Went to Lordco 3 times for brake pads on my VW Jetta, had to return them each time as they were the wrong size. Eventually they just told me they didn’t have any that would fit. Napa got it right on the first try, and they were actually cheaper! Friendly service as well .

Great service even when the power was out. Sorry I don’t know the employees name but he was more concerned with our safety then making a profit and gave us the blurb we needed for our tail light.

Probably the beat service i've ever got in a part store. Staff is very friendly, professionnal and knows what they are talking about. They wont try to make you buy stuff you don't need in there. They even made sure I had the right tools for the job I was doing. Keep it up!
