I had an emergency brake problem in hilly Nelson but it was after hours. Aaron at Herb's answered my panicked call and agreed to come take a look at my car very next morning. I needed to get it driving quickly as I am not from Nelson. Aaron took my car despite being very busy and did the minimum repairs so I could make it safely home, for a bargain price! He was a life saver and so kind and efficient! I am so grateful and highly recommend Aaron and his team at Herb's Alignment Shop.

Aaron was extremely thorough and took the time to give my minivan a good look over, and did quality work. I walked out of there a very happy customer today, as he accommodated us greatly with not only rides while we didn’t have our vehicle, but also working within our budget and going above and beyond in the services done for our van. Aaron spent a good amount of time fixing little things on top of the main reason we brought it in, and even topped up all our fluids as a courtesy. Everyone in my little community uses Herbs, their simply the best around! Aaron and all his staff deserve every penny they make, I’m simply blown away by the quality of work done on my van, as well as the unbeatable customer service from the entire team. WOW! My little car has been parked for a long time, due to seized brakes that we couldn't afford to fix. I called Herb's and spoke to Aaron initially (great attitude and customer service over the phone) and was given a quote based on the exact parts for my car. Aaron ordered them in that day, even though our appointment wasn't until a few days later. The quote was more than fair, especially compared to the other shops in the Nelson area. Unexpectedly, two flat tires and a flat-lined battery made me 45 minutes late for the appointment, but the wonderful Nadine offered to come and inflate the tires for me. The brakes were still repaired by the end of the day, and would have been below the quote I was given, had I not unexpectedly needed (and asked for) the new battery. There are a few other things that need fixing, but Nadine and Aaron gave me rough quotes so I can plan for the repairs. There was no pressure to book immediately. Great service, and both Aaron and Nadine were really terrific to deal with. I highly recommend Herb's Alignment & Mechanical to everyone. This is how it should feel to deal with your mechanic!
