I had to send my car to get a few things fixed and I have a Mercedes that can be very expensive to fix. They are complicated and full of electronics. They are also not common around here. When he told me he had never worked on one of those, I was a bit worried. I was expecting a steep bill. He did it so well, so fast, for way less than expected, I couldn't believe it ! They will have it again for sure !

Have a Subaru with 500,000+ km. Needed repairs in a big way... asked them if it was worth fixing and putting money into. They told me my car was worth fixing up. We spent $6000+ when I picked it up after two months in the shop all they said to me was ‘glad to see this thing out of here’. I drove off and the car was making super loud noises. Called them back, and that said they forgot to tell me the front wheel baring needed replacement. My check engine light just turned on today. It still smells like burning oil. I feel ripped off. Shouldn’t have put money into fixing this car and I shouldn’t have listened to these guys advice about fixing it.

We are so happy to have found Babe's as our new local mechanic. They recently did a brake job on our older model CRV and we were impressed with how thorough they were from start to finish. The electronic condition report that they sent after seeing our car explained things carefully and included recommended (but not essential) service that we might want to consider in the future. (We felt like it was a 'heads-up' on potential trouble down the road and so appreciated this). They also responded to our worries about a strange noise that we noticed and fine-tuned our brakes a month after the original job for free. Thanks Babe's!

Not impressed! Had to bring my vehicle back twice due to the negligence of the mechanics not throughly checking the vehicle properly before returning it to the customer. Also, not once did they call me to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup, or what they found wrong and if they can proceed with my permission. Created many iterating problems that could have been avoided. Proceed with caution if you take your vehicle to this mechanic...
