5 agents just sitting at their desks doing nothing.
Had a connection issue with my ABS, brought my car here to find and fix the problem. These guys charged me over $200 to tell me they had to strip my car open and charge me over $2000 to fix corroded wires in order to make it work again. Brought my car to a reputable local mechanic and they found the issue within a couple hours WITHOUT HAVING TO STRIP MY CAR OPEN. Simply changed a $100 bearing and my car is as good as new. Never go to Acadia Toyota for car repair, these guys are full of garbage. Side note: don't trust anyone who charges you $80 for an oil change. I should have known.

1 Star is still too much for this dealership. I recently bought a 2021 Tacoma from Acadia Toyota and the entire deal except for the last finance guy I dealt with was the worst experience I've ever had. They did not value my time or me as a customer. I was told many lies, they were never upfront with me about all associated costs and fees. I was also lied to about the parts I had ordered for my truck. One accessory I ordered wasn't even installed, it was in the glove box when I picked up the truck. I was pressured by the first finance guy and the salesman to come and pick up my deposit, this was because I had made complaints about how I was treated and last minute fees. I had spoken with the owner at about halfway through the deal and aired my complaints, it must have fallen on deaf ears because my experience didn't really improve. I was given a loaner for a few weeks, when I got in there was leftover Burger King garbage from the previous occupant, they obviously were not too concerned about covid, as the car was filthy. I had done a paper trade to save on taxes. My vehicle was paid off and then a week later a payment was taken out for my vehicle I had sold. It took Toyota over 3 weeks to pay me back and when they did they short changed me 10 dollars, using interest as an excuse. It's a small thing, but it was just the final slap in the face from these shady dealers. I do not recommend Acadia Toyota, I am done with them for the rest of my life. I will drive to Amherst or elsewhere if I need something, I wont even buy oil from Acadia. I will persuade everyone I know to avoid this place. My father is looking at getting a new Tacoma, it wont be from these guys. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.

Perfect experience from start to finish. The sales rep listened to my needs, let me test drive the owner's truck, and ordered me in the exact one I wanted instead of one they already had on their lot. The finance manager provided me a quick approval, which doesn't happen every day for self-employed individuals. The after sale service was the icing on the cake. Anytime my truck has to go in for a check up or oil change, they book it around my schedule, followed up by an email and a phone call reminder. My vehicle gets in when it's scheduled and worked on right away. What more can I expect from a 5-star dealership? Fantastic crew in both sales and service. Thank you!

We bought an used car 2 month ago and we had a really great experience. Kim Leblanc was very nice, helpful and never pressure us to buy (not like Rallye Motor.). We enjoyed buying this car like it should be. It's not something you do weekly and it should be fun. At the end we didn't have any bad surprise with the price or some hidden fees. And after 2 months the car is still working great! We had a good time in Toyota with Kim and everybody was very efficient.

I decided to go to Acadia toyota to get a new truck. They were offering 4 thousand plus I had 6000 for a down payment. My truck was in a head on and it was totalled. I was paying 6.9 % on my totalled truck. I paid off my loan and I had money to spare so I decided to go in and try for a 2018 tundra platinum. I thaught for sure I would get lower interest because I had payed down some debt and I had 6000 plus the 4000 the dealer was offering. I put my name and I went home to wait. She told me that she would put it through Cibc. She called me the next day and said that I got approved for a basic model tundra at 8% and 10 thousand down. I was boggled I didn’t know why it was like this as I know my credit was good. I took back my deposit and decided to look around for a Chevrolet as my previous truck was a 2015 Silverado. So I went to cyv Chevrolet in Woodstock nb. I was so unsure about getting lower than 6.9% because they said it would be 8 % with 10 thousand down. They called me 45 min after I gave them my information and said I was approved. I asked how much down and what is the percent interest. 0 % interest and 0 dollars down!!! They gave me 10 thousand off the msrp plus gave me weather techs for free. She did not even put it through Cibc bank I would have had a hard hit from them and I have not. She lied to my face and I feel betrayed. Be careful if you do business with Acadia Toyota.
We drove 3 hours round trip with our 8 month old son to test drive a vehicle that Acadia Toyota KNEW was being repaired and was not available. We made an appointment for 11:30am, showed up and were told our sales guy was out gassing up another vehicle. 20 minutes later, still waiting. Sales guy finally shows up and is the same guy who was sitting at a desk when we walked in. Guess he wasn't gassing up another vehicle. ????♂️ Test drove Car 1 & 2. We asked to test drive a newer model of the one we came to see (#3). They said it would be 20 minutes as the keys were in the other building. 20 minutes later, sales guy comes back and says it's being reconditioned and not available. Didn't offer any other models, but that he would take some photos and video and send it to us on Monday (this was Saturday) Two weeks later, we haven't heard anything from him. We'll purchase from somewhere local who actually treats a potential customer with respect. Will never consider Acadia Toyota again.
The staff and mechanics are so good that you'll actually want to go to this dealership and service centre. I had to unexpectedly stop at Acadia Toyota's service centre in June because of an engine alert while on an east coast road trip from Ontario. The staff were not only friendly and professional, but they had us in and out in an hour to make sure we could go back to simply enjoying our vacation. They made sure we clearly knew what the issue was, gave us repair options, helped us get safely on our way, and took the time to give our dogs a good head scratch. East coast hospitality at its best!

