I had a random distressing noise coming from the front of my car and took it to Panda because they were the closest mechanic. They were able to do a temp. fix and order a part in for the next day. They explained everything that was going on with my car super well (I know very little about vehicles) and were very friendly, accommodating, and inexpensive. They're the only car repair shop I'll ever need in Moose Jaw, thanks again for everything!

Could not have got better service. I arrived on spec with no appointment as my tire just blew. They slotted me in straight away, gave me all my options and advice on each option. They also did an inspection on my vehicle and messaged the details to me, it included pictures and videos from my vehicle pointing out potential issues, superb use of technology. The administration staff ladies were sarcastic and was not at all sorry or considerable about the situation. Would never go back. Went in to get brake lights changed. My appointment was at 2 p.m. and I mentioned them a few times that i had a dr. appointment is at at 3 p.m. I was assured before booking an appointment the work would be done around 2:30 before 3 o’clock. I took in my car around 1:40 for them to work on but ended up with bad experience. My car wasn’t returned back till 3:20 which costed extra 50$ for my another appointment.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Broke down 50km outside Moose Jaw on a Saturday night, called them Monday morning, saw us asap. Other comments with regard to delayed service are correct, they'll schedule you in at 10am, for a 2hr job, and itll take them all day to get it done due to being "behind schedule". The service advisors don't seem to have an understanding of how a simple web search works. The replacement parts mark up is simply outrageous. My brake rotors were marked up by almost $80. After they serviced my vehicle, the seats and carpet in the interior had oily residue left.

had my 2o inch rims put on at Canadian tire in edmonton this year. I hit a pot hole and the front rim bulged hitting the control arm. I took it to Canadian tire and dodge in moose jaw both told me the tires we're too big and they couldn't do anything. knowing the rims were specifically for the vehicle I took it to Panda Auto Andrew quickly figured out the rims we're staggered put on wrong as the back and fronts we're reversed. the spacing rings were crushed and broken. Thank god there is at least one place in this city that knows what they are doing.

I was stuck between a 2 or 3 out of 5 star review. I decided to get my well-needed wheel alignment done at Panda based on good word of mouth. I was able to get in on real short notice and I have to say I’m generally satisfied with the result. I would have nothing but positive things to say if not for the radically different quote I was given as an estimate, and the bill I got when I came to pick up my car. My bill was an extra 68% of what my initial quote was. I certainly understand that intangibles, such as taxes need to be accounted for, but a mistake that large really has me shaking my head. Ultimately however, I went in and got what I paid for. Customer service was respectful and attentive as well. I personally don’t think I’ll be returning to Panda, but based on reviews of other customers, I don’t want my single bad experience ruining what could be a great experience for you.

Got a safety inspection on my truck done and while my truck didn't pass, I was extremely impressed with the system they use to document and show what's wrong with your vehicle. You get a report with notes, photos, and even videos of what's wrong so you can see for yourself. I'm mechanically inclined enough to do all my own repairs but don't really care for diagnosing problems so getting the high quality inspection report was invaluable.

I struggled for awhile trying to decided whether or not to leave this negative review as I realize a bad review can greatly impact a business and I try and support local where I can, but felt this was necessary as I have had a few disappointing encounters with Panda. I initially came to Panda for an oil change last fall based on the high number of review and the positive things people had to say. I dropped my car off for an oil change and when I picked it up I was given a huge list of things needing to be repaired. Some were obvious like my wipers needing to be replaced, but the majority were things I have never even heard of before or had to fix in previous vehicles. They gave me a list of things to fix that was just shy of $1500 and I left feeling upset as my car only had around 80,000KM on it. I researched online with the manufacturer of my car when the suggested repairs would need to be replaced and it was in the 100,000-150,000 KM range, so quite premature for what the current number of KMs were on my car. I called around to about 4-5 places within Moose Jaw and Regina and they were all baffled why these repairs would need to be done so prematurely. I ended up only getting the things I know needed fixing and they appeared to do a good job on that, so I can at least speak to the fact they appear to do decent work. My second negative experience was just the other week when I asked for a quote on tires. I gave them the exact model number I needed and was quoted $2000. When I said this seemed expensive they said it was because I needed tire pressure sensors also installed. I called the Mazda dealership my car came from, my car does not require those or is even set up for that kind of thing, so not sure what they were planning to do with that extra hundred dollars they wanted to charge me for sensors. I also paid $780, almost $1200 cheaper for the exact tires at Costco in Regina. I get every company has to make some profit, but $1200? I am really disappointed with this business and am skeptical about all the positive reviews. My advice is shop around and be cautious of the reviews. I would stay away unless absolutely desperate.

These people are so awesome! I came to them with quite a few issues when I was driving across Canada. They fixed my car quickly and went out of their way to call many shops to get a pair of snow tires overnight even though they were sold out everywhere. They know what they are doing and they won't try to get you to do any repair that isn't necessary. Our car had a mishap recently on a trip to Ontario and broke down in Moose Jaw. I looked up repair shops on Google on my phone and luckily this place was close by so I called and was surprised they could fit me in and get the part I required so quickly. I was able to drive it there being so close and overall very happy with the service they provided here not knowing what I was getting into. The pricing was fair, they explained everything required ahead of time and got me up and running in no time.
