These guys are awesome! I went in with a flat tire and asked them to repair it while I was at work. They put the replacement on in a few minutes flat and gave me a discounted tire because they couldn't fix the flat I had brought in and had quoted me low. Love the customer service, will always come back here. Thanks for your hard work, what a great local business!

Bought a new tire, had it mounted and balanced, $168 tax in! Tire was a 235/45ZR18 Maxxis Bravo M3, while they worked on tire i was maybe waiting in the waiting room for 10 minutes. So fast! Couldnt believe the speedy & excellent service! Competitive pricing! Will go back! Deffinatly will recommend to anybody looking for quick service and friendly staff!! Thanks again guys!

First off I must say they are really busy which is a good indicator of how good they are. It is best to get there as close to opening as you can so that you can get in. They do have to stop taking anyone else that day if they reach the limit of cars they can do in a day. It is best to call in or stop by before to make sure they have the tires you want, otherwise they can order them in. Mine took three days to come in. If you are travelling a far way to get there also call in before you leave to make sure they will be able to serve you as they do not make appointments. They installation was super speedy, they are knowledgeable about tires, their staff is friendly, and they have competitive pricing. I will be going back for my future tire needs.

Went to Kal Tire first (was closer and most convenient at the time), they said I needed a whole new tire and that was not repairable. Took it to dealership where I bought the vehicle, told them what KT said they didn't even bother to look at it and just quoted me the price of a new tire. Called cedar tire for a quote, they gave me a much lower price. Next day showed up they could have easily sold me the tire, but they said they'd take a look first and see if it fixable, they actually took the tire off my vehicle and inspected further. It was able to be patched!!! Def worth the drive out to Cedar!! Much appreciate the help!!!

I'm writing this review on behalf of Tuff City Powersports. I was very impressed with Cedar tire's customer service. As a biz owner we know you cant always please everyone and sometimes things are out of your control. Barry at Cedar tire goes over and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with their service. We brought in a set of Powder Coated wheels to have tires mounted, there was a minor mishap and the rim sustained a couple scratches. Barry took it upon himself to have the wheels stripped down and freshly powder coated before tires were mounted. We did not incur any additional costs and found this to be a very professional service. Great job guys, highly recommend this shop.

We recently got new truck tires here, very good services, very good prices! Even the used tire place was more than brand new. Sent my Mom down recently as she was having issues with a tire. Fixed up right away and only charged her $22.00. I realize it may not have taken long but many places charge a full one hour for almost anything.

Outstanding tire shop! They have been voted the best tire shop in Nanaimo for several years in a row now, including 2020! They had a random size tire we needed in stock and a good price. No extra install and balancing fees tacked on. Just enviro fee and tax. Went in early, got ny appointment time. 5 minutes early got me in, 30 minutes later I'm back on the road. Great group of people that really do know tires. Will recommend to everyone, worth the drive for sure!

Excellent service! I had no idea that they do free check up’s for tires they install and flat fixes too as long as it’s an issue with the tire not something you ran over! I had a slow leak they popped me up and re seated the tire in under 10 mins ! ????

First time going there today. Went at 9, told me there was a wait til 12, which was fine. They assessed my flat rear tire, were honest and transparent. Showed me the tire and the inside was worn to dust. Came back a few mins later and gave me two options, one being the cheapest and the other being a bit better. I went for the 120 dollar new tire, install included. I waited in my car for them to come install it, took 5 mins or less. And the gentleman helping me was kind enough to check/top up both front tires with air, so I gave him a small tip. Great staff, very friendly, will undoubtedly go back again for my tire maintenance.

I had a puncture in the side wall of my tire. I took it to these guys, they were honest and upfront that it might need a new tire but they checked it out and were able to fix it. They didn't charge me because i bought the tires there. Awesome place and staff.

Always priced amazing compared to the other companies. Fast friendly service. Parking is good. Wheel chair accessible bathroom. Beverages ☕. Bought new Michelin tires here and had them installed onto rims today. Price was very reasonable. Service is on a first come, first serve basis with the gate opening at 8am for business. I was there 35 minutes beforehand and was number 3 waiting. Had my tires installed and on my way home by 9am. Staff are all nice and work fast and efficiently. Definitely using them again. Highly recommend!

Cedar Tire was recommended to us by BC Ferries. We got a flat on our tow trailer on the way to Tsawassen ferry terminal. BC Ferries got us off the boat and directed us to Cedar Tire. Jeff and his crew were fabulous. They got our trailer tire off while it was parked out front of their store, cars whizzing by. They fixed the puncture and put the tire back on and we were on our way within 20 minutes. And they did it all with good humour and grace. We live on the mainland and this was our first day of vacation. Their help was very much appreciated and what could have been a vacation disaster turned into a relatively minor detour. When the family is packed up and the truck and trailer is loaded up, saying that we can't go on vacation is just not an option. THANKS CEDAR TIRELAND for saving the day!!!

Great service with friendly staff. They installed two new tires after a near tire failure. I felt the prices were fair but not cheap. They made an effort to do the service quickly. Under one hour with no appointment. I thought that was exceptional.

I had a fabulous experience dealing with this company! They were extremely honest and kind!! I had been told by another company that my punctured tire was probably beyond repair. I had authorized putting on a new tire, but upon inspection they found the tire had only sustained cosmetic damage. They repaired it and put it back on for free! I am so impressed by their integrity and generosity! Next time I need to buy new tires I will drive all the way up from Victoria to buy my tires from them !!!

Amazing service! This is the 2nd set of tires I've purchased from them. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the different tires they sell and they found the perfect fit to both of my requests. Their tires are also quite affordable as well. They were super busy when I went in for service. However, they were very organized and it couldn't have gone any smoother. They displayed great communication with each other and didn't miss a beat!
