Had 2 flat repairs done on my grand am on Dec 31/2018 at the Moose Jaw location, immediately after leaving i feel my car is not driving the same, as I’m driving I feel the rear sliding sideways so I turn around and head back to their shop and informed them, none of them wanted to look at why this is happening after telling them my car did not do this before coming in and did after leaving their shop, I was told they fixed the tires and that was it and to have a mechanic look at it. So I took my car home, the next day I crawl under and the front control arm located on the rear driver side was bent(same side I had one of the flat repairs done on) so I crawl under further and find jack marks indicating someone had jacked my car up there. I notify the manager, asking who jacked the back end of my car up that day, explained what happened and she had me send her pictures of the damage, couple days later the manager asks me to bring my car in so she can get more pictures for head office, so I bring it in where the manager and 2 other employees looked at the damage and at that point had determined it was their fault and that they would phone me when head office got back to them for pricing on the parts and where I could take it to be fixed. So I wait one week since without a phone call, go in to ask what’s going on and I’m told the head office guy is in China and hasn’t responded, next week I go in and am told he’s still in China and no answer, another week go in and same thing, the 4th week (33 days after the damage was done) the manager texts me stating only this “head office says no” , I don’t respond and wait till next day to go in and ask myself why now they decide they’re not fixing my car where I was told that there we no 4” marks indicating they jacked my car up there (their jacks have a 4” lifting plate) , that I could have jacked the car up and caused this damage , that this damage could have been there prior to them touching my car, that their employees ‘always’ lift vehicles from the pinch point, and that the day they inspected the damage on my car that they were only taking pictures for head office and that they never stated it was them, so I go home immediately and measure from the bend on control arm to the marks and it’s exactly 4” , took new pictures with the tape measure next to it, went back and had shown the manager and she says she will submit the new picture to head office. 33 days, 60$ to fix the tires, 107 for the insurance I just had put on dec 28/2018 just to have it sit the entire month waiting for an answer on when they’ll fix my car, 30$ for the new part plus labour. They still don’t know who jacked my car up and don’t seem to care either. I used to go there all the time for tire repairs on all my vehicles, after this I will not return or recommend them. Should your vehicle be damaged by them make sure you can prove everything (before and after) and make sure they inspect the damage themselves ASAP otherwise you’ll be sluffed off then blamed like I was