Purchased a used 2011 BMW for my son there on May 11th and before I even had the registration stickers for the plates, The engine started knocking two weeks after. I had it checked at BMW Dealer, was told that the rod bearings had rolled and copper filings from the said bearings were all over contaminating the engine oil signs of previous poor maintenance.(Basically the engine was on it's last leg) After having gone through their (rigourous) pre-owned certification before sale. Any mechanic should have noticed filings in the oil or even the filter as they supposedly changed the oil before putting it on the lot. After attempting to call them and try to make things right they just said sorry there is no warranty on the used vehicle you bought and you're on your own. With no chance of rebuilding this engine I'm left with having to put in another used engine at a cost of $7500 which is almost the cost paid for the vehicle in the first place. Beware of buying used vehicles from here as thing are not always as they seem. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer about this to see where it goes. I kinda wish I could give them no stars but one is the lowest setting to submit.

I was recently up from Quispamsis to look at a Honda Civic you had listed in your used car lot. I had previously spoken to James Maclean about the car and felt it warranted the trip up to see it. The car was just what I was looking for my son to drive ending grade 12. Unlike many sales people who try to fast talk you into a deal, James was primarily focussed on making sure it would meet my needs. He was professional and helped me in my decision process. I ended up buying the car and I was shocked to find out that James is new to sales and Toyota. He's a great salesman! I'm a life long Toyota owner and I've dealt with Toyota for over 30 years. James is as good as any salesperson I've worked with.
Just called 12:11 pm march 14th 2019. Long wait in a queue on the phone. I like my 2 Toyota vehicles however the girl on the phone needs to learn customer service. No appreciation for the long wait times, i explained some of the times don't work for me and as per my work schedule. Even when booking the times and we agreed upon a time she said "of course it doesnt work" now all of a sudden the spot is not there she tells me. I explained to her that I cant leave my work to pick up my car as i work in a call centre. She did not try to work with the situation. At the end of the call i told her i guess i will have to take my business somewhere else, she replied thank you! No explanation, no empathy or sympathy. Oh my this is the doorstep of acadiya toyota, you are the company. She was happy the call was over. We NOW have 2 vehicles and this will be the second time we have to get them serviced somewhere else. The overall feel for the call was not got, she came across as she did not like her job, want to do it, or want to help, she just wanted to get of me on the phone. I am very unhappy, i usually tell my colleagues, friends and about the dealrship provides great service. Now my opinion is beginning to change.
If you're looking to purchase a vehicle at full windshield price, this is your place! Absolutely no bargaining skills by staff or management. Paid a visit with full intentions to purchase a truck in the lot. Went for a test drive, had cash in hand and when the numbers game came up, I was offered it at full price. They dropped it $100 and stood by their offer. Instead of selling to a future customer they told me it will be going to auction next day. How absolutely disgraceful. I shook their hand and apologized for wasting everyone's time. Thanks Todd, enjoy your over crowed lot.

Purchased a Camry this weekend and the entire experience with the staff was beyond amazing! We’ve purchased from many dealers here in Moncton and have literally walked away from cars we loved when we felt pressured by the sales people. Acadia Toyota listened to what we were looking for, treated us with respect and went above and beyond at every opportunity. Special credit goes to Zaid, Myles and Ryan!! Became stranded in my 2017 highlander while travelling with my wife and two young children in Moncton. Called the Toyota roadside assistance who were able to get me the number for Acadia Toyota. Really poor timing for a relatively new Toyota to not work; I was travelling out of town, the weather was terrible, and they were about to close for the weekend. After describing in detail what was happening, the tech said “sorry, it’s impossible to tell what’s wrong with it until I get a look at it and we close in 10 minutes.” The only advice, which was actually helpful was to “try Canadian tire”.... a 5 min conversation later, having given him an identical description, I was given some advice and was able to get the vehicle running and home. I’m disappointed in my vehicle, I’m disappointed how little Toyota roadside assistance can do, and disappointed that the advice I needed had to come from Canadian tire. But hats off to the nice fella from Canadian tire that took 5 minutes from his day to help me out when toyota wouldn’t...
Best experience buying a car hands down. My partner and myself bought a used vehicle from Josiane Pelkey. It was our first vehicle and we were apprehensive about dealing with the stereotypical car salesperson. Lucky for us we met with Josiane. She was honest, transparent and answered all of our questions. Weeks after buying from her we had trouble attaching our new licence plate. She didn't hesitate to help us get it attached. I consider this going above and beyond. 11/10 would buy from Josiane again.

