Incredible service. Most thorough oil change I have ever had and when I went back a couple weeks later with a smoking engine Cam helped me assess the problem, top-up my coolant, and replace my radiator cap all as the shop was closing and at no cost.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE. My second visit really disappointed me. I asked them to check my brakes and an overall inspection. They were charging me $600-ish to change my brakes (rotor+pads). I had a bad feeling, so I went to do an inspection to another garage and my brakes were fine, the problem isn't relate to it. I feel they wanted to take advantage of the situation and it surely don't make me wanna go there again. I ended up paying $140 for the inspection, fixing a gas leak and changing the air filter. Air filter is ''mandatory''... I also think the inspection report isn't very clear, I would really recommend to go somewhere else!

I'd like to take this opportunity to commend and thank the good people at CIVIC. I was passing through Nelson in early February, 2015 and was confronted with a serious auto repair that unless completed, would not have allowed me to safely continue my trip. With the BC Family Weekend coming up (and with pretty much all Nelson garages being closed for the three day long weekend, CIVIC not only were able to get the spare part in but were able to squeeze me in prior to the weekend and have me on my way. Hats Off CIVIC. I couldn't think of a better reason for supporting Local Business. They delivered 'the Product' and with great customer service!

They confirmed the water pump was leaking and the owner gave me an hour ride to the airport to pick-up my rental car. Parts and labor was at a good price. Great place with great people.
