Had a flat tire today and learned that it couldn't be repaired. I asked about a new set and they said that they didn't have the size we needed. A few minutes later they looked into it and found out that they did have tires that fit and we got them for a great price. They got us in right away and everyone was professional, helpful and seemed intent on going that extra mile. Highly recommend this place!

These folks turned a potentially bad experience into a great one. Glendale sold me winter tires in November 2018. i didn't notice that all four tire rims were mildly damaged until spring. They could have easily said too much time had passed, it wasn't their fault, etc. Instead, they installed new rims without question and without charge. This was not inexpensive! Such integrity is rare. I just had my winter tires installed on Tuesday. I'll be giving them my business from now on, and I suggest you do, too!

I was visiting my 83 yr old mother a couple weeks ago and just before arriving in Nelson I ran over a big bolt and had tire problems right away. I managed to drive into Tirecraft Nelson. I was helped immediately and the tire was fixed. Tirecraft was busy that day, but I was made a priority. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service we received. I have recommended Tirecraft Nelson to family members moving to Nelson for their tire needs.

Had a very good experience at Tirecraft Nelson. We are vacationing from Alberta. Right rear wheel was heating up , bad enough that the tire heated and we got a rubber smell. Turned out to be a very stuck caliper; the left caliper also was pretty stiff. The brake pads were in very tight as well. Got everything fixed and greased up. Whole job took 40 - 45 minutes but they charged me only $59 plus tax! No , I didn't watch the whole job but stayed till the wheels were off and the problem was obvious, then came back a half hour later when they were finishing. Very professional and pleasant. Brian just re-torqued the wheels and checked the tire pressure as well.