Traveling and away from home, my car was experiencing some issues. They fit me in right away and repaired my car. They provided a shuttle service to and from the dealership too.
Though I didn't end up purchasing from Moncton due to distance issues, the customer service I received just over the phone was exceptional. Andre was so helpful in getting me answers and saving me trips back and forth. Had I lived closer I would have definitely gone with them!

Worst customer service I've received in a long time (not worth 1 star). After being told my wait time would be 1h30 (with a booked apt), I was ready to wait and relax with my coffee. After 2hr, I went to check up on my vehicle. They said it would be another 45 min. Ok it happens. I might as well wait. Nope, after another 45 min I check again. It will be another 30 min!!! I waited over 3h30min for an oil/tire change. Waiting is not my issue, I would have appreciated being told the truth and not getting the run around. I could have rebooked or left my car for the day. The service person, not worth mentioning his name, treated me like a number and my frustration only arose when he offered the lady next to me lunch or a car after she had also been waiting for 2hrs. I had heard this comment from other friends but thought I would check for myself. Needless to say, I will not be back for any services and definitely not to purchase another vehicle from this location.

Both the sales and service staff are efficient and respectful. The people working there are friendly while remaining professional and one gets a sense of trustworthiness when dealing with them which corresponds to my experience to date.

My husband and I were planning on shopping a few dealerships last weekend; Acadia Toyota was our first stop. We were greeted by Pat Deluca when we walked through the door at 9 am Saturday. He spent all morning with us, test driving our top picks and was very patient with us. Pat is a great salesman. He is very nice; has a great sense of humour, and is not pushy. He didn't pretend to know everything and made sure to take the time to get us all the information we needed. Needless to say we didn't shop around after leaving Acadia Toyota. Pat looked after us; making sure that the process went smoothly. He introduced us to other members of their team; all of whom were great (Miles and Derek). The entire experience as a whole was amazing. We never had that great of a customer experience in a long time, and will definitely be recommending Pat Deluca and Acadia Toyota to our friends and family.

The service I resivred was not ok I brought my car for only a service but they did not even clean my engine and the car was having new problems not having power when I brought it back they tell me to buy foul pack I bought them but the car was doing the same thing when I brought it back they put it in the computer and the car was ok .only to find out that the only problem was just to reset some quotes I just spend extra R1800 for nothing .the service was very bad at all

Not a good Experience at this dealership at all the lady at the front desk was ok ask question about covid etc.. but the sales person doesn't seem to want to sell gave his card he said he will contact us we haven't heard of him so it doesn't give me a good impression of this dealership.
Extremely poor customer service, especially since new ownership. I went into the dealership 4/7 days in one week to finalize the end of my lease - no consistency in information given each day (everyday I was told something different). One of those days I even called to consider buying a used SUV only to receive an answer such as this one: “You can go on the website and have a look”.........no effort. (I already had been on the website - I called because they are supposed to be there to help, not tell me to go on the website). I decided to buy out my car and be done with it all, so I called to get the price of the buyout to know how much I needed to bring the following day, I was told by the manager that I would get a call back with all necessary information and needless to say, I never received a call back. As if the treatment couldn’t get any worse, when finalizing the paperwork there was an additional fee added onto the price which has been waived in the past by all my other family members, except for me. I question them on this and all I got was a SHOULDER SHRUG. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a loyal family of Toyota’s since 1983. Will never buy from this dealship again.
I had amazing service was very warmly welcomed. I had few cars in mind I decided to go with Serge as my salesman and do not regret it will definitely be buying with him for my next cars, this was my very first car purchase he made sure I understood EVERYTHING after I left I had so much knowledge about buying a new car that I didn't know about. He made sure I had the best but affordable insurance for my car he didn't hide anything from me he showed me everything no surprise payment etc. what he said was the final price. He gave me a good deal and after getting my car he made sure I understood all the features and functions in my car. Even when I had questions after I bought the car he answered and was always happy to talk to me, even today I know I can call him anytime if I have any problems they were absolutely amazing. I also had to give a big thank you to their amazing financing guy Ryan that helped me with choosing the plan that worked best for me even helped me after hours of work which is absolutely incredible. I had a absolutely amazing service, I would definitely recommend them especially Serge. Thank you Acadia Toyota for this amazing service and for my brand new CH-R 2021 i'm definitely a proud owner and proud to be with Toyota
I had previously spoken to one Product Advisor a few months prior to purchasing and it hadn't been a great experience so I was a bit reluctant when I made an appointment at Acadia Toyota. However, as soon as I met Max Sentner, all my reluctance went away. He was great right from the very first words he said! He included my 10 year old in the process, which was truly great! He answered all my questions and made sure to take time to explain everything to me. Ryan Brown, the Financial Services Manager, was just as great. Very chatty, very friendly, very helpful in answering any questions I had. When I came back the next day to sign the final papers, he was also very helpful and thorough. When came time to drive off with my new vehicle, Max came outside with me to explain the ins and outs and to make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle. All in all, the customer service I received was excellent and I would recommend this dealership and these two people specifically to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle!

Went in for the first time and I was greeted at the door and asked what I needed help within putting my two feet inside. The lady guided me to the parts counter. As I'm waiting in line to be served, two employees walked by and asked if I needed help with anything as I'm waiting my turn to be served at the parts counter. I felted valued the second I walked in.
No comments never never bought car there
Well, within a year, this place has gone down in service quality. I had to reach out 5 times to try and get a recall done. To no avail. Then, today, I went for an oil change and mentioned the recall. They had the parts to do it, and said it would be a total of 1.5 hrs. It took them almost 3 hrs. Won't go back.

Pat was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated how accommodating he and Todd were in trying to meet my specific needs for a car. Overall, I'm very happy with the level of service and professionalism. I'll definitely recommend this dealership to people in the market looking for a vehicle. Great job guys!

Bought a Toyota Corolla LE there 3 days ago.
Bought used Toyota May 2016 with an extended warranty. Less than 2 years and 26k later...replaced battery, struts, shocks, brake pads, rotors and part of control arm (which should be covered under the purchased extended warranty but of course it's not the actual control arm so not covered...gotta love the fine print) Appreciating wear and tear, I should at least have gotten a year in without repairs. Don't put any stock in their "Certified Pre Owned". Will not purchase new or used from this dealership again. Re "response from owner". "After 2 years of driving"?!?.... I didn't get 1 year of driving. So the battery doesn't make the cut on your "rigorous 160 point inspection"? It didn't last a year. As far as your comment around the suspension, I purchased an extended 30km / 3 year extended warranty (which is still valid) - which I paid alot of money for - and it covers (supposedly) most of the suspension. I have no "questions for your sales manager"...I'll consider this a lesson learnt & take my $$ elsewhere next time..new or used.

I have just moved to this area. My first service advisor as other reviews was friendly, professional and proficient. 5 stars to the advisor. The appointment scheduler being the first stop for customers looking for vehicle service, needs to be people person, patient, and most important professional. She is rude, unfriendly, impatient and most important unprofessional. I did not get her name, has a French accent, a 0 star on her review. These personnel should be trained to direct the calls for issues they are not professional/proficient to address and not hang up. Would like to give a feedback on the online scheduler for appointments. It is a waste of time for customers who are pressed for time to use the online tool, should be fixed to synch with the appointment scheduler's system, so close to real times are available Or change it to a messaging tool to contact appointment department. The email that supposedly is a confirmation email, does not acknowledge the time you asked for an appointment rather states that it is a reminder for an appointment at a time they give. I selected 10AM online and the reminder email confirmed me for 3PM. Would help to have the email content revised. If Acadia has customer satisfaction as a priority, would appreciate addressing this.

That hardly seems like something a dealership with honesty and integrity would do? I suspect there was some truth and it hit a nerve. As someone who works at the Moncton Hospital I know of your dealership's reputation; deleting a post because it's a complaint just confirms that reputation. Just saying.

Sales does a great job! But once this dealership has your sale forget about getting anymore of that hospitality and dedication from the service department. The last 3 appointments I have made, once there, the appointment is pushed back 3-4 hours no notice or even any sympathy for the fact that my appointment was completely changed and then told the shuttle can't bring me home as it's out of the area(28kms away). Then when I asked for warranty coverage the service advisor looked at me like I had two heads and replied with an arrogent tone "a 2011 with 135000kms definetly not!" Well then I must have been robbed blind when I purchased the 6yr/160000kms extended warranty! Great after sale service! ... NOT!!! Now I undestand why so many have told me to go to Amherst Toyota. Now I'm convinced jt's at the very least worth the shot!

I had my vehicle in for a MVI last month and the service was excellent. They took my vehicle in as soon as I arrived and notified me promptly when it was ready. From the time that I arrived to pick up my vehicle and pay, it could not have been more than five minutes and I was back on the road. Very efficient service.

Slow service. With appointments my fiancee and I usually have to wait 45 minutes after our scheduled slot before they even bring your car into their garage.
